Excellent hotel just a little set back from the busy road in Candolim making it quiet and relaxing. Cotton sheets and pillowcases were spotless which is a rarity in India. Bit of a small pool area could be improved on and staff serving tea and coffee at breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again!

私は妻と私の女の赤ちゃんと一緒にカンドリムで6日間休憩してフォーチュンアクロン（R.No.2404）に滞在しました。以下の理由から滞在するのに最適な場所です。 1.素晴らしいスタッフ-私は、こんな「手伝いや奉仕の準備ができている」若者に会ったことがありません。誠実で、愛想がよく、コアに礼儀正しい。このホテルは、これらの若者やフォーチュンアクロンのスタッフを構成する他の人たちのために素晴らしい場所です。 2.素晴らしいロケーション-カンドリムビーチからわずか700 m。そして、非常に丁寧で運営されているワゴンRのシャトルサービスがあり、町のドライバーであるラマ、ビジェイ、ロバートに関する情報が満載です。三人の素晴らしい男！ Ramaは私にRs.20 /を貸しさえしました。そして、私が彼に支払いをするまで、彼はそれを決して要求しませんでした！これはその場所のキャラクターを示しています！ラマ、ヴィジェイ、ロバートに感謝します。また、若いサルダーとカルナトカの仲間であるゲートの警備員であるサティヤヴァンにも感謝したいと思います。 3.ダイニングスタッフ-Rohit Barnwalは素晴らしく、このホテルで最も魅力的です。バーテンダーのアンジャンは陽気で、話をするのに最適な人物です。 Neeteesh、Nirjala、Sheen、Vikramなど、私が思い出すことはできませんが、毎日驚くべき人たちもそうでした。レセプションのプリティビラジとアプールヴァはエレガントでとてもフレンドリーです。それで、その名前が今私を逃れている若い女性たちもそうです。 4.ヨアヒムとの午後のピアノセッション 5.ホテルのロビーでの音楽的な夜と毎晩のバザール。 6. Находится в тихом месте района Кондолим в близи форта Агуада . Номер соответствует фото и описанию . Тярритория не большая, бассейн и лужайка с парой столиков . Завтраки : омлет /яичница, овсянка, мюсли , йогурт 1 вид , творожок, 2 вида колбасы , 1 вид сыра , 1 вил куриных сосисок , запеченный картофель , национальные блюда . Из фруктов ананасы , папайя, арбуз . Выпечка не очень вкусная, съедобная. Сок 1-2 вида. До пляжа 5 минут через дорогу по дорожке . Пляж хороший , народу не много .

Overall great stay and standard Ginger look and feel. (1) Location - very approachable, near to Condolim beach (2)rooms - usual ginger decor. Could be little bit bigger. Bathroom was on smaller side (3) lobby - grand and colorful (4) Food - very good breakfast spread and dinner. Mr Krishna also took care of our jain requirement The parking area is not connected with lift and requires stairs.

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

1. I booked hotel with citi view but balcony was provided on back side and that was not giving view of swimming pool also. There was no room in hotel with citi view balcony. 2. Room cleaning was week compared to other hotels of same standard. 3. As i have to go early for dudhsagar fall, they arranged snacks early in the morning on my request. But they charged for coffee ordered in room. As i told them that it should be covered under my breakfast, it should not be charged. But they informed that as yhey have generated bill, they cannot reverse. But gave 20% discount. This bill can be fully waived. Hotel is not up to the standard of money spent.

快適な滞在でした。スイミングプールは良かった。食べ物やその他の設備は満足のいくものでした。サムブ氏は、食べ物やその他のサービスに関しては、物事をうまくやるのに非常に歓迎し、勤勉でした。最後に、tbeの場所はかなり良かった。医療店、レストラン、食料品店、そして最も重要なことは、ビーチが触れ合った距離にあったことです。全体的に、冒頭ですでに述べたように、経験はかなり快適でした。

Property location is near to candolim beach. Food is good but limited options in complementary breakfast. Room cleaning and upkeeping is good. Only drawback is that room is quite outdated, saw some previous feedbacks about property for improvements, yet it's the same even now like bathroom door is not locking etc.

Nice and charm hotel in Goa, good structural design. If the breakfast is more international(nearly only Indian food), that will be more great.
