ヒルトンホテルは相変わらず安定しています アメリカには出張が多いので、ヒルトン、マリオット、コートヤードのどれを選んでも、私は今でもヒルトンが好きです。ベッドはとても快適で、スペースはとても広いです。

サービスは全体的に悪くありませんでした。無料駐車場があり、駐車スペースも十分でした。周辺には商業施設や飲食店も揃っていました。 部屋はかなり年季が入っており、天井が低く、全体的に手狭でした。しかし、寝る分には問題なく、清潔感もありましたし、家具などの破損もありませんでした。 宿泊した部屋は外の道路に面していたため、車の騒音が常に大きく、かなり気になりました。

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

ディズニーランドホテルは、これまで家族で宿泊した他のディズニーパークホテルと同様に、いつも魔法のような滞在を提供してくれます。フロントロビーのスタッフはいつもとても親切で、温かく迎えてくれます。ただ、一点だけ気になったのは、明らかにチップ目当てで働いているスタッフがいたことです。エドワード・チャベスというスタッフが家族の荷物を手伝ってくれましたが、「準備できてると思ったのに、写真撮ってるだけじゃないですか」と失礼な態度をとっただけでなく、チップを期待してVenmoアカウントを提示し、報酬を要求しました。ディズニーパークホテルでの通常素晴らしい体験に、これは汚点でした。

立地は素晴らしく、公園へのアクセスも簡単でした。ただ、朝食付きと宣伝されていたにもかかわらず、実際にはコーヒー、紅茶、ジュースしかなく、朝食と呼べるものがなかったのは残念でした。バスルームのペンキも一部剥がれていました。

ディズニーのために2泊しました。チェックイン前に荷物を預けたところ、そのあとバスを待っている間に部屋が準備できたと声をかけてくださり親切で、ディズニーに行く際のバスについてなども丁寧に案内してくれました。部屋が広く、バス停もターゲットも近くにあるので便利でした。

スタッフは感じが良く、とてもフレンドリーでした。部屋は飾り気のないタイプでしたが、バスルームは本当に素敵でした。寝室にはミニ冷蔵庫と電子レンジがありましたが、ドレッサーはありませんでした。ケーブルテレビはありました。 キングサイズのベッドを予約したのですが、クイーンサイズが1台の部屋に通されました。かつて2台目のクイーンベッドがあった壁には、ヘッドボードが残されていました。そのため部屋が広く感じられました。ベッドのサイズは違いましたが、文句は言いませんでした。キングサイズベッドが必要な、私より背の高い人たちとは違いますからね。結局のところ、ただ寝てシャワーを浴びる場所ですから。快適に眠れました。角部屋にもかかわらず、期待したほど静かではありませんでしたが、モーテルですからね。禁煙ルームもあります。プールもありましたが、初日は疲れていて、翌日は忙しくて利用しませんでした。あまり多くを求めないのであれば、ここが良いかもしれません。値段も手頃で、立地も最高です。
