他のレビューも読んでください。ホテルを変えるのに忙しくしたくなかったので、連泊を再予約しました。 欠点を除けば、良いホテルです。 朝食とランドリーは、風が通り抜けて加速するオープンな廊下を通って姉妹ホテルまで歩くことになります。寒い冬の朝と夜を想像してください。 入り口の外側に金属製のドアハンドルがあります。 エレベーターのルームアクセスカードは、複数のフロアを自動的に照らします。最上階の部屋を予約したら、これを試してみてください。 ほんの数例です。 フロントデスクは変わっています。フレンドリーですが！ 地元の情報についてはあまり詳しくありません。 その後の宿泊の直接予約を繰り返し要求しますが、オンラインで見つけられる最高の価格にしか一致しません。私のロイヤルティポイントとプロモーションクーポンはどうなりますか？ また、完璧なレビューと評価を要求します。しかし、丁寧ではありますが、一般的な回答しか返ってきません。非常にシステム生成されており、現在の AI 技術にほとんど一致していません。

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

The hotel itself is very well put together and great value for money. The location by the Old Street as well as close to the subway make it ideal for travelling and accessing the rest of the city.

我真的好喜歡這個酒店，是和璞硯一起的，早餐是在璞硯東塔，床品什麼的都是同一個，之前住過璞硯很喜歡，凡裏更有性價比，以後來老街還住這裏。特別表揚前台小姐姐王文睿，長得漂亮還很有耐心。超級感謝。
