We had a great 3 night stay in this fabulous hotel. We were five adults and stayed in the Family Suite Store Convento. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra bed in the living area. Everyone there was so friendly, nice and always helpful. Nice breakfast with a lot of options including made to order eggs, etc. Great location on a quiet street near one of the main gates to the old town (Porta Rudiae). They also provided all water complementary and delivered some snacks in the evening. While no parking at the hotel (they recommend a parking lot nearby) there is enough room to drop your bags off right at the hotel - we had a driver so he pulled up right in front to drop us off. Would highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel in the old town of Lecce.

街は小さく、立地も便利です。部屋は広く、バルコニーはとても広いです。とても快適です。市内の水質は比較的厳しく、やかんで沸騰したお湯を飲むことはお勧めできません。ホテルでは飲料水を提供していません。自分で購入する必要があります。

We had a suite on the 4th floor. The good stuff: 1. Hotel is in a great location 2. The room was very large and it had a lovely big terrace 3. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean 4. Lovely big comfy bed 5. The valet parking service is very efficient 6. Welcoming staff 7. Water, fruit and sparking wine in the room The stuff that could be better: 1. Very small bathroom considering the size of the room with weirdly a huge 2 person jacuzzi bath in a separate room which I couldn’t work out how to use. Would be better to have a decent size bathroom with an ordinary bath in it 2. Breakfast not included and was overpriced at 25 euros per person to add it on 3. No tea or coffee making facilities 4. There were so many light switches and lots of them didn’t make sense. It took ages to work out which switch turned on each light. Overall I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.
