ロビーは少し退屈。チェックインの手続きは問題ありません。ここは古いリゾートですが、よく整備されていることを念頭に置いてください。部屋は広く、基本的なアメニティは問題なく、エアコンの変な音以外は機能しています。改装された部屋に泊まりましたが、清潔でしたが、十分ではありませんでした。今後改善されることを期待します。価格的には手頃です

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest after a long drive. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good value stay and I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

ホテルはランカウイ空港のすぐ隣にあり、徒歩3分で行けます。空港は少し古いですが、どの部屋も広く、ロビーも素敵です。4つ星ホテルとしてはジムの設備が少ないですが、熱帯の国ではこれくらいが普通かもしれません。ホテルのサービスはとても良かったです。旅行日程が急遽変更になり、メールで連絡したところ、フロントが宿泊日の変更を快く引き受けてくれました。この対応には大変満足しています。ホテルのフロントサービスに感謝します。各部屋の窓は二重窓になっていて、ガラスとガラスの間隔が20cmくらいあるので、隣の飛行機の離着陸の音は全く聞こえず、とても静かに眠れました。補足ですが、テラガ桟橋へ行く場合、ホテルはチェナンビーチと桟橋の中間に位置しています。タクシーも簡単に利用できます。

部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫も備え付けられており、広々としています。ホテルを出ればすぐにビーチが広がり、プールもあるので、子供たちは水遊びを楽しめます。チェナンビーチに位置しており、食事や買い物に大変便利で、近くにATMもあるので現金を引き出すのも簡単です。ホテルにデポジットを支払う際は現金が必要で、料金は300リンギット台でした。部屋からもレストランからも海の景色が見え、コストパフォーマンスも高く、おすすめです。

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. The only downside was that one of the bath towels had a visible stain. Other than that, everything was fine and we were satisfied with our stay.
