Yijianに泊まるのは今回で3回目です！長沙に来る理由の半分はYijianのためと言っても過言ではありません。今回は子供を連れてきたので、「家に帰ってきた」ような気分でした（笑）。受付のスタッフは皆とても可愛くておしゃべり好きです。私たちの要望を優しく辛抱強く聞いてくれて、すぐに解決してくれます。朝食、アフタヌーンティー、夜食もいつも通り豊富です。スリッパは新しく選ばれたようで、前回履いていたものよりずっと快適です。歯ブラシやいつものLelaboのアメニティも素晴らしいです。滞在2日目にハウスキーパーと話をしたところ、旅行写真の撮影を希望していた時間が予約でいっぱいだと知って少しがっかりしました。ハウスキーパーは自ら進んで写真を撮ってくれると言ってくれ、プロのカメラマンのトレーニングを受けたことがあると言って、撮影させてくれるかどうか尋ねてきました（サービスが本当に親切で、笑）。撮影当日、子供とカメラマンはとても協力的でしたʕ •ᴥ•ʔ。チェックアウトの日、たまたまマネージャーがいて、子供にギフトバッグをくれました。私たちが帰る時にも追いかけてきて、特別なプレゼントをくれたんです。本当に素敵な対応でした！Yijianのスタッフは皆、献身的で責任感があり、毎回とても満足しています。これからもYijianがさらに良くなることを願っています。

Had a truly wonderful stay! The service was exceptional throughout and a special mention to the receptionist, 小姚, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive — really made the experience even more memorable. All the amenities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality. Overall, a fantastic experience!

這是一家看上去不錯的酒店，來打卡拍照沒問題（來這裏打卡的人也確實不少），但如果期待它能在細節的地方打動人，那它大概率滿足不了。湖景大床的窗景確實不錯，值不值這個價就見仁見智，下面是一些槽點。 大堂位置隱蔽，司機找不到大堂開過頭，禮賓過來也不知道幹嘛，我把行李提下車問他是不是來幫我拿行李他才反應過來。 房卡非常劣質毫無設計感可言，與酒店風格格格不入，我要求拿了兩張房卡，其中一張表面貼皮甚至已經裂開。 化粧鏡背面有指紋，枱面上有擦不掉的水漬，浴缸清理也不到位。 管理混亂內部溝通有問題，我在vx問管家玉芙蓉餐廳是否需要預約，首先回復我要預約，一會兒又和我説不需要預約，我到了以後告知我餐廳有宴會接待不對外開放，最後又告訴我餐廳臨時安排了接待區。 關於玉芙蓉，菜品的味道我不評價，其中點的一道黃燜荷花魚送來用卡式爐繼續加熱，服務人員放置時讓調節火力的按鈕背對着我，卻從始至終不關注這個火候，我要求火力調小一次，離開時湯汁都快燒乾。

ホテルは翔江のほとりに位置し、観光スポットを訪れるのに非常に便利です。隣にはジョイシティがあり、買い物に便利です。翔江🚶に沿って散歩することもできますし、ホテルの朝食はとてもおいしいです！フロントデスクはとてもテキパキしていて、チェックインはとても便利でした。ホテルの部屋もタイムリーに掃除してくれました。メーデー中はたくさんのゲストが来られましたが、すべて順調でした！

長沙Wホテルのサービスは本当に素晴らしいです。「いつでも、必要な時に」という対応が非常に迅速で、記念日を特別に楽しく過ごすことができました。特に6階のレセプションの女性（8日の正午に私が相談に行ったとき）には感謝しています。プロフェッショナルで親切で、サービス態度は本当に素晴らしかったです。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います！

We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

今回長沙に来たときに私はケンピンスキーを選びました。ホテルの全体的な環境はとてもエレガントです。ホテルの設備も充実しており、徒歩圏内にビジネス街もあります。ホテルのハウスキーパーの仕事態度はフレンドリーで前向きなので、ケンピンスキーに滞在することを選択するのは良い選択です。
