I recently stayed at Yijian 6500 (Changsha IFS Sujia Lane branch) for 3 nights and had an outstanding experience. This boutique property excels across all categories. Location: Perfection. Situated in the historic yet trendy Sujia Lane, it offers a peaceful sanctuary right in the heart of the city. It is incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the IFS/Wuyi Square area without any of the noise pollution. Room & Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent and well-maintained. I loved the room decoration—it features a gorgeous classical contemporary style that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The bedding, layout, and smart room features made for a highly comfortable stay. Service: The hotel staff deserve a special mention. Their service is truly excellent—professional, proactive, and exceptionally welcoming throughout my entire stay. Food Quality: Exceptional. The culinary offerings here are a major highlight. The food quality is great across the board, and they even provide a fantastic late-night supper which was both delicious and comforting. A perfect blend of great location, beautiful contemporary design, top-tier facilities, and stellar hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Changsha! My stay at Changsha Xiangjiang Hotel 1968 was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the hotel’s location, facilities, to its outstanding service standards, everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the warm, thoughtful, and highly professional service. Even before check-in, the hotel created a dedicated WeChat service group to assist guests with every detail. Throughout every minute of my stay, I could truly feel the team’s meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. This was one of the best butler-style service experiences I have ever had. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful community area while still being within walking distance of Wuyi Square. Unlike hotels located directly beside busy main roads, this property offers a unique sense of tranquility. You can either walk through the charming side alleys or stroll along the driveway and community square to reach the bustling streets nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and exceptionally well maintained. This garden-style property preserves the elegant charm and architectural spirit of the Republican-era buildings while seamlessly integrating modern facilities and technology. It creates an immersive atmosphere that makes every guest feel like a “time traveler” enjoying both historical aesthetics and contemporary comfort. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay. My sincere thanks to the entire service team for their dedication and hospitality. I truly look forward to returning in the future and bringing my family to experience this wonderful hotel together.

My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

I really enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel, which feels very reserved and luxurious. I liked that it is away from the city and close to the lake, which I enjoyed the morning walk very much. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, hotel staffs are generally friendly and very helpful. I had the time to enjoy live music at the bar, and met a very talented young artist, Azura who sang really well with memorable classics. I used the gym as well, which is pretty well equipped but I thought it was not tidied up as promptly as guests left empty bottles and weights lying around when I entered. It was almost after an hour later before I saw someone coming in to disinfect some of the equipments. I feel the disinfectant should be made available to guests on obvious spots so we are able to clean them ourselves before/ after use. Meanwhile the receptionists could probably do some basic housekeeping after guests left instead of waiting for the cleaners. There aren't that many users, it's not really ”hard work” in upkeeping the tidiness of the room. The breakfast spread was good and I loved the fact the the buffet is opened till 1:30pm!! Yes, finally a hotel that respects or generous enough to provide last breakfast for those who rise later on weekends. Food and coffee were really good, and this is a strong plus point for me to consider revisiting when i'm in town next!

ホテルは翔江のほとりに位置し、観光スポットを訪れるのに非常に便利です。隣にはジョイシティがあり、買い物に便利です。翔江🚶に沿って散歩することもできますし、ホテルの朝食はとてもおいしいです！フロントデスクはとてもテキパキしていて、チェックインはとても便利でした。ホテルの部屋もタイムリーに掃除してくれました。メーデー中はたくさんのゲストが来られましたが、すべて順調でした！

We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

今回長沙に来たときに私はケンピンスキーを選びました。ホテルの全体的な環境はとてもエレガントです。ホテルの設備も充実しており、徒歩圏内にビジネス街もあります。ホテルのハウスキーパーの仕事態度はフレンドリーで前向きなので、ケンピンスキーに滞在することを選択するのは良い選択です。

設備: 客室設備はシンプルで、ゆったりとしていて、広々としていて快適です。 衛生: 清潔で新鮮 環境: 女性が手配してくれた部屋はとても良く、眺めがとても広く、夜景も美しかったです。 サービス: ウェイターとウェイトレスはとても熱心で、ハンサムで美しいです。私は彼らがとても好きです。このホテルの良いところは、朝食が子供にとても優しいことです。ティーンエイジャーの朝食は無料なので、子供が多い私たちの家族にはとても適しています。とても思いやりがあり、寛大です。次回長沙を訪れる機会があったら、やはり JW マリオット ホテルを選びたいと思います。
