「場所はとても便利ですバス停の近く、SM Baguioのすぐ下にあります。街を歩き回って、訪れる必要がある場所に到達するのがどれほど簡単かが大好きです。 レセプションのスタッフはとても親切で、男の1人は私が階下の部屋からバスステーションまで荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。それはとても思慮深いサービスでした、そして私は彼の重い荷物の助けに本当に感謝しました。 しかし、場所は現在建設/改装中であり、私が泊まった部屋にはいくつかの問題がありました。トイレの床は濡れていました。カバーはあったがまだ濡れていたので、使うときはいつでも靴を履かなければなりませんでした。タオルは提供されず、リクエストする必要があるかどうかはわかりませんでした。数時間しか滞在しなかったので、シャワーを浴びる必要はありませんでしたが、チェックアウトしたとき、スタッフは部屋にタオルがないかどうか尋ねました。 全体的に、場所は素晴らしいです、そして私は利便性が本当に好きです。彼らは部屋を改善し、タオルを要求することなく常にゲストに提供できるようにする必要があります。 追記エレベーターがないので、荷物を二階に運ぶ準備をしてください。」

「The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage.」
