絶好のロケーション、美しい周囲の雰囲気、素晴らしいスタッフ。これまでで最もフレンドリーで親切な受付係とスタッフ、ホテルの素敵で素晴らしい第一印象。ホテルに関するすべてが例外的でした。清潔でスタイリッシュで広としていて、夕食をとった場所で素晴らしいサービスを提供しました。食べ物は素晴らしく、お金に大きな価値があり、サービスは行き届いていて効率的でした。部屋自体は設備が整っていて快適でした。私は私の滞在にとても満足しました。今後も長くお越しいただきたいと思います。

My partner and I stayed at Four Seasons in Mumbai for 3 nights. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our room very much. The room was very modern and had all the creature comforts you would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. The service was good especially at the concierge. We were offered a lot of great advice on where to go and what to do. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

顧客の勧めもあって宿泊しました。部屋の場所によっては海が一望出来ます。レストランのレベルが高く、ウェイターの皆さんの接客態度も素晴らしかったです。SPAは週末だと予約がいっぱいで利用出来ませんでした。プールがあるので、水着があるとベターです。またムンバイ滞在時は利用したいと思います。

Being a solo traveller (I wrongly booked for 2) I was “upgraded” to a room in the top floor with a window that looked into all kind of machines, I didn’t feel comfortable there. Besides there are some metro construction works that make it a bit difficult to reach the place. It’s a 20 minutes distance from Gateway of India but for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting such a 2/3 stars hotel. Breakfast just normal, nothing great

I have stayed in this property many times. It has been renovated a couple of years ago. It is clean and neat, courteous staff. It has no frills but is a tidy and convenient property. Location is superb, but do not expect great view from your room. What more do we need if we have a clean rood and courteous staff. Certainly is a value for money hotel.

Good service and facilities. Except some noise on account of repair work in adjoining room and comparatively high tariff, good hotel in good location
