ホテルは素晴らしく、本当に素晴らしい経験でした。部屋もバルコニーもバスルームも良く、手入れも行き届いていました。私が経験した中で唯一の大きなマイナス点は、レストランと食事でした。食事の味が良ければ、量が少ないのは当然でしょう。1日目のカストゥリ ケバブはパサパサしていて塩も入っていませんでした。ブロッコリー クリーム スープもレモン グラス スープも同様に味気なく、ブロッコリーの味はせず、塩も入っていませんでした。2日目も同じで、美しい誕生日の飾り付けとディナーを頼んだところ、飾り付けは素晴らしかったのに、ディナーはまたしてもがっかりでした。レモングラス プラオは今まで食べた中でおそらく最悪で、塩を加えても治らず、ひどいものでした。さらに、私たちの同意なしに10%のサービス料を徴収しましたが、これは違法であり、特に私たちがスタッフにたっぷりチップを渡していたのに、ゲストが喜ぶものではありません。朝食の品揃えも非常に怪しく、シナモンロールに虫がいて、ミルクの瓶に何か浮いているのを見つけました。レストランは本当に痛いところです。受付デスクは良く、ルームサービスの女性は素晴らしかったですが、私の経験は間違いなく良い点と悪い点が混在していました。

A friend and I enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay at the Royal Orchid Metropole. My room was spacious and very clean with modern amenities but a strong historical atmosphere. We enjoyed visiting the spa for massages, and the buffet breakfast and courtyard restaurant served reliably good food. The staff members were so helpful in arranging drivers for sightseeing and answering all our questions. The location is also really convenient. This was my first trip to Mysore, but this hotel was highly recommended to me by someone who is a regular business traveler. I hope to return and would definitely stay here again.

I am very very thankful to the staff of Royal Orchid Matropole as they treated their clients just like a family member specially the front desk people Mr Anil Duty manager Miss Soundarya very nice and humble also I am very grateful to the HEADCHEF Mr Pankaj who is having Jadu in his hand and words also the TASTE in his food really very cooperative Kichen Managers and kitchen members also Bindiya we will not forget you forever please keep it up. This was the second time I stayed in royal orchid metropole. I love the atmosphere of this historic building. They have also a pool, a gym and now even a spa. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use it. Great place! Welcoming staff. Great food and bar

We recently stayed at Royal Orchid Metropole in Mysore for 2 days. This 104 year old heritage hotel, originally built by the Maharaja of Mysore in 1920, perfectly blends old-world charm with modern elegance. The architecture, with its imperial arches, impressive pillars, and flamboyant corridors, takes you back in time, while the luxurious amenities make for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the Luxury Heritage room with a lawn view, and it was both spacious and beautifully designed. The grand bath tub was a treat. Another highlight was the horse cart ride arranged by the hotel, which took us around the palace—such a unique experience that truly m atched the grandeur of the property. The dining options were top-notch too. We enjoyed meals at Shikari, their outdoor barbecue restaurant and Tiger trail. Overall,We loved the peaceful & tranquil environment of this property and the warm hospitality by the staff. The best part is they are not over priced too. A perfect stay to feel like royalty. Highly recomended
