「The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we arrived too early for check-in, we relaxed in the lobby for a while. To our pleasant surprise, the staff allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated. My friend and I were able to enjoy a refreshing nap in the afternoon. The room was comfortable and clean, although the water flow in the shower was a bit weak and the room felt a bit hot for summer. Despite these minor issues, I would still rate this hotel 10/10 because of the outstanding service we received.」

My room was clean, well-designed, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of walking around Berlin. 「Even though it was near the station, the noise was not an issue. They quickly responded to my questions about changing towels and the lock, which was very helpful. There was a kitchen and a TV, so it was very comfortable.」
