First time staying at the Sana Hotel and it is the best one I’ve been in Berlin so far, the location is good, the room was bright and spacious, I had a possibility to opt out of daily cleaning which I really appreciate (more eco friendly) The sauna and swimming pool were both nice, especially when it was on the same level as my room. 100% recommend !

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside... The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge. All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money... Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then. Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

この場所は、その美しさだけでなく、便利なロケーションも特徴のまさに宝石です。フロントデスクのスタッフ、特に女性はとても感じが良く、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。ただし、1 人のスタッフ (男性の 1 人) の最初の非効率性により、チェックインのプロセス中にいくつかの課題に遭遇しました。 部屋に落ち着くと、私はすぐに寝室の巨大さと完璧な装飾に魅了されました。本当に贅沢な空間でした。バスルームも同様に印象的で、ゆったりとした広さを誇り、滞在全体の快適さをさらに高めました。これらの優れた特徴を考慮すると、将来もこの場所に滞在することを選択すると自信を持って言えます。 残念ながら、シートに顕著な問題がありました。彼らは独特の匂いを発し、それがなければ素晴らしい体験をわずかに損ないました。経営陣がこの懸念に迅速に対処し、ゲストが宿泊施設の優れた品質を十分に満喫できるようにすることが有益です。

サービスは素晴らしく、とても清潔でした。通りに面しているにもかかわらず、とても快適な部屋はとても静かでした。換気もとても良く、バスルームもとても清潔でした。ルームスリッパはリクエストに応じて無料で提供されました。部屋のコーヒーと紅茶は無料でしたので、足りなくなったら追加で頼むことができました。ホテルはベルリンの中心部に位置しており、どこへ行くにも徒歩圏内です。正直なところ、公共交通機関は全く利用せず、ポツダムに行くだけでした。それ以外は、ベルリンの観光スポットはすべて徒歩圏内です。クロイツベルクだけは遠いですが、歩いて行きました。ホテルではとても満足しました。また、ルームサービスをご希望でない場合は、「ルームサービス不要」のカードをドアに掛けておけば、夕方にバーで無料ドリンクをいただけます。

広い共用エリアと会議室を備えたモダンなホテル。快適な部屋と快適なベッド、唯一の欠点は棚と小さなワードローブがないことです。 選択肢が豊富な素晴らしい朝食。親切なスタッフ。ホテルのスイミングプールは滞在中に改装中で、スパサービスは近くの別のホテルで保証されていましたが、予約時にエージェントまたはホテル自体からこのことを通知されていればよかったと思います。この構造は今でも有効です。

ドリントホテルはベルリンのクーダムに位置し、公共交通機関へのアクセスが非常に便利です。フロントには、とてもフレンドリーで親切なスタッフが何人もいました！本当に感激です！5階にある私たちの部屋は約35㎡で、かなり広々としていましたが、少し古さも感じました。（古い）カーペットも家具も時代遅れです。ミニバーが空っぽなのは嫌です！ティーバッグがなければ、ケトルも役に立ちません。 私にとって「残念」だったのは、部屋の清掃とメイクアップが2日に1回しか行われなかったことです。2日目にその旨のメッセージが届き、私は異議を唱えました。すると、ベッドメイキングは毎日してくれました。 朝食はとても美味しく、種類も豊富でした。褒め言葉です。しかし、このサービススタッフには、もう少し笑顔と親切さが求められたかもしれません。 4日間雨が降った後だったので、残念ながら傘はなく、ネックサポートピローもありませんでした。 5つ星のホテルには、まだまだ改善の余地があります！

景色が素晴らしく、コスパもサービスも非常に良いです。ホテル設備も申し分なく、本当にコストパフォーマンスが高いと感じました。ホテルの下には地下鉄の駅や商業施設があり、とても便利でした。

ドイツ鉄道と地下鉄のAlexsander Platz駅前にあるホテル。ホテルの玄関から百貨店まで歩いて30秒、アジア食品スーパーまで歩いて20秒、地下鉄2号線の入口まで1分、ドイツ鉄道の駅まで2分。大型のホテルなのでいつも混んでいるが、エレベーターの台数も多く、それほど渋滞はしない。建物は古くて部屋は狭いがリノベーションはしっかりと行われている。宿泊料は安くはないが、立地を買う感じ。
