素晴らしい
LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.
The positives:
- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:
- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.
While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

EetRlo1. Sバーン（空港路線を含む）まで徒歩15分以内、空港との往復は約1時間です。最も経済的な移動手段です。はい、荷物、ベビーカー、車椅子などのためのエレベーターがあります。
2. 立地は概ね良好で、住宅街の雰囲気が気に入りました。とても静かで落ち着いた空間です。
3. 部屋全体の清潔さは満足できるものでした。スマートテレビと時代遅れのラジオ（CD、カセット）がありましたが、一日中ジャズを流していても気になりませんでした。ベッドは快適でしたが、枕はまあまあでした。
4. コンセントはたくさんありましたが、使い勝手が悪く、すべて現地の丸型プラグで、一般的な海外旅行用プラグは差し込めませんでした。受付で簡単に貸し出ししてもらえました。
5. セキュリティはしっかりしており、エレベーターはルームキーでアクセスでき、防犯カメラも設置されています。営業時間外はメインロビーのドアはルームキーでアクセスする必要があります。
6. 受付スタッフは概して真面目な印象で、笑顔で挨拶をしてくれるフレンドリーなスタッフもいました。ハウスキーピングのスタッフは親切でした。
7. シャワーの水圧と温度は申し分ありませんでしたが、シャワー室から水が噴き出すので、少し内側を向ける必要がありました。
8. 最後に、エアコンが動かず、フロントのスタッフは故障しているかもしれないので扇風機を無料で貸し出せると言いました。扇風機はリクエストしませんでしたが、部屋にいる間は常に窓を開けたままにしていました。気温は10～20℃と快適でした。夏はきっとそれほど快適ではないでしょう。

HHendrick29521. ホテルの場所は、少なくとも出張には非常に便利です。ホテルは、U 線と S 線の乗換駅である Jannowitbrucke の近くにあり、この駅からブランデンブルク空港に直接アクセスでき、非常に便利です。ホテルは東ベルリンの中心部に位置し、アレクサンダー広場（ショッピングモールや観光名所）が近くにあり、レストランやスーパーマーケットも入った大きなショッピングモールで買い物も大変便利です。川沿いの飲み屋街まで歩いて行くこともできます。川沿いを歩くととても涼しく感じます。中国大使館も近く、橋を渡ったところにあります。大使館の隣の大明レストランはとても美味しいと言われていますが、出張中だったので一度も行ったことはありません。近くにはベトナム料理、タイ料理、寿司屋がたくさんあります。 、これで私の中国人の胃袋が救われます。コスパ王のアジアゴンディールは春雨スープと揚げ春巻きと牛肉飯がオススメで、週に4回は食べてしまいました（笑）。
2. ホテルの装飾スタイルは若くてファッショナブルで、ロビーは公共の休憩エリア、バー、ジムになっています。部屋は正直言って、長期賃貸アパートのように見えます。内部のレイアウトは、ドイツの防音ガラス窓であることを言及する価値があります。素晴らしいです。通りに面した1階に住んでいますが、窓を閉めていても大丈夫です。とても気に入っています。ただし、部屋の天井の照明はかなり暗く、出張には不向きです。
3. ベルリンの地下鉄は目的地のABCエリアに応じて切符を購入します。駅には自動券売機があり、直接カードをかざすことができるのでとても便利です。チケットを購入した後、パンチインマシンにコードを入力することを忘れないでください。そうしないと、チケットは無効とみなされます。ミネラルウォーターのボトルは有料です。ウォーターカップを持参することが重要です。

Excellent location by the U Bhan with other food places a stones throw away. Recommend a visit to ‘Kaschk’ a craft beer venue just around the corner 🍻

Ttoriness交通の便（空港から直通の電車、ホテルのすぐ外からドレスデン行きのバスが出ていました）や市内中心部の観光スポットへのアクセスに便利なロケーション（博物館島まで徒歩わずか 15 分）です。ここはラディソンなので、サービスやアメニティは最高というわけではありませんでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで（少し早めにチェックインさせてくれました）、実際に料金を払う宿泊客として、荷物を数時間保管するのに 1 個につき 2 ユーロかかります。市街の景色が見えるホテルの屋上テラスへのアクセスには 6 ユーロかかります。また、ホテルのポリシーとして、部屋にコーヒーが毎日補充されるわけではありません（毎日補充することはできますが、自分で受付に行く必要があります）。部屋は十分に清潔でしたが、特にバスルームの設備が少し古くて疲れていました。ホテルは全体的には問題ありませんでしたが、4 つ星と呼ぶのは無理があると思います。

MMAKSUT GOKHAN KALKANサービスは素晴らしく、とても清潔でした。通りに面しているにもかかわらず、とても快適な部屋はとても静かでした。換気もとても良く、バスルームもとても清潔でした。ルームスリッパはリクエストに応じて無料で提供されました。部屋のコーヒーと紅茶は無料でしたので、足りなくなったら追加で頼むことができました。ホテルはベルリンの中心部に位置しており、どこへ行くにも徒歩圏内です。正直なところ、公共交通機関は全く利用せず、ポツダムに行くだけでした。それ以外は、ベルリンの観光スポットはすべて徒歩圏内です。クロイツベルクだけは遠いですが、歩いて行きました。ホテルではとても満足しました。また、ルームサービスをご希望でない場合は、「ルームサービス不要」のカードをドアに掛けておけば、夕方にバーで無料ドリンクをいただけます。

KKseniia350素晴らしいホテルです！必要なものはすべて揃っており、お部屋は美しく清潔です！1階にはレストランがあり、8.50ユーロのサウナもおすすめです。料金もお手頃で、使い勝手も抜群です。立地も最高です！アレクサンドラ広場よりもずっと良いです。美しいエリアで、素晴らしい建築物やカフェ、ショップ、ブティックがたくさんあります。国会議事堂までは徒歩1時間、近くには素晴らしい公園もあります！地下鉄まで2分なので、ぜひおすすめです！
