「Stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai.」

「I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. We especially loved the private swimming pool, which was great for both adults and kids. The karaoke facilities were also a nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is more suitable for guests with their own transportation, as getting around is much easier with a car. Overall, it was a great place for a family getaway and offered good value for money. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊」

「The room is so big , can stay 5-6 people in one time. Actually u all can go massage to just ask u want to massage. The people are very friendly—just ask them. It’s definitely worth renting here; everything is fully equipped.」

「Hotel with lift 👍🏻This Spacious room type located at level 6 and this floor only 2 rooms created quiet and private environment. Hotel no own parking area, you will need to park at street parking with white box, its just 1-2mins walking distance to hotel so no worry. 5mins walking distance to 7-11 and the famaus dinner restaurant 两合发. We will definitely come back again for next visit」

「I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.」

「Service of the staff is good . House is big and clean . Allow at least 8 persons but one thing not so convenient is bathroom 🚽 only downstairs not suitable for old people. Microwave , fridge and smart TV is available to use 😊. Reasonable price 👍」
