「I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.」

「The room is so big , can stay 5-6 people in one time. Actually u all can go massage to just ask u want to massage. The people are very friendly—just ask them. It’s definitely worth renting here; everything is fully equipped.」

「It is located at the old Hatyai.However, it is not far away (generally around 2-4km for places located within new Hatyai) from new Hatyai where you will find all the night markets and the mall, Central Hatyai. If there is intention to rent car, it is definitely not an issue renting this place.This is really good for a family, it has 2 storeys and 2 rooms with queen size beds. The hosts, a couple, are very friendly and helpful. They recommended very nice places to visit and eat upon request. Happy and satisfied with my stay there.」

「Everything was good until the housekeeping keep making loud noise with her walkie talkie outside our room every morning. The super loud noise from the walkie talkie is very annoying and it affected our sleep every morning for 3 days. I am not sure why, but seems like she was chitchatting or something through the walkie talkie. Otherwise, the receptionists are very nice and polite. Room is also clean. And also, the shower area keeps getting flooded. Please improve on the clogging issue. We get so stressed when showering every time.」

「A beautiful retreat surrounded by nature. The property is spacious, clean, and filled with greenery, making every moment feel calm and refreshing. The soft bed sheets and duvet made our stay even more comfortable. It felt like a place where time slows down and you can truly unwind. We left with great memories and would gladly come back again.」

「A perfect place to stay. This place exceeded my expectation. I am beyond words. We travelled by car and we got to rest at this place. It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. With affordable price, you can get a house or a junior suite! WILL BOOK IT AGAIN DEFINITELY!」

「先月、自動運転旅行中にここに滞在しました。部屋は清潔で、きちんとデザインされており、2人で適度なサイズでした。価格は手頃で、お金に見合う価値がありました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした、特にフロントデスクの女性は信じられないほど親切で歓迎してくれました。 ホテルは、病院、7-Eleven、ワトソンズ、ミニビッグC、そしてたくさんの食べ物のオプションの近くに便利です。敷地内駐車場はありませんが、100-meterの短い散歩の近くに駐車スペースがあり、管理が簡単でした。 注意すべき点の1つは、ホテルには3階建てでエレベーターがないことです。また、フロントデスクには深夜のスタッフがいませんが、援助が必要な場合は緊急番号に連絡できます。 全体的に、車をご利用の旅行者に最適です。私たちは滞在を楽しんだし、それをお勧めします。」
