「良い点： 立地抜群 スタイリッシュな内装 フレンドリーな受付スタッフ エレベーターあり 悪い点： 部屋にカビ臭がひどく、消臭スプレーをかけただけで「解決」した。それ以上の対応はできないと言われた。 水道水が冷たく、最高でも0℃だった。このホテルに4日間滞在したが、自分も子供も髪を洗うことができなかった。受付に水温調整を依頼したが、何も対応してもらえなかった。 排水口の設置不良で、シャワーの水が流れず、常に水たまりができていた。蚊が大量発生し、夜中に何度も刺された。 部屋には椅子が1脚しかなく、交代で座らなければならないらしい。 3歳の子供連れだったが、家族旅行には全くお勧めできない。1泊だけなら問題ないだろう。」

「The hotel was really nice! We were three girls staying for 3D2N and I promise it was really convenient. Hotel was clean, room had a balcony which was not directly to the main street so it was not loud, perfect amenities in the huge bathroom. Walking distance to Bangla Road (night life), just perfect, not too close, not too far. Would love to stay here again.」

「2泊目ですが、全体的には引き続き満足しています。清潔感、部屋の新しさ、そして全体の雰囲気はどれも素晴らしいです。しかし、前回と同じ問題に遭遇しました。バスルームの排水が悪く、シャワー中に水が溜まってしまうため、非常に不便です。 この問題は1泊目から2泊目にかけても続いていたため、ホテルにはこの問題を真剣に調査し、改善していただきたいと思います。このような些細なことでも、宿泊客の満足度に大きな影響を与える可能性があります。 全体的には宿泊施設に満足していますが、排水システムの改善があればさらに良くなるでしょう。」

「Fantastische prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en absoluut een van de beste verblijven die ik heb gehad (en ik heb meer dan 30 landen gezien en verbleven in honderden hotels). Het hotel is gloednieuw, modern, schoon en stijlvol ingericht, met comfortabele kamers en fijne voorzieningen. Het zwembad op het dak, de fitnessruimte en de rooftopbar maakten mijn verblijf extra aangenaam. Het personeel was tijdens mijn hele verblijf ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. House keeping is fantastisch, alles wordt aangevuld en ze geven zelfs extra’s. Je krijgt badhandoeken, 2 zwembad handdoeken én 2 badjassen. Koffie, thee, alles wordt aangevuld indien gebruikt elke dag. Alles verliep vlot en professioneel, en ik voelde me echt welkom. De locatie dicht bij de zee is ook een groot pluspunt. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en kom hier graag nog eens terug.」

「Was a really pleasant stay and felt safe! I’d recommend it as it’s so close to Jungceylon that you can just walk there. When there’s less traffic at night, My boyfriend and I also walked all the way over to Bangla Street from Ali House.」

「急な旅行だったので何も準備していませんでしたが、ネットで適当に予約した宿がこんなに素晴らしいとは思いませんでした！オーナーはプーケットのおすすめスポットをとても親切に教えてくれました。環境も良く、無料の朝食とコーヒーもあって、とても居心地が良かったです。本当に特別な旅行になりました。また来ます！」

「It is definitely worth the price . I highly recommend it . At first I thought i would regret it as it is said to be a student dormitory (on google map)(I found it after booking T-T)but it is very clean unlike some other hotels and facilities are great which is basically the same as hotel types but the problem was that the two rooms I rented are on 2 nd floor and the elevator was between the first floor and the second floor so we have to move the many heavy languages with stairs but then they send some helpers for it tho. I travel with 4people excluding me which was odd number and an extra bed was needed and it is just a sheet of bed and blankets and pillows which I find a bit uncomfortable to sleep but it could be just me tho.The stuffs are very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay there !!!」
