This hotel is impeccable and the NICEST that I have ever stayed at! Very clean and the amenities of the room are also impeccable! I was on the 14th floor and even though the elevator took a bit to get up or down, (only drawback), I did take the stairs once but only to the 6th floor! Then I took the elevator the rest of the way up! This really was an incredible experience, all positive! Stay here, you won't be sorry!

If you are looking for luxury or modest luxury this is not it. It's a courtyard. The best thing about this property is the location & views. The housekeeping is fair. I know it's a challenge with the sand but the clealiness of our room was poor. There was a man's belt hanging in the closet when we got into our room so that tells us the housekeeper never looked in the closet once the guest before us checked out & they readied the room for the next guests. They missed the dusting & I brought them back to show them. The shower curtain is flimsy & water gets all over the bathroom floor. The towels are hard & scratchy from being so old. The elevators are really hot inside. The furnishings are old & shipped. The cloth chair fabric is old & worn out. The beds are horrible. Old linens, the springs in the mattress is a wreck on your back & the pillows too flimsy. The balcony is dirty & the 2 chairs on the balcony was rusty. Marriott Corp. should be ashamed to list this as a Marriott property. This was our last stay at this property unless a full renovation takes place.

オーシャンシティのヒルトンで素敵な滞在をしましたが、出発後の状況に対する彼らの反応に最も感銘を受けました。私たちの息子はチェックアウト時に私たちの部屋でかなり高価なブーツのセットを忘れました。彼は私たちが家に帰った4日後に損失を認識しました - 3-hourドライブ。日曜日の午後にヒルトンに電話して、率直に言ってあまり期待していなかったボイスメールを残しました。月曜日の午前10時までに、ホテルマネージャーから商品が見つかったことを確認する電話があり、商品を出荷してもらうようベンダーに指示し、4分以内にリカバリ会社の名前を記載したメールが届きました。ベンダー「ileftmystuff.com」は、ヒルトンが返却フォームに事前にすべての情報を記入しました。返却フォームをすぐに完了し、提出の確認を受け取り、1時間以内にUPS追跡番号を受け取りました。それは昨日の午前でした - ブーツは今日の午後 2 時 42 分に配達されました。 「おっと、荷物を置いてきました」後のなんて素晴らしい経験でしょう!ヒルトンのマネージャーであるKim氏に、このような思いやりとプロフェッショナルな対応をいただき、紛失したアイテムを簡単に素早く取り出すための「My Stuff」を残すことができました。

ベイサイドプリンセスに滞在したのは今回が2回目でした。2022年7月に滞在し、9月に戻って来ることにしました。ベイサイドに滞在するのに素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。ホテルの部屋はとてもきれいでした。ベッドは快適でした。私たちは湾を見ているバルコニーで時間を過ごすのが好きでした。私たちは湾のビーチチェアに数回座りました。私たちはプロパティのカヤックレンタルを楽しんだ。それは非常に便利でたくさんの楽しみでした。ベイサイドで使用できる唯一のことは、カーペットを少し改装することです。新しいカーペットは素敵に見えて、部屋に更新された外観を与えます。

I surprised my best friend of over ten years for her birthday with an ocean city vacation. Dunes was the best choice I made. I reserved our room 2 months early, assuming summer would bring crowds. I just had to have this room for her actual birthday! One day before our arrival, I received an email alerting me of an upgrade from Dunes court; to Dunes manor (it pays to reserve ahead of time) what a difference!!!! Dunes manor is absolutely beautiful!!!! Stunning!!!! We had car trouble on the way there, so we were dropped off by Uber at Dunes court. I left my friend there with our luggage and walked to get a luggage cart from Dunes manor. The conceiurge actually brought the luggage cart all the way from Dunes manor to Dunes court to get our luggage for us in 90 degree weather dressed in full attire. There was a line to check in however, it went exceptionally fast. The service was warm and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. What I really loved was that we weren't disturbed every day by house keeping to clean our room. There was a note in our room that read ”if you would like your room cleaned, you need only ask”. Late that night my best friend got cold(she was by the air conditioner) so, she called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. Minutes later, a heated blanket was brought to our room and my friend was fast asleep. They have an indoor pool, a gym and restaurant right on sight and a trolly in back brings you right up the boardwalk for a small fee. The trolley isn't affiliated with the hotel. It's just very convenient. Oh dear, how can I forget?? The rooms balcony overlooks the Ocean. Who doesn't love waking up to that? Last but not least.... When you stay at Dunes manor you can use any of the 3 dunes locations privileges ie outdoor pool, movie night, or even special guest nights at the pool. There's always something fun to do. I'd go again and again. Thank you Dunes for making our stay a memorable one and God bless.
