ゲゲストThe Inn is so convenient access to the old town and the service is super good. The owner is so friendly and there is a 管家 will WeChat you and arrange a driver to pick us up from the train station and he will pick us up from the drop off point and bring our luggage to the Inn. He even bring us to good restaurants. Our departure is very early in the morning like 5am, he will wake up and carry our luggage to our car. I will stay in this inn again

ゲゲストEverything about this place, from location to hospitality, is amazing! The homestay arranged to pick us up at an intersection and carried our luggages all the way.
The sound proofing of the rooms are not that good though, so a word of caution for light sleepers.
During our stay, 小李 took really good care of us, never failed to ask what we intended to do on each day, provided help and suggestionsto us on what to do. We started and ended each day chatting with him. 😊
On our check out day, we had to leave at 6.30am to Shangri-La and 小李 woke up to help us with our luggages and waited with us till our driver came! We could not thank him enough and appreciate him going all the way to help us.
We had a wonderful 5-day stay and Lijiang made an impression on us. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there..

RRenee C.I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out.
YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful.
First impressions were great.
As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable.
Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup.
There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby.
Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin.
The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing.
The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay.
I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

PPengOne of the best home stay in Lijiang. Hardwares are probably better than most of the 5star hotels. The owner took a lot of pride in the design and hardware investment. Services are top notch... it is personal instead of just professional, made our stay very welcoming. Their business is expanding and I can see why
The location is extremely strategic, it is 3 mins walk from the bar street but without any noise pollution. Can't ask for a better location

設備: 家具や電化製品は非常に良くて新しいです。スピーカーは特に優れています。客室にはペリエをはじめとした無料ドリンクも充実しております。最高品質です。
衛生面：全く問題なく、とても清潔です。山の麓なので、小さな虫が時々飛んでくるのですが、カーテンを閉めて自然に近い状態であれば許容範囲内でした。私は麗江の別の五つ星ホテルに宿泊しましたが、カーテンを閉めないと蚊が飛んでくるとはっきり言われました。どのホテルだったかは言いません。

TThrasher6sic6麗江古城の主要観光スポットに近い絶好のロケーションにあるこのホテルで、素晴らしい滞在を過ごせました。高台にあるため息を呑むような景色が広がり、ホテルから古城のほぼ全域を見渡すことができます。特に夕暮れ時は息を呑むほどの美しさです！無料の朝食は嬉しい驚きで、バラエティ豊かな美味しい料理が一日の始まりを彩ってくれました。
スタッフは期待以上の対応をしてくれました。数百メートル離れたタクシー乗り場まで荷物を運んでくれたおかげで、チェックインもスムーズに進みました。オーナーは大変親切で、地元の観光スポットや周辺を案内してくれたおかげで、滞在をさらに充実したものにすることができました。温かいサービスと最高の立地がこのホテルの魅力です。麗江を訪れる方にはぜひおすすめします！

AAngeline♣這次麗江之行的住宿被雲曼狠狠圈粉！選對地方真的能讓旅行幸福感翻倍。位置是妥妥的加分項，就在古城核心區，離大水車、四方街步行衹要三五分鐘，出門逛吃超方便，返程時老闆還安排師傅到路口接行李，完全不用扛着箱子走青石板路，對遊客太友好了🥳。鬧中取靜的庭院超驚喜，白牆黑瓦配紅燈籠，綠植繁花環繞，坐在裏面曬太陽喝茶，瞬間get宋氏慢生活的愜意。
房間細節藏滿用心，寬敞又明亮，床品乾淨得能聞到陽光的味道，軟乎乎的床墊躺下就不想起，窗邊還能瞥見古城景緻，智能馬桶這些配置很顯品質，衞生更是沒話説，連角落都乾乾淨淨沒有異味，
服務貼心到像回老家！老闆和員工都熱情又親切，有求必應，還主動給我們分享麗江隱藏美食攻略和靠譜遊玩路線，完全不踩雷，太Nice了！！🥳🥳

YYingtaomoguサービス: Abby Huさんの温かく細やかなサービスに感謝します。返信も迅速で、食事の手配も手伝ってくださり、まるで自宅にいるかのような安心感がありました。また、温泉付きの部屋にアップグレードしていただき、景色も最高で、滞在中はとても満喫できました。旅程の都合でチェックインが遅くなりましたが、旧正月期間中にもかかわらず、1時間チェックアウトを延長してくださり、本当に助かりました。ホテルのカートもすぐに来てくれましたが、少し揺れが気になりました。
設備と環境: 築年数が経っているホテルですが、清潔で整頓されており、全体的にとても良かったです。他のレビューで言われているほどひどくはありませんでした。私自身、そういったことにあまり神経質ではないので、静かに過ごしたい方にはとても良い選択肢だと思います。
バンヤンツリーを選んだのは、ベッドから雪山が見えるからです。宣伝写真の通り、期待を裏切らない素晴らしい景色で、最高でした。焼きたてのフレッシュフラワーケーキもすごく美味しかったです！

BBreadpotatoesfriesA stunning stay! The room I picked was the 180+180 room and the view was just absolutely stunning. I recommend staying more than a day to just enjoy the views of the mountain. I was hosted by Hongliang and team who were so very attentive. They gave quick recommendations on what to eat in the vicinity and helped arranged all the activities they offered. The photography experience was especially fun and the photographer gave clear guidance and there was a good selection of outfits for ladies (just one for males). The session included makeup and hairdo as well, one per room, top up if more guests want to participate. I wish I had remembered there was a free shoot then I would have saved on the one done in the ancient city. These photos turned out really nice and you can pay a fee for each additional photo you like. Coord directly with the photog 2 days before your stay. The tea pressing activity was at a nearby tea dealer and the staff were very well versed in all types of tea, if you are a connoisseur you would enjoy it. All in all an amazing stay that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a mountain retreat.
