RRonsooCosy centrally located home stay type hotel hiding in an alley, away from the Main Street making it quiet yet a few steps from tourist spots and f&b. The Manager, Xiao Chai, is most helpful and provide good visiting routes advice and eating spots. As there is no lift, they have attended to our luggage’s including picking up and sending to outside city walls.

VVassiaTo begin with, the hotel owner came out to greet us at the city gate and showed us the way to the hotel. She also offered to drive us to the train station when we were leaving at the end of the stay, which was very nice. All in all, Xuanxuan, the owner, was absolutely wonderful and has made her ancestral home a beautiful hotel.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, with bedsheets, duvets and pillows being very comfortable. The bed mattress is a little harder than in other hotels, but I prefer this and for my back pain it was better. The bathroom feels luxurious and is also very clean!
The room is spacious and has a little seating area as well which is nice. The hotel and the rooms have a security keypad, making it easy to get in an out, and it feels very safe. The room comes with all sorts of small things, like dental packs, a loofah, slippers etc.
The hotel is 50m from the main street, which is fantastic because you're close to everything, yet still tucked away for peace and quiet when you need it. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. It is beautiful, lovely host and great location. 10/10

RRoshan_hotmailWe had a fantastic stay here, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind host. The hotel is housed in a 300-year-old building, giving you a beautiful, authentic experience of ancient China, but the interior is fully updated and very calm.
Arrival and Service: The host is highly organized. They arranged a free shuttle to pick us up the moment we stepped out of the Pingyao Gucheng railway station, and provided a free drop-off when it was time to leave. Upon arrival, the host sat down with a map, clearly explained how to navigate the walled city, and gave us great advice on what to prioritize.
The Room: It looks ancient from the outside, but it is a spacious, spotlessly clean, modern hotel room on the inside. It features a large flat-screen TV and a smart voice-control system for the lights. The bathroom was immaculate and entirely modern, complete with an excellent shower and a heated toilet seat. I cannot believe they provide a room of this quality for such an affordable price. It is truly worth it.
Location & Breakfast: The hotel is in a very convenient spot inside the Pingyao city walls, just a 10-minute walk to the evening light show. Breakfast is included. Rather than a standard buffet, they serve a nice traditional set meal featuring millet porridge (xiaomi), fried vegetables, and eggs (see my uploaded pictures).
I highly recommend this place if you want top-tier hospitality and a clean, comfortable blend of ancient atmosphere and modern convenience.

DDanielwen平遥の古代都市にあるホテルは1時間比較されました。最も費用効果の高いホテルです。新しくオープンし、現場での予想を超えています。施設は非常に新しく、完全です。特にバスルームスペースは広いです。ベッドのサイズは比較的大きく、快適さもとても良いです。私は個人的にホテルに滞在し、枕に非常にうるさいです。首が痛くなりやすいです。この枕はとても快適です。オーナーは平遥市出身で、自分の庭と小さな庭はとても人気があります。他に2つあると言われています。チェックイン当日は雨が降っていたので、上司は電気自動車に乗って街の外の駐車場に迎えに来てくれました。彼はまた、古代都市の主要観光スポットやレストランを訪れることを勧めました。出発する前に、彼はまた2本の酢をくれました。次回はここに滞在します。

ゲゲストWe stayed at thos lovely hotel. Lovingly restored by the current owner Mr Wang. He is the 6th generation owner of the property.
Until 10 years ago it was a derelict and dilapidated building. He poured money, time, blood, sweat and tears to restore it
And it does feel and look like a traditional house.
You feel you are going back in time.
Firstly the customer service is way beyond the call of duty. Its so good, i would recommend staying with mr Wang at whatever hotel he runs.
He picked us at the Lower East Gate, and brought us to the hotel, then took nearly half an hour to explain in great detail where we need to visit, whether the sights be in the city or outside the city.
Some of his suggestions, not on the tour books were very good . For example he suggested 3 restaurants, and we avoided them thinking he was getting a kickback.on our 4th and last day we tried restaurant no 2 of his. And it was good , the food and service were good. The prices were average with other restaurants and we got a 10% discount being the hotel's guests. And remember we had eaten 10 meals by the time we came to his suggestions.
Another suggestion of Mr Wang was Ma family home - also a very good tip from him.
Everytime we had a request or question he always responded with enthusiasm.
On our last day we checked out at 4am and he still took us to the pick up point at that ungodly hour.
Yep Mr and Mrs Wang's customer service is just first class.
The room was large, queen deluxe double, and the furnishings were traditional chinese furniture made of Rosewood. Very Expensive furniture for a hotel room. Shower worked well and was hot. However be aware its chinese style wet floor system ie there is no shower curtain between the shower and a small part of the bathroom does get wet if youare not careful. MR Wang said it will be one his improvement on his priority list. Hopefully by the time you booked the problem will have been resolved
The hotel is very close to the main streets. About 5 min walk.
The city of pingyao is worth visiting, it is one of the very walled cities left in China, with its old buildings intact and people still living it. All the city walls are also intact. Magnificent at night.

Everything is great! Conveniently access to the old streets, many good restaurants around, the staff are attentive and especially nicely decorated and hygienic rooms and free hanfu rental everyday for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay here!

ゲゲスト素晴らしいホステルです。私は個室を予約しました。ベッドはすごく大きくて、枕と毛布も快適でした。モダンなバスルームも含め、すべてがとても清潔でした。とても気持ちのいい温水シャワーもありました。
旧市街のすぐそばにあるので、ロケーションは最高です！ホステル自体も、植物や伝統的な中国風の外観で、中から見てもとてもかわいかったです！
また平遥を訪れることがあれば、必ずここに戻ってきます😁

DDECOSピンヤオゴ城を楽しむには昼夜全て見なければならないので、苛性が落ちても城内民宿のようなホテル1泊利用。
古宅を利用した客室は少し不便。
スタッフフレンドリー。朝食は照ります。コーヒーは別に用意。

ゲゲスト這次平遙之行，非常榮幸選擇了榮耀民宿，雖然在古城外，但出行超方便，步行5-6分鐘就到古城入口，還免去了古城內交通管制的麻煩。房間乾淨又温馨，床品軟乎乎的，晚上一沾枕頭就睡着。民宿老闆是一名二十年的退役老兵，服務超熱情，不僅幫忙規劃路線，還推薦了很多本地人常去的小店，價格非常優惠才幾十塊錢，真的是物超所值。特別推薦大家可以入住體驗

ゲゲスト自駕到古城，老闆娘給安排了古城牆下的停車場，20元一晚，客棧離西門停車場非常近，非常方便。客棧在古城步行街邊上，古典有特色，春節來院子裏大紅燈籠高高掛，十分喜慶，客棧十分適合旅拍，在客棧就能完成，期待旅拍的照片。老闆娘非常熱情❤️
