まず第一に、私はサクラではありません。今回雲南省で4軒のホテルと民宿に泊まりましたが、その中で一番気に入ったのがここです。 今回、雲南省の旅の最後の目的地としてこの場所を選びました。ラッキーは予想外のアップグレードを獲得し、ここで素晴らしい結末を迎えました！ サービス：送迎サービスは素晴らしく、ゲストよりも親切で、車もとても良いです。 設備: 家具や電化製品は非常に良くて新しいです。スピーカーは特に優れています。客室にはペリエをはじめとした無料ドリンクも充実しております。最高品質です。 衛生面：全く問題なく、とても清潔です。山の麓なので、小さな虫が時々飛んでくるのですが、カーテンを閉めて自然に近い状態であれば許容範囲内でした。私は麗江の別の五つ星ホテルに宿泊しましたが、カーテンを閉めないと蚊が飛んでくるとはっきり言われました。どのホテルだったかは言いません。 環境: 楽園 ホテルでは幅広い飲食オプションをご用意しております。

Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY! 💜 Right from the start, the boss (小明) greeted us warmly at the door and offered us locally grown peach and traditional Pu Er while waiting for our check-in. Been our first time in Lijiang, we were kinda lost with the many sights on offer. 小明 set us down and patiently suggested (without obligations) a detailed itinerary for the following 2 days. The packages are extremely reasonably priced with inclusive of drivers and meals for both days. For the first day - we get to pluck wild mushrooms, a hotpot lunch with the harvest, photo ops around 拉市海 and ending off at 理江古城 for some evening shopping. The next day, the driver picked us up at 5.30am for a sunrise view of 玉龙雪山. We managed to catch the 日照金山!!! Apparently, it's fairly rare to catch it with a clear view (2 to 3 times a month) and we have to thank lady luck for that. This genuinely marks the peak experience of our entire trip. Following that, we also explored Spruce Meadow and 蓝月谷 before making our way back in the afternoon to enjoy the hotel room. The stay is incredibly memorable. The room is very clean and comes with automated toilet bowl and projector with many movies. The outdoor area sits directly facing 玉龙雪山. Imagine waking up to the magnificent view everyday! The room is so comfortable that we regretted not booking for an additional day just to chill and relax. Not forgetting to mention the kind hospitality by 小明 and his stuff. They're always there to make sure we're well taken care of and offer valuable advice to make sure our stay is of the highest quality. We kept constant contact via Wechat and he frequently check on us. He even helped to arrange for our transport to Shangri-La. We make a great friend and we felt a strong sense of reluctance when checking out on the last day. But as 小明 says, ”天下没有不散的宴席”. We will definitely be back one day, my friend. I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

This is a place that only exists in dreams. Snow mountains, huge green grasslands and adorable animals everywhere -the scenery was truly unforgettable. I fell in love with this place the moment I arrived. For people who are always busy and stressed with daily life, I highly recommend staying here. It is the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe and feel peaceful again. The whole environment is calm, quiet and very healing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, very near to Baisha Ancient Town and they even provide free shuttle service. One of my favourite stays in Yunnan and I would love to come back again someday.

Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. 🏔️✨ The snow mountain view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the golden sunrise on the mountains right from the bed felt unreal. The whole hotel has a very peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. What really surprised us was how high-tech and thoughtful everything was. But the best part was definitely the service. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to transport arrangements and small little details throughout the stay. A perfect stay if you want: ☁️ snow mountain views ☁️ peaceful slow travel vibes ☁️ comfort + design + great hospitality Would absolutely come back again.

雪をかぶった山々に近い場所が欲しかったので、この宿を選びました。ゲストハウスは白沙古鎮のミニソウのすぐ隣にあり、近くに薬局もあって交通の便も抜群です。素晴らしい滞在でした！👍 共用エリアも部屋もとても清潔でした。スマートトイレ、ダイソンのヘアドライヤー、床暖房が完備されていて、朝はスーツケースが温かく感じました。 このタイプの部屋には、雪をかぶった山々に直接面した自動カーテンがあり、景色はまさに絶景です。私にとって最高の選択でした！😏 オーナーもとても親切で、荷物運びまで手伝ってくれました。フレンドリーで温かく迎えてくれて、しかもイケメン！😉

We enjoyed our stay at Taohuawu, and it was quite magical to get out of town and have a stay grounded in nature. We experienced a little hiccup with our horse ride booking, and were left stranded for a little while - before realising we had to go hassle the staff to be looked after. The grounds are wide and open, so the staff might be stretched thin, looking after each guests. Not one to have my phone with me at all time on holidays, but a lot is happening on the hotel's wechat group, and best keeping an eye on the updates and experiences info sent throughout the day, if you don't want to miss out. The view from the mountain cafe (and there coffee/snacks) were superb. We did end up going for the horse ride later that day, but being advanced riders, we're left wanting a little more. Would be an amazing spot if they had an experienced professional going for day rides around the area. Nice stop on our way to ShangriLa tho

The entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail made us feel well taken care of. The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was designed with great attention to detail, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy a stunning view of Yulong Snow Mountain directly from the room, which made the stay feel even more special and unforgettable. The amenities were also excellent, especially the Le Labo toiletries, which added a lovely touch of luxury. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service from our butler, 小杨. He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. 小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared. He made us feel completely at home, and his outstanding service left a very deep impression on us. The food and drinks were also impressive. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The afternoon tea was generous, with a wide variety of food, and the drinks were very enjoyable as well. Every part of the dining experience felt carefully curated. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. With its beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, excellent amenities, delicious food, and truly outstanding service from 小杨, this was a perfect stay.
