ゲゲストWe had a great stay! The hotel runs by family members. When you are away from home for many days, the family love just make you feel so welcoming and warmth. Not to mention the hotel has the best view of Yu Long Snow Mt! We were lucky enough to see 日照金山 for the 2 days! The food and tea break were great! They provide dinner as well if you wish to stay in hotel. The hotel uses high tech equipment such as projector screen! That was really cool! Thank you for making us so comfortable at your hotel. Chat with us and provide all the useful information related to li jiang and shang rila! If you love pet, you must play with their lovely 可乐！可乐 is so so adorable and playful. Miss you all so much! 谢谢老板娘 蒙古弟弟 北京阿姨 和所有工作人员！认识你们真好❤️ 有机会再去玩哦～

Cclara theretIn 19 years of life, never have i been to such an AMAZING hotel with such amazing staff and location. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many luxury hotels, and this is my favorite one to date. Not only was the room perfect, but the staff were helpful with absolutely everything. They arrange cars for you from and to the airport or other touristic attractions in the city, , they help with your suitcases, and always have foo, snacks and drinks for you whenever you please.
Apart from that, and this is the reason i think the staff is truly exceptional, they helped me retrieve my lost suitcase from the airport after i had already arrives at the hotel, and i didn’t have to worry about anything. They also helped me reserve tickets to the snow mountain and confirm DIDI locations. They also ordered me medicine from the pharmacy because i didn’t know how to do it myself. And to conclude, they are genuinely the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and so so so helpful.
I recommend this hotel 1000000%.

XxQueenDue to my health condition, I had to cancel my journey to Shangri-La. Rather than seeing this as a setback, we decided to extend our time in Lijiang for one more night before heading back to Dali. Without a second thought, we knew we had to return to Rishine for our final night.
Our decision to come back was based on one thing: their exceptional, heartfelt service. From the warmth and friendliness of every staff member to the meticulous considerations in the room—like the oxygen generator for comfort at this altitude and the convenient hot/cold water dispenser—this place feels like a true home away from home.
But it was our return that truly cemented our love for Rishine. As our Didi car pulled up, attendant Xiao Liu was already waiting for us with a warm smile. He had quietly noted our call from five minutes earlier and timed his welcome perfectly.
”I haven't seen you for a day, it feels like three autumns have passed!” he said, greeting us with the warmth of a reunited old friend. In that moment, the fatigue from our travels simply melted away. The most touching part? They remembered our specific dietary preferences without us having to remind them.
This is more than just a homestay; it's a place that remembers you and makes you feel profoundly cared for. We cannot recommend Rishine highly enough.

JJK LauHave a very pleasant stay here for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with all the amenities provided. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They even provided us free laundry service which is hardly find in other hotel. Furthermore, they gave us tea as complementary gift before we check out too 😊 Hotel provided free breakfast and tea session and hot milk at night too. Free transport to 白沙古镇 is available as well as free pickup/drop off to airport.
The location is very convenient if you were travelling to 玉龙雪山 which is less than 30 minutes drive. The environment was quiet and suitable for good rest after a long day of travel.
I would definitely recommend it to travelers and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

ゲゲストOur stay at Casa Nguluko was excellent in every way with as it combined luxury with authentic local culture. Each detail at the hotel was carefully considered, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that felt like a true retreat.
What made our experience exceptional was the warm hospitality of the host and owner. She took time to personally guide us on walks around the village and shared her deep knowledge of Naxi culture, making our trip so much more meaningful. The hotel also has a unique connection to her family home, which gave us the rare opportunity to meet family members and connect authentically with village life.
The food here was excellent—breakfast, in particular, was a highlight. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed.
Thanks for the good memories. My aunty and uncle who stayed here as part of their first trip to China are still talking about this place. Highly recommend!

In addition, each room had plenty of amenities (bluetooth speakers, bidet toilet, projectors with many movies). Free massages, and transport to and fro station, along with pleasant conversations with the hospitable staff made this a great stay. highly recommend.

MMandy Keng雨の夜、かなり遅い時間に到着しました。ホテルのスタッフはすぐに傘を届けてくれ、荷物をホテルのロビーまで運んでくれました。チェックイン後すぐに温かい飲み物が部屋に届けられ、受付のスタッフは自分の携帯電話を使って夕食のファストフードの注文まで手伝ってくれました。部屋はとても広く、ダイニングテーブルもあったので、長いドライブの後にようやく美味しい食事を楽しむことができました。残念ながら翌日にはチェックアウトしなければなりませんでしたが、それでも素晴らしいおもてなしを受けることができ、特にホテルマネージャーのジェニーさんの温かいおもてなしは私たちにとって十分でした。彼女は私の家族の素敵な写真を撮ってくれ、次のホテルに無料で迎えに来てくれるよう連絡までしてくれました。クイランは私たちの心にとても素敵な思い出を残してくれました。白沙を訪れるなら、ぜひこのホテルをおすすめします！

Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay.
Accommodation:
The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement.
It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others.
Location:
Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience.
Customer Service & Staff:
The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs.

KKTravelDiaryOur hotel had a beautiful view of the jade dragon snow mountain, especially in the morning when the sun was rising and it casted a golden glow. The staff was friendly and we particularly liked a young man who works afternoon - night shifts called Xiao Bu. He picked us up from the train station, brewed us tea in the afternoon, made us coffee in the attached coffee shop in front and even sang and played guitar for us. He tried his best to help us when he could and gave us extra supplies when we requested. He dropped us off at the Baisha Old Town when we wanted to walk around and it was a nice jaunty walk back to the hotel. The hotel breakfast portion is pretty big but tastes just OK to me. The room was nice & our bed was comfortable. It took a long time to warm up since it was winter & the room was big. I'd recommend asking for a separate electric card to have the heat running while you're out to keep the room warm. We didn't do this and had an OK time but it was kinda cold. The shower pressure was on the low side and not super hot, which was surprising considering how nice the rest of the room looked. The amenities were not as nice as cheaper places we stayed at but overall the stay was pretty alright. The price feels like it's mainly for the nice view, which admittedly is gorgeous. If you care less about a nice view, there are better budget options. A little conflicted as we liked Xiao Bu as staff but overall had a better experience at other hotels, especially for the price. They do have laundry machines and karaoke etc in the basement but we weren't able to utilize these amenities during our stay. We were able to keep our luggage after check out and arrange an airport drop off (fir a fee) which was nice as well.

CChoo1234.5 stars. Almost perfect . I wish I could give it 5 stars but have some disappointments and rough around the edges.
A unique resort. The places is beautiful and harmony with nature. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all.
Picturesque scenery. You come here to relax, wall and enjoy the fresh air, and take a million photos. Tea break at their stunning cliff side cafe is inclusive. Also singing and drinking after dinner was a warm experience.
Food was delicious, although more variety would be appreciated for long stay guests.
The pet dogs and cats deserve their own 5 stars! Super friendly and tame - our kids loved playing with them. The staff treated and trained the animals really well. Horses for riding (extra fee) was a great experience. Next time will take lessons.
Service was warm and sincere. Always with a smile. The staff was genuine, friendly, polite, helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them.
They really tried to give their best to meet our needs. I felt really at home and we were treated very well.
The negatives.
Things are inconsistent. We had a beautiful skylight to see stars but it was so dirty that we can hardly see through. Cleaning apparently was difficult and couldn't be done, so what's the use ? Our safe was locked by the previous guest and they did not have the ability to reset and open. So we couldn't use it.
Our rooms was not cleaned on day 3 and 4. On day 4. they just replenished items. Didn't clean or throw away rubbish.
Toilets at the cliffside cafe is terrible state, nobody wash? One dinner, waited for our vegetables for 30 mins. When we asked ”why is it taking long?”, they say ”sorry out of stock'. So had to cancel. Coffee machine had problems , milk tube or valve clogged? could not make milk drinks (e.g cappuccino, latte) during last 2 days.
Archery had many broken arrows , less than half can be used.
They also offered cup noodles for free! Ask us if we wanted. Very nice gesture, but then they say ”sorry no more cup noodles”. Did not replenish during our trip.
Overall an excellent experience, would come again. Could be perfect, but given the price , I would not expect to encounter these negatives mentioned.
