とても良い
FFiFi318ホテルの場所はとても便利です。近くには他の有名なホテルもあります。ホテルに到着するとすぐに多くのバーやレストランがあります。ホテルの駐車場は 12/24 ポンドです。時間。予約には朝食が含まれており、選択肢は多くありませんが、ワッフルマシンで遊べるので楽しいです😛。フロントのスタッフの態度は非常に悪く、ゲストを歓迎する態度や礼儀正しさはまったくありませんでした。それどころか、朝食のテーブルのスタッフは素敵な笑顔でした。
しかし！ 2日目はチェックアウト前に火災警報器が鳴ったので、何人かをホテルから急いで外に出しましたが、ホテルはずっと火災警報器を鳴らしているようでした😅

ゲゲストAll staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

TTAMBGenerally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

ゲゲストArrived after a late flight. Watm welcome and efficient, was sble to get to the toom quickly snd get some overdue rest.
Late breakfast but everything still neing fully stocked. Wide sekection of hot snd cold food.
Would have welcomed a later check out, nit no big issue.
The property was well maintained and the stsff courteous. Fantastic price for a kast minute booking

FFamily Staycation2024年7月にステイシティ バーミンガムに3泊しました。trip.comでチェックインする前に宿泊料金を全額支払っていました。しかし、チェックアウトしてバーミンガムを離れた後、3泊分の料金がクレジットカードに再度請求されました。ホテルにメールを送って状況を説明したのに、今まで返事がありません。チェックアウト日から12日経っていました。ホテルの経営と顧客サービスにとても失望しています。顧客の懸念を無視することは受け入れられません。このような二重請求の経験がなければ、ホテルの評価に満点を付けたいと思います。アパートホテルの部屋、衛生状態、アメニティは本当に気に入っています。

The check in was quick and easy.
All in all good value for money for my one night stay.

ゲゲストLovely hotel in an amazing location ruined by ‘sauna like’ hotel room, due to broken air con (which apparently had been broken for several months). Disappointing that we weren’t told in advance of this, then we would have had the choice to book another hotel. When we complained shortly after arrival we were told a maintenance guy would come up and fix it. He fiddled with the air con settings and we were told that it had been reset and would work in an hour. We went for a walk and came back to a just as hot room. When we questioned the reception staff they said the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t change rooms, and that we weren’t the only people having this problem. I think this was a lie as the hotel seemed quiet, why not be honest? What I didn’t understand was how come there was air con in reception but not in the hotel rooms?
The restaurant at breakfast was empty, but the food was lovely and the staff were really helpful.
Shame as there is so much potential for this hotel, but I won’t be staying there again until the hotel owners make some changes and put the customers first.
