The Hilton Garden Inn in Birmingham offers a satisfactory stay with comfortable rooms and decent amenities. However, some areas could use improvement, like the breakfast variety and overall ambiance. A medium recommendation for a basic, reliable option.

ハイアットリージェンシーバーミンガムでの素晴らしい滞在。スタッフは暖かく、プロフェッショナルで、気配りがあり、部屋は広としていて、きれいで、とても快適で、場所は街を探索するのに最適でした。朝食は素晴らしい選択で素晴らしく、設備は手入れが行き届いていました。優れたサービスとおもてなし全体私たちは喜んでここに再び滞在し、それを強くお勧めします。

Where do I begin. The hotel itself is in a nice part of town surrounded by the Aston Uni. Hotel/Conference center shares its space with the Uni Law building, but in itself it’s actually quiet. The issues begin with the room itself. It’s a spacious, but there is no air conditioning… which is not great if you’re baking in this freak heatwave. The windows don’t open too far, and can’t be opened more than 2 inches “due to health and safety”. The cleanliness of the room was practically nonexistent, down to housekeeping flipping the sheets to hide a stain, shower gel marks on the shower from the previous guest wasn’t cleaned, a chocolate stain on a towel in the bathroom and lastly a crusty tissue covered with something I’d rather not touch, that was next to the spare pillows on the storage unit and the fact that our used spoons/cups in the room weren’t replaced with clean ones when housekeeping reset our room while we were out for the day. Dust in the room was also a serious problem, but again this could be due to the lack of good ventilation. These are a few issues which I wouldn’t consider to be common practice, since this is usually taken care of during daily housekeeping when staying more than one night, so I was disappointed with the lack of care taken. The front desk staff were friendly enough though.

The location was perfect within walking distance from New Street Station, Sea life centre, Lego Discovery centre, Art gallery and museum. The check-in staff was super nice and friendly, we arrived earlier but they were happy for us to check in as our room was ready. The room was clean.

ホテルはとても便利ですが、周辺が少し汚いので満点はつけられません。 部屋は広くて清潔で許容範囲内です。 エアコンは約 2 時間ごとに自動的に停止し、温度が 19 度に調整され、風速が最大になったときにのみ再起動する必要があります。エアコンの騒音は非常に大きいですが、私は感じられません。実際には外は暑くありませんが、窓を開けているととても暑くなります。二晩よく眠れませんでした。 登録せずにボトル入り飲料水の代金を支払わなければならないという発想は斬新すぎて、私には完全に理解できません。 フロントデスクに物資を受け取るように頼んだところ、結局一晩中何もされませんでした。 少し遅れて11時頃に部屋を出て、16時頃に部屋に戻りましたが、まだ片付いていない様子だったのでフロントに聞いてみると、それだけだとの返事でした。午前中に片付けた。 全体的に、ホテルの場所と部屋は良いですが、エアコンの問題は深刻で、サービスはあまり協力的ではありません。必要がなければ二度と注文しません。

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

2024年7月にステイシティ バーミンガムに3泊しました。trip.comでチェックインする前に宿泊料金を全額支払っていました。しかし、チェックアウトしてバーミンガムを離れた後、3泊分の料金がクレジットカードに再度請求されました。ホテルにメールを送って状況を説明したのに、今まで返事がありません。チェックアウト日から12日経っていました。ホテルの経営と顧客サービスにとても失望しています。顧客の懸念を無視することは受け入れられません。このような二重請求の経験がなければ、ホテルの評価に満点を付けたいと思います。アパートホテルの部屋、衛生状態、アメニティは本当に気に入っています。

Lovely place to stay, the owner was very responsive which is great and accommodated a late check out which I totally appreciate! I was originally given the wrong room but once Informed the owner he amended this and apologised. The original room I wanted actually had a broken door panel which he explained but it didn’t bother me to be honest. Loved the bath and the projector - a few things unfortunately that need to be looked into, the bathroom flooded during my shower with the water migrating to the right side which then needed me to physically use whatever I could to get the water towards the shower drain. The bath, when you’re running it the attached shower continuously also drops water again which I had to get whatever I could to soak up. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bath salts would be a lovely touch considering I feel the bath is a real selling point to the room. The cutlery was dirty but it’s ok because I wash anything before I use it. In the morning workmen whithin the apartment were making the MOST noise, literally in the little terrace just under the apartments windows however the apartment does have supply pair of earbuds which I soon realised was needed. Either way I will stay again for sure but yeah needs some tweaks which I’m highlighting as constructive feedback. Thanks Gurmukh

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

After unable to leave Birmingham, We decided to stop at the Clayton again and give it another night from the bad system issues they were having. This was a lot better granted and the floors are very secure having floor locked to your key cards to get access. Breakfast we were earlier down and it paid off. Breakfast was better this time. Only little issue was the bathroom could do with a bit more attention to detail with little bits of little black mold in the more harder to reach areas and red residue in the grouting in the tiles. Apart from that sure I’d sure recommend it for the pricing
