Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location near Temple Meads made getting around very easy. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast had plenty of choice. Would stay again.

ブリストル空港の絶好のロケーション。快適なベッド、やかん、お部屋の紅茶/コーヒー。空港シャトルサービスが利用できますが、これは£8pです。ホテルに滞在しているのを考えると、少し急だと思います。敷地内のレストランも少し高価で、バーにはフレーバージンが入っていません!

ホテルは地理的に良い場所にありましたが、何かが起こりました。たまたま前の晩7時頃に就寝したところ、9時頃突然火災警報器が鳴りました。とてもうるさくて、何の音かわかりませんでした。怖かったのですぐに起き上がってドアを開けましたが、全然開けられませんでした。本当にひどかったです。受付に電話しようと電話を見つけましたが、どの番号にダイヤルすればいいのかわかりませんでした。カウンターには電話の案内がありませんでした。ランダムに0を押しましたが、誰も出ませんでした。その後、誰かが出るまで何度か電話をかけました。音が聞こえたと言いましたが、ドアを開けて外に出ることはできませんでした。すぐにドアを開けに来てくれて、長い間開けていたのですが、ようやく開けてくれました。鍵の問題か何かわかりませんが、すぐに部屋を変えてくれました。

滞在するには良い場所で、部屋もサービスも素晴らしかったです。ちなみに、駐車場は無料ではありません。1泊20ポンドの追加料金がかかります。駐車システムもあまり良くなく、チェックアウトに10～15分ほどかかりました。それでも、ここの設備は大変気に入りました。全体的に素晴らしいです。

Lovely room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, our stay also included free car parking which was a pleasant surprise, the hotel is also in a great location and in the heart of everything

2泊しました。ダブルベッドは快適で、ソファベッドはシングルベッド2台として折りたたむことができ、快適で子供たちにもぴったりでした。ホテルの駐車場は1泊9ポンドくらいだったと思います。朝食は美味しく、温かい料理も冷たい料理も種類豊富に用意されていました。 唯一の欠点は、部屋が暑かったことです。エアコンは効きが悪く、中心部にあるため窓を開けて寝ることができませんでした。フロントで扇風機を借りることをお勧めします。 ホテルはとても静かで、防音対策もしっかりされていました。皆ぐっすり眠れました。

Good location / it can easy to walk to anywhere of the town. Nice pub to get some drinks

We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Amazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol
