Excellent location for the harbour as we were going on a boat trip. Hotel very clean. Overall a lovely stay

Everything was fine except the ac heating was not working even it is adjusted to 30 degrees it was cold as winter so had to put on my coat. The room was clean but there were hairs on the towel and inside the sink. Apart from these the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The Wellington was well placed for our trip to watch The Kelvin Players Theatre in Brassed Off on the Gloucester Road.  The  facilities were excellent and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast the following morning and would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely accommodation, excellent location, friendly helpful staff, however Thursday night loud music from nearby pub until 2am.

It meets overall expectations. Some communications are certainly needed to make sure there is a correct understanding of arrangement of cleaning service and other services. The property itself is a big aged I would say. The washing and drying machines seems old and took long time to do washing. However the apartment is generally clean and with quite a bit of sunshine. Right value I would say. Overall the apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to Cabot Circus. Convenient for food and general walk around. Yet not too far away from the old town - very walkable within 20minutes. The place is further away from Clifton Village and Suspension Bridge.

The staff was helpful and and the location was close to the station. It was near the city centre and there were many restaurants nearby. Check out was easy as you just needed to put the key inside a box. Only one problem was the lacking of hair dryer, which should be supposed to have one in the suite.

was an amazing stay! beautiful concept, high quality service, food and stuff.. must stay near bristol.

Overall a good sized room. Howerver the aircon was not adequate to cool the room and felt a little too warm for the hot summer's day. However the beds were comfy and the room overall well styled. The bathroom was very spacious with fantastic lighting! Other than the unattractive view out the window and the aircon, I would highly recomend!
