ゲゲストIf I could give them more than 10 out of 10, I would gladly do so! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant, with rooms and amenities thoughtfully designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The linens, bedding, lighting, and furniture were all exceptional. Our late-night garden dinner was delicious and made the evening even more special. Spending two nights here was the perfect cherry on top before leaving Rome. Thank you!

立地面
テルミニ駅からすぐ近くで利便性はかなり高いですが、他の方からのレビューにもある通り、ホテル周りの治安は悪く、夜にはスケートボードの音や飲食店での騒ぎ声、自転車販売店員の口笛などホテル外の様々な音がうるさかったです。今回の部屋が駅側の部屋であったため、騒音が気になりましたが、他の部屋はもしかすると静かかもしれません...
食事面
朝食は普通です。外食するのにもテルミニ駅から電車で離れたほうがいい店が多い印象でした。
アメニティ
電話で頼むと色々持ってきてくれます。時間によっては人が足りていないせいか2度呼んでもなかなか来ない時もありました。
総括
キャリーケースなどの大きな荷物を持った移動が苦でなければ、テルミニ駅から少し離れたホテルに宿泊すると食事や観光目的の移動面においてプラスになるかもしれません。もし次回ローマに来るとしたら違うホテルにチャレンジすると思います。

Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.

ZZhiwazi地下鉄駅近くのごく普通のホテル。朝食は良かったが、清掃はいまいちだった。スプリットタイプのエアコンは、ホテルのセントラルエアコンよりもはるかに良かった。まるで1990年代の中国のホステルの豪華なシングルルームのような気分だった。

CChloeとても気に入りました!!!! すごく落ち着いていて快適なキャンプ場です。アクセスも良く、バス停まで徒歩2分で、そこから最寄りの地下鉄エウル・フェルミ駅までバスで行けます。市内へはバスで行けます。旅行者として、他のホステルよりもずっと安いので、とてもお得です！本当におすすめです！

ゲゲストL hotel è molto confortevole ed il personale è la sua eccellenza dalla reception al ristorante ai camerieri tutti gentili e disponibili. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono di qualità , la colazione al primo posto varia e abbondante. L unico neo che ho trovato in questo viaggio è stato il fatto che la camera ha avuto dei problemi la sera al mio arrivo c’è stato un problema strutturale che poteva capitare a chiunque che non è stato possibile risolverlo al momento perché eravamo arrivati ad un ora troppo tarda e che il fatto che non sia stato possibile risolverlo nell’ immediato ha reso il nostro soggiorno della prima notte non troppo confortevole. Al mattino dopo dopo aver valutato che il problema non poteva essere risolto prontamente ci hanno cambiato camera in una uguale a quella che avevamo prenotato e il soggiorno come sempre è andato benissimo. L unica cosa che mi sarei aspettata era quello di un rimborso anche solo parziale per il grosso inconveniente subito ma questo non è stato fatto , è vero che da parte nostra non è stato richiesto, ma mi sembrava doveroso che fosse fatto senza chiederlo.
Perciò 10+ al personale anzi se fosse possibile darei 11 un po’ meno alla direzione.

ゲゲスト立地：夏休みシーズンだったので1~2週間地下鉄がお休みでテルミニ駅からスーツケース持って移動しました。タクシーを捕まえるのが結構大変でした。観光スポットから離れているので周りにレストランは少なめ。
清潔度：気になるところなし。
サービス：朝食会場は7:00からが原則ですが、6:45くらいから対応してもらえました。荷物を預ける場所もあり。
施設：２人部屋＋追加ベットではなく、３人部屋を予約したのですが、ベットは簡易ソファーベットで残念でした。
観光でローマ利用する場合は、それなりに歩くので、観光途中に一度ホテルに帰って休憩なども鑑みると、観光スポットに近いほうが食事、移動で便利かもしれません。。

ゲゲストホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧です。ホテルでは朝食を提供しており、多くの選択肢があります。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、十分に広いです。唯一の欠点は、ホテルの場所が良くなく、乗車するのにもう少し時間がかかることです。
