The room was clean but quite small, with no proper space to set up a laptop, which made working uncomfortable. The breakfast was served on time, but the portion was noticeably small. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of space and breakfast serving size.

Overall it is a good hotel. Clean and good location. However it doesn't provide comb, and the hot water is a bit weak.

The condotel itself is nice, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a busy area with lots of food options and establishments nearby, so there’s no shortage of places to eat. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is right beside the highway, so it can be really noisy, especially at night. We woke up several times because of the loud motorcycles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. For the breakfast, I had read in a prior booking review that they only provide breakfast from Jollibee, which is why we didn’t get a breakfast inclusion when we booked. I also asked the reception directly during our stay if they offer breakfast, and they confirmed that they do not have their own breakfast service and that breakfast is sourced from Jollibee. The housekeeping staff was also not very friendly. Whenever we asked for something, they seemed annoyed, and they didn’t really smile or show much warmth when interacting with guests. This was one area where we felt the service could definitely be improved. On the other hand, the reception staff and manager were accommodating. They were willing to help whenever we asked for suggestions, especially regarding transportation and places to visit. Overall, the condotel itself and the location are good, but the road noise and our experience with some of the housekeeping staff affected our stay. With better soundproofing and more welcoming housekeeping service, the overall experience could be much better.

We had a pleasant stay at GV Hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and fresh towels were provided upon check-in. The lobby was spacious and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay. I booked three rooms to stay in at CDO Grace Residence Hall for my family, I can say that, it was a great and comfortable experience here in Cagayan De oro City.

車を持ち込む場合は、入る前にそのユニットの所有者に電話して、部屋番号と駐車場の番号を尋ねる必要があります。旅行には、滞在していた部屋番号が記載されておらず、私の期待を超えているためです。私たちが到着したとき、飛行機の遅れで午後11時近くになっていましたが、部屋番号とユニットの所有者名がわからないため、警備員が私たちを入れてくれませんでした。対応するフロントデスクがあると思っていたので、期待していませんでした私たちがそこに到着したときに私たちに予約情報を表示するだけで十分ですが、それはまったく異なります。それで、そのときが私たちがそこにいることをユニットの所有者に電話するときです（笑）しかし、私たちがチェックインした時間を考えると、彼女は親切で思いやりがあると思います、そしてまた、旅行がそう言っているので無料駐車場だと思いました（笑）しかし、そうではありませんでしたオーナーが駐車料金の請求をするので、再度支払いますが、この場所で気に入っているのは、キッチン設備があることです。そこに滞在するときに自分や家族のために食べ物を買って調理する予定がある場合は、本当に素晴らしいです。数日滞在すると、エキストラベッドや毛布もあり、何よりも素敵な場所です。
