リゾートホテルの場合は、隣の高層ホテルよりも、階段ごとに眺望が楽しめるこのガーデンスタイルが断然好みです。設備は経年による多少の傷みはありますが、使用感には全く問題ありません。 朝食、昼食、夕食はすべてホテルで手配されましたが、味はまあまあでした。 特筆すべきは夕日で、当初は夕食のために近くのインターネット有名な夕焼けレストラン 2 軒まで歩いて行こうと考えていましたが、よく考えたら事前に予約しないとテーブルを確保するために早めに行かなければならないと思いました。諦めました。実際、ホテルから見る夕日はすでにとても美しく、テーブルを待つ必要はありません。価格は寛大で質素で、インターネットの有名レストランに似ています。何もなくても良いです。大騒ぎ。

施設は少し古いですが、宿泊客は少なく、ビーチの景色はとても良いです。プールは一つだけですが、朝からスープを注いでビーチサイドの椅子に座って日光浴をしているアメリカ人の年配のカップルがいます。イベント中、彼らの態度は非常に横暴で、ビーチで写真を撮らせてくれませんでした。ビーチでベリーダンスのポーズの写真を撮るためにアメリカ人の年配のカップルと3分間話し合う時間がありましたが、彼らは非常に傲慢で、ウェイターに怒鳴りつけ、否定的な口調で私たちを追い払いました。本当に不可解だ。最後にロイヤルチェーンのグループ総支配人が謝罪と挨拶に来てくれましたが、結局とても悪い印象を残してしまいました。

全体的にかなり良く、大きなベッドのある素敵で大きな部屋、プライベートビーチ、素晴らしい景色を望むレストランがたくさんあります。唯一の小さな欠点は、ドアが少し薄く、外からの騒音をあまり遮断しないことです。エアコンのファンも少しうるさかったです

これはこのホテルへの2回目の訪問であり、今では2-bedroomアパートの友人と一緒でした。両方のベッドルームには独自のフルバーツルームがありました。ビーチテラスのすべての部屋は西向きで、夕方の太陽と海に直接面しています。アパートには2つのバルコニー(もう一方にはサンベッド付き)があり、掃除を頻繁に望んでいませんでしたが、毎日数本の水を手に入れました。朝食は寛大で、外で食事を選ぶことができてよかったです。ロイヤルクリフホテルが5つすべてあるエリアは、中心部の面倒な外にあり、素晴らしいです!手入れの行き届いた緑地がたくさんあり、多くのレストラン、サンベッドのあるプライベートビーチがあります。プールエリアも、ガラスの壁(および部分的なガラスの床)を備えたインフィニティプールで素晴らしかったです。ホテルの外の近くのエリアにも多くのレストランがあります。パタヤの中心部(ウォーキングストリート/ビーチ)まで、丘の上を徒歩約20分でした。何かを望むなら、それは壁のフックやハンガーのような部屋にもっと収納スペースがあるでしょう。また、引き出しは部屋に収まります。全体として、お金の価値が非常に高く、パタヤに戻ったときに戻ってきます

WORST HOTEL ROYAL CLIFF GRAND HOTEL WE WERE ABUSED & HAD TO HEAR RACIST COMMENTS FROM AN OLD WHITE MAN RIGHT IN LOBBY AT RECEPTION & STAFF TOTALLY IGNORED IT & TOOK NO ACTION . On 21 of February, between 2:05-2:30 we were waiting for our cab in reception area an old white man came towards us shouting ,” get these mother******g Indians out of my sight ” we were so startled & shocked that we could not react & he said same abusive & racist line again , mind you all the staff silently standing & watching , then that man came towards my husband with a fist as if we was about to punch my husband. No action from staff even then . we looked at them helpless totally , then my husband shouted back at that man defending himself that man then went outside the hotel & staff stood silent even then . We were in deep shock & felt insulted that that we faced abuses & racism from a totally unknown man & when we asked for details of that particular man from hotel they refused to give it , they just refused to take any action & even didn't give any details of that man so that we can file a complain . we left disheartened from the hotel & without a single apology for the insults & trauma. What disgusted us the most was that nobody defended us & staff didn't even say a sorry . we booked Royal cliff grand hotel due to the beach view it's balcony was offering , but on Day 1 itself we saw lizard in our room as well as in our balcony . when we called the staff panicking that there is a lizard in the room the reception seemed as if nothing had happened & said they will send somebody to shoo away the lizard . 20 mins passed & we had to call twice to get some assistance finally someone arrived by that time we shooed away the lizard ourselves . that guy came with just a broom to catch the lizard & in balcony also he didn't catch any lizard . we were not offered any replacement of room & it seemed like an everyday thing to them . noticed lots of mosquitos in the property in the lobby , hallways , we got so many mosquito bites , told this to reception again & they just smiled & ignored didn't even offer us a mosquito repellent. on Day 2 we started getting yellow smelly dirty water in our washroom, which smelled of poop this was just disgusting to say the least , even after complaining to housekeeping it continued till evening, imagine our plight we paid for a premium hotel for thIs ?

This is a lovely place to stay in Pratumnak. It’s very close to the beach. There is this lovely chocolate factory, which is a must to visit. Try going for the sunset. Now I would like to clarify something which none of the hotel sites nor their own website mentions it, not sure why though. This is not a hotel neither a service residence/apartment. These are apartments which are for sale, the ones which are not sold, the company is listing it for guests to book just like a hotel room. We had booked a 2-bedroom sea view apartment. When one reads apartment, one imagines it has all the necessary things which you will get in an apartment. This is where I need to make it very clear, this is not a serviced apartment/residence as the property does not allow any cooking at all. The property has disconnected the hotplate. All you get is cutlery, microwave and a kettle that's it. There is no toaster too. If you are okay not able to cook, this is a lovely place with a gorgeous view of the sea. No washer/dryer in the 2-bedroom sea view room. I did find the bedroom relatively small especially moving in and out of the bed. We had a Jacuzzi in the balcony which was lovely after a long day in the sun. The furnishing was top notch I must say. Very luxurious and well decorated living room/dining room. Service and staff were amazing. I would like to thank one of the staff in particular, Ms June who was very gracious and kind. There was one lady (next to Ms June) who refused to provide her name. Her brashness and the way she spoke was unacceptable. The afternoon/evening shift staff, there was this one gentleman who spoke rudely with my father and brother. When Thailand is best known for its kindness & hospitality, I would request the management to get them trained. So, if you are looking for a place to cook, this is not the place, yes there are several restaurants nearby or order food through Grab. If you don't mind the cooking part, the 2 bedrooms with a sea view was great. I loved doing my morning 5 am exercises in the balcony. We did go to the pool during our stay. What a view it was. There is also a Sauna room. Overall, I would rate my stay at 8/10, I just did not appreciate how the lady & gentleman spoke to us. Unable to cook as my father has special dietary requirements and WIFI does not reach the master bedroom. These are my reasons as why I rated it 8/10 Once again, a big thank you to Ms June for her amazing kind-heartedness and politeness. We did get a check-in around 11am after a very long flight from London to Bangkok. After our 4 days stay at the Elysium Pratumnak, we stayed for 3 nights at the Somerset Pattaya. What a pretty stay we had. Oh, we could cook.

Before booking at Balihai please know the photos are NOT representative of the REAL hotel and you may occur many problems. In all my years of international travel I’ve never experienced confrontational and argumentative staff like at Balihai Bay. At checkin staff wasn’t welcoming with kindness. Khun Nee didn’t ask us questions before telling us to pay for breakfast. Asking her to read the conformation I presented ( paid already) she had no patience and was unprofessional. After checkin the room was nothing like the photos. The twin beds were NOT twin but little single beds (size for 1 child) When I kindly brought this issue to Khun Mei she said “ we changed the room beds”. But I paid for the room on the website, not this! Poor excuse for the false advertising. Rather than trying to resolve the problem together she became argumentative, unprofessional and didn’t offer a solution. I offered the solution of moving to a different room. When checking into new room there was a lack of towels. The housekeeping wasn’t complete. I didn’t bring this to staff’s attention after a difficult check in. Upon checkout the staff didn’t ask questions about the towels but rather accused me of stealing towels. I had another argument with the staff and housekeeping. We learned housekeeping wasn’t finished before we checked in and they simply forgot. But I was accused of stealing and housekeeping wanted money for a bath mat, Which was never in the room in the first place. But the staff never asked about the towels but rather accused. Before booking know the style of the hotel is to argue they are right and you are wrong when a problem arrises. This happened 3 times. All 3 times they were at fault and refused to talk nicely and ask questions and work together to resolve issue. No manager came to help resolve these issues. On a positive note, breakfast was great as was restaurant staff. Bell Boy Khun Dave was fantastic with helping many ways and very kind. He’s the BEST employee!

ホテルはとても古いです。何も要求できません。シングルベッドやキングベッドについては、実際には存在しません。当ホテルでは2台のユニットを使用しております。非常に大きな白内障です。まったくプロフェッショナルではありません、水がありません。バスルームはとても古く、汚れがあり、休日や週末には料金表が高騰します。部屋にあるものは新品であっても高価です。しかし、これは古いです。そして、バスルームはあまりきれいではありませんでした。昔のマンスリーマンションの雰囲気とか。

素晴らしい!!部屋からのプールと海の景色は、滞在を価格に見合う価値があります。場所の周りに点在する飲食店のある美しい場所。完璧な写真。夕方にはシュール!素敵な装飾とストレスを和らげるのに最適な場所!スタッフはよく訓練され、丁寧で、特にレストランで働く人。朝食はバリエーションがたくさんあり、本当に美味しいです。レストランの食べ物も美味しいです。唯一の制限は、部屋からのwifi接続がないため、現代では生活が少し難しいことです!!全体的に、私たちはこのプロパティで述べるのを楽しみ、パタヤに戻ると、これが私たちのデフォルトの選択になります。部屋は少し改装が必要なので、星を1つ予約しました!

春節の時期に旅行するのは本当に不快です！ホテルは通常より高いです。このホテルについて話しましょう。歩行者専用道路 (飲み屋街) の端にあります。私が 3 階に住んでいて、友人が 1 階に住んでいる部屋はとても湿気が多いです。部屋に干してある服が濡れています。ホテルは比較的古く、設備がうるさいです。よく眠れない場合は、ここに泊まらないでください。夜は飲み屋街の音楽がとてもうるさいです。幸いなことに、私は眠れました。まあ、それはほぼ午前3時まで続きました。少しのようですので、虫がいない限り、そこに住んでください、本当に湿気が多いです！次の日目覚めると、鏡は曇っていて、地面は濡れていました。夫も私も湿疹がありました。プールは大きくて素晴らしく、とても良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。朝食の中で最も豪華でした。今まで泊まったことのあるホテル。

私のすべての問い合わせに常に親切に対応してくれたトップとボスに本当に満足しています。ベルボーイもとても親切で親切です。ホテルはとても新しく、部屋（エリートスイート）はとても広くて快適です。唯一の問題は、CTrip のエリート スイートの説明にキングベッドまたはシングルベッド 2 台と書かれていて、シングルベッド 2 台が欲しかったのですが、チェックインの際、この部屋にはキングベッドしか収容できないと言われました。しかし、彼らは私たちのために追加の羽毛布団を提供しており、私たちの滞在には十分です。このホテルの唯一の欠点は場所です。丘の上にあるため、主要な観光スポットまで歩いて行くことはできません。ホテルの近くまたはホテルの真向かいにあるのは、小さなビーチといくつかの飲食店、バー、レストランだけです。それでも、私たちはこのホテルを引き続きお勧めします。パタヤではGrabやタクシーでの移動がとても便利です。

パタヤの天気・旅行のベストシーズン

　パタヤは年間を通して気温が高く、月ごとの寒暖差が激しくないことが特徴です。年間の平均最低気温は24.97℃、平均最高気温は31.28℃です。どの時期に出かけた場合でも、気温による差は少ないものの、降水量の差が激しい時期があるので注意が必要です。なお、降水量が多くなる時期は5月～6月（それぞれ平均降水量100ミリ超）と、雨季の終わりの9月～10月（それぞれ平均降水量200ミリ超）です。反対に、雨量が少なくなる乾季は12月～3月のため、このシーズンにパタヤを訪れる人が多くなる傾向にあります。

パタヤの交通手段

　パタヤに向かう場合、まずタイの首都バンコクへ直行便等を利用して向かうのが便利です。バンコクからパタヤへは電車・バス・ミニバス（ロットゥー）の利用が一般的です。電車の場合、平日に1日1往復しか運行が無いため注意が必要です。所要時間は約3時間40分と長めですが、安価にパタヤに向かうことができます。最もメジャーな移動手段はバスで、バスを利用した場合の所要時間は約2時間30分です。早朝から深夜まで20分～30分おきに運行されているため、遅い時間に到着した航空便でもそのままパタヤへ向かうことが可能です。ミニバス（ロットゥー）を利用した場合も同じくらいの所要時間で到着可能ですが、大きな荷物を載せることができないため、旅行者には適さない乗り物かもしれません。

パタヤの人気観光スポット

　パタヤで最も人気の観光スポットの1つが「パタヤ・ビーチ」です。約4kmに続くビーチにはカラフルなパラソルが並び、手ぶらで訪れてもバナナボートやジェットスキー等の様々なマリンアクティビティを楽しむことができるスポットです。もう1つの人気の観光スポットが「サンクチュアリー オブ トゥルース」。こちらは仏教寺院で、荘厳な建物の織り成す雰囲気に圧倒されること間違いなしです。すべてが木彫りの彫刻で、タイの「サグラダファミリア」と呼ばれるほど完成に年月を要しています（現在も建設中）が、その緻密かつ日本にはない独特の彫刻群は世界中から訪れる観光客を日々魅了しています。
