This Hotel was 3 star not 4 star. I guess because of the swimming pool they have achieved this? The Restaurant was closed during August (disappointing) and it is in a more industrial area, luckily we had a car so could drive to a restaurant one of the evenings. Reception were really helpful. The bar is modern and drinks were great and reasonable. The bar menu is limited but was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choices although watermelon the only fresh fruit. The corridor outside our room was dark and very 1970’s looking. Room had all we needed but dated. Pool was fine, we had to take beds outside to the sun. Small space outside. All in all just ok, could be improved with an upgrade of the building!

私は家族と一緒にBW Hotel Udineで一晩過ごしました。とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、清潔な居心地の良い部屋。ビュッフェ式朝食は新鮮なコールドカットとケーキで素晴らしかったです。ホテルの下のガレージは1日8ユーロで、手頃な価格のIMHOでした。市内中心部まで車でわずか数分です。

夕方9時に店に到着しましたが、誰も受け取らなかった。ホテルには実際には4つの部屋があり、コードロック付きのドアはホームステイのようなものです。 Ctripの小さなアシスタントを見つけて、連絡した後、フロントデスクは8:30まで仕事を休んでいると言いましたが、事前に通知も通知も残しませんでした。9時30分まで待って、誰かが鍵を開けて部屋に入るように電話しました。 良い場所と完全な設備。部屋は広としています。サービスは本当に悪いです。 シートリップのアシスタントはいいです。北京時間の夜3時に連絡して、問題が解決するまで数秒で返します。

I stayed for 1 night last week at the Ambassador Palace. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a small mini bar with water beer and coke. Good shower, just a small problem not getting the floor wet, as their is only a small wall and no shower screen. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of food. The hotel location is great for exploring the city only a short walk from various bars and restaurants. For the cost of the room a very good price for what you get
