The hotel is at such a great location right by the door there is a lake park with outdoor gym equipment like pull up bars etc. also not far from the hotel is a street filled with coffee shops and crafty things. The people at the reception are very nice . I needed to ship some stuff using SF express and they helped me with the whole process since I don’t speak Chinese. Would definitely come back. Plus they had an outdoor cinema they were playing detective Conan with a live bbq you can eat from

次回も滇池でゆっくりしたいなら、またインターコンチネンタルを検討します。ホテルは滇池に近く、海埂大坝まで歩いて夕日を見に行けるので、リゾート感があり、市街地での観光が少ない旅行にぴったりです。夜のセレモニーはとても面白く、私たちが見た日は小雨が降っていて、とても雰囲気がありました！セレモニー中、多くの子供たちが木製の橋を行き来しており、ロビーバーから見ている人には少し邪魔でした。セレモニー中は柵などで仕切ることを検討してもらえませんか？それから、ロビーバーの飲み物はごく普通でした。バーテンダーを雇う余裕はないのでしょうか？ 設備：基本的には5つ星ホテルの基準を満たしています。開業から時間が経っていますが、部屋の設備はよく手入れされています。減点ポイントはプールの更衣室で、状態があまり良くなく、清掃もあまり行き届いていませんでした。 衛生：非常に良く、部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。 環境：リゾートホテルとしては共用エリアが比較的狭いですが、植物の配置は良く、多くの名札がかけられていて、何の木か分かりやすかったです。館内には多くのショップが入居しており、ブランドイメージを下げていると感じました。 サービス：送迎サービスは完璧で、従業員の態度は熱心で、快適に過ごせました。 もう一つの減点ポイントは朝食レストランです。種類と品質がインターコンチネンタルに期待されるレベルとはかけ離れており、リゾートという位置づけにも合いません。やはり美味しい朝食があれば、また来たいと思えるものです。 また、麺類を提供している2つのコーナーでは、案内が不十分でした。片方は固定の小鍋米線で、もう片方は自分でトッピングを追加する麺でした。通常、選択肢を示す黒板があるはずですが、ありませんでした。従業員もどのような選択肢があるか積極的に説明してくれず、詳しく尋ねて初めて分かりました。この点はあまり良い体験ではありませんでした。特に、出てきた麺があまり美味しくなかったことを考えると、ホテルには今後の改善を期待します。

期待をはるかに上回る滞在でした。この値段なら、ただ寝るだけの簡素な部屋だろうと思っていましたが、閑散期だったからか、ホテル側が部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。 部屋に入ってびっくり！この価格でこのクオリティは、まさに価格以上の価値があります。バス・トイレ別の構造、デスクチェア、ソファ、GREE製エアコンはもちろんのこと、専用の読書灯と数冊の本（すべて金融経済関連で、かなり使い込まれている様子）までありました。 清潔感は全体的にあり、リネン類は新しく交換されているようでした。ただ、細かい部分の清掃が行き届いていない点がいくつかありました。 最も戸惑ったのは、お湯と水の表示が逆だったことです。思わずフロントに電話して修理を依頼しようかと思いました。 もう一つ、気になった点があります。エレベーターホールや廊下には数歩おきにアロマディフューザーが設置されていましたが、それらが発する香りは正直、好みではありませんでした。部屋のバスルームから少し嫌な臭いがしましたが、ドアを閉めて換気扇を回すと大丈夫になり、しばらくすると匂いは消えました。 昆明長水国際空港への送迎についてです。シャトルバスが出ており、定時運行です。空港到着時に電話で連絡すれば迎えに来てくれます。送迎サービスはフロントで予約可能で、出発時間の30分前にはモーニングコールで起こしてもらえました。

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. 英語が一切通じませんが、We chatの翻訳機能で色々と丁寧に説明してくれ、真夜中のフライト着でしたが空港まで無事に迎えに来てくれホテルに到着しました。翌日もエアポート迄無事に送り届けくれて本当に有難かったです。 部屋も綺麗だし、朝ごはんも沢山あってご飯野菜類もしっかりと取れました。 しいといえば、お湯がチョロチョロで髪の毛を洗うのは大変でしたが、ドライヤーはハイパワーですぐ髪の毛が乾きました（笑）

Overall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

Staff is friendly and always able to assist. The room is big for a twin bed. Big spaces for your luggage.

空港に到着したら、ホテルに連絡してシャトルサービスに迎えに来てもらいました。中国語がわかる人なら、シャトルサービスの車を探す場所のメッセージは明確です。フロントカウンターのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。彼女の案内で、近くの通りで夕食においしい手軽な食べ物を見つけることができました。翌日の出発シャトルサービスも事前に手配しました。朝、フロントカウンターのスタッフは私たちに電話して、迎えの時間を知らせてくれました。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and great service. We arrived very late after midnight, but the staff kindly waited for us and even walked out to welcome us when we arrived. We were quite hungry at that time, and the staff thoughtfully helped us by providing hot water for our cup noodles and even bringing it up to our room. It was such a small but very touching gesture that we truly appreciated. Communication was never a problem because the staff tried their best to use translation apps to communicate with us. Their effort and friendliness made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the hotel was lovely. The chef who prepared our breakfast was also very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also in a great location where many things are within walking distance, which made it very convenient to explore the area. Thank you again to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

ホテルの環境がとても気に入りました。小さなガーデンスタイルのヴィラで、景色のよいエリアの裏口にとても近く、とても便利です。フロントの女性は良いサービスを提供し、とても忍耐強く対応してくれました。また、おいしいレストランも勧めてくれました。夜は夕食を食べ損ねました。部屋は清潔で明るく、バスタブ🛁があり、夜はとても静かで、とても快適に過ごせました👍
