A little old-fashioned but charming in that way. Good location. Some rooms have great balconies. Breakfast was also not bad.

在古老的房子裏建立了現代的設施和體驗，所在房間比較大，開窗見景，距離周邊景點都不遠，對面有個超市很贊。可惜在羅馬公交車被偷護照和 2000 歐，心情直接跌入谷底，對羅馬有了點恐懼。好在大使館的同胞緊急辦理旅行證並給予現金協助，得以安全回國。

Great property in a great location! Small compared to American standards but would stay again and highly recommend!! Very clean, very friendly, great location Breakfast included was excellent. This was an amazing find!

Fantastic property in great location. Hotel is clean, great bathroom, ac is fantastic. Breakfast is great and service is fast and friendly. Rooms are like new and completely modernized. Has elevator to rooms. Walkable to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Reataurants and shopping is right across the street. Cant say enough great things about this hotel. Staff is great.

We had high hopes for this hotel after reading reviews that specifically commented on its cleanliness. However, we did not feel that the hotel was particularly clean. While it is not overly "dirty" it does not feel very clean. There were some hairs in the bedding and stains on the walls for example. The shower drained very slowly causing a large water buildup on the shower floor while showering. Grout and caulking in the shower were falling off or missing in some spots. The whole room also had a faint smell of bleach. We also found the room did not block out much noise and we were woken up several times in the night with the sounds of people moving around in the hallways. The hotel has invested in highly modern features (like automated controls, coloured lighting, and décor) but everything has a very cheap feel to it. We were only here one night before catching a flight home, but I would not recommend for a longer stay. The hotel staff was nice enough, but I can’t say anyone really went above and beyond. I would rate this hotel as a 6/10 – definitely not worth the nightly cost.

Mattress is uncomfortably soft. I got back pain after the first night, and ended up sleeping on the pillows - they were firmer than the mattress. Turned the do not disturb sign on, but to no avail - after a sleepless night, got woken up by staff knocking on the door and screaming “housekeeping!” Half of the tiles in the bathroom were loose. The shampoo dispenser in shower didn’t work. Front desk gave us conditioner when we asked for shampoo. We later did some detective work to figure out that someone put the bottle into the shampoo dispenser with a duct tape “seal.” A room of this quality would go for $100/night in the heart of manhattan.

Liked the room design, the bathroom- all inside and the antique elevator that gives it a nice touch. The check-in was excellent. The lady at the front desk very professional and nice The checkout, not quite the same: we left 15 minutes before the breakfast as we were going at the airport, and we politely asked if we could have a takeout simple breakfast. We travel a lot a, and this was the first time when a hotel refused on the reason that is not 7 the start time for breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was ' to use a polite word for his attitude. it was a very unpleasant departure having to face such attitude so . early in the morning.
