「The hotel's receptionists were warm and welcoming. However, we were disappointed to find that we couldn't order a Grab from the lobby since it wasn't a designated pickup point. This meant we had to take a short walk to the main road, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it rained, which was often during our stay. The hot weather made it even more unbearable. The hotel's new furniture and cabinets emitted a strong smell of VOCs, which we tried to alleviate by opening the windows during the day. Although the corridor was tiled, it was dirty when we arrived. The next day, the cleaners mopped the long corridor, leaving it quite wet. The elevator was also located far from our bedroom. On the positive side, our unit was spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. The amenities were good, and the value was excellent considering the size of the unit, which was around 70 square meters.」

「First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.」

「One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at! Newly established, everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The overall experience was excellent, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. It’s truly a great place to relax and enjoy a luxurious stay. Highly recommended!」

「Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.」

「Overall, the stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues: Master Bedroom: The ceiling fan was not working, and there were ants and mosquitoes present. Room 2: The mirror was broken. Room 3: No hangers were provided. General: The hair dryer was damaged and unusable. Gym Facilities: The gym is very run-down, and many machines are not working. Toiletries & Linen: Only hair and body shampoo were provided. Towels were old and worn out, and the bedroom sheets were not very clean. On a positive note, the infinity pool is nice and well-maintained, which we did enjoy. However, the issues above significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, and better provision of basic amenities are strongly needed for future guests.」

「Staying in Level 13 with street view. Dual keys units hence its well equipped and clean house. The 2 bedrooms unit come with dining hall, living hall, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Big bedrooms and can fit 4 person comfortably. Easy check in with clear instructions given Washing machine is available for long traveller like us. Thank you and pls keep up the good service and nice maintenance of the house.」
