it would be nice, like in so many other instances, to be able to provide a positive critique regarding iberostar saidia. truthfully, the ideal solution would be for the iberostar chain to sell this hotel, as it does not align with the standards i am accustomed to from this very chain. and it's not worth mentioning that this is a matter of culture or country. i regularly choose iberostar hotels multiple times throughout the year, and even just last year, my stay at the iberostar club palmeral in marrakech did not disappoint. unfortunately, with this particular hotel, there are countless reasons to criticize. i cannot award it a single star, because while the reception manages the work volume adequately, when it comes to the restaurant, there are endless lines and a very limited variety of food for a 5-star hotel. there are careless employees, poorly trained staff, lack of attention even in cleaning cutlery, not to mention table cleaning. at the bar, it got to the point where i had to request a new glass after leaving the used one, and even then, they simply rinsed it and returned it. there are countless shortcomings, and compared to other iberostar hotels, there appears to be a lack of supervision over a large part of the staff. the security personnel are rude and poorly trained in their interactions with guests. i cannot recommend, and i cannot endorse an iberostar hotel with such significant flaws. additionally, there is a capacity shortage in the outdoor areas for the number of hotel guests. there are insufficient sunbeds for anyone, and there is also a noticeable shortage in the all-inclusive drink service around the pools; only sweets are available for snacks. regarding the rooms, the bed linen and towels are stained and carry marks from previous use, and there is even an unpleasant sewer odor coming from the bathroom. while there are many more failings that could be enumerated, these are the essential ones for now. a hotel from 2007 that urgently needs remodeling, or to be sold to protect the iberostar brand. if remodeling is the path taken, it is imperative to hire effective management, as there are many instances where it is lacking

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to I highly recommend it the staff was so nice and helpful especially the animation crew ,the DJ , the security and everything literally one of the best holidays !

English to follow En dépit de sa renommée mondiale, mon séjour au Radisson Blu Resort, Saidia Beach, a été source de déception à plusieurs égards. Des chambres sales ; celle de mon ami était malheureu*****t aux prises avec des problèmes d'humidité, de moisissures, et une odeur désagréable persistante. L'expérience du service a laissé à désirer, marquée par un accueil peu chaleureux et un personnel parfois vulgaire, manquant de professionnalisme. Le personnel, déjà insuffisant, contribuait ainsi au médiocre niveau de service. Mon expérience confirme les commentaires négatifs que j'avais lus auparavant. La nourriture est très médiocre, souvent masquée par une utilisation excessive de romarin, peut-être pour dissimuler des produits pas très frais. Le choix au buffet est limité. J'avais payé d'avance pour un panier de fruits à la chambre, qui a été livré très tard. La restauration était décevante, avec un petit déjeuner pauvre en options, des fromages périmés, et des problèmes comme des machines à café défectueuses. L'accueil a plutôt aggravé les situations que de les résoudre, montrant un manque de compétence et de considération envers les clients. Le bruit incessant provenant d'une boîte située juste en face de l'hôtel, de minuit à 4 heures du matin chaque jour, a grandement perturbé mon sommeil. De plus, la chambre était constamment froide, sans moyen de chauffage disponible. Le responsable a manqué de professionnalisme et a privilégié des stratégies de communication au lieu de nous offrir un dédommagement, même en tant que membres de Radisson Blu. La triste expérience s'est aggravée avec des réponses automatisées aux avis, démontrant un manque de professionnalisme. Mon objectif est d'informer les futurs clients sur ce qu'ils pourraient vivre et de les prévenir des défis possibles. The already insufficient personnel contributed to the mediocre level of service. My experience confirms the negative reviews I had read previously. The food is subpar, often masked by an excessive use of rosemary, perhaps to conceal less-than-fresh products. The buffet options are limited. I had prepaid for a fruit basket in the room, which was delivered very late. The dining experience was disappointing, with a breakfast lacking in options, expired cheeses, and issues like malfunctioning coffee machines. The reception exacerbated situations rather than resolving them, showcasing a lack of competence and consideration for guests.
