Hotel Punta Monpas

Good location, friendly staff. Unfortunately terribly noisy. You hear the smallest noises, turning over in bed, walking in the rooms, following verbatim conversations of the other guests in the other rooms. Before 8 o'clock the clink of cutlery and crockery and sliding of chairs, etc.

This is a lovely hotel right across Zurriela beach. Andrea checked us in and was helpful throughout our stay. She gave us the best recommendations for Pintxos places and the famous Basque cheesecake. The temperature dropped during our stay and she even gave us recommendations on where to buy warm clothes. The rooms are quite spacious. Beds are comfortable and best part is, the windows can actually be opened, taking advantage of the cool sea breeze. Location wise, it is indeed a bit of a walk to Old Town - maybe 15 to 20 minutes. But it doesn't matter because it's such a lovely walk, and it's a quite retreat at end of each day. Plenty of convenience stores and shops a long the way. Breakfast is a good deal - Jamon, cheese, freshly baked bread, cereals, etc. I really appreciate that they were able to get non-dairy milk for us, which we requested ahead. I definitely recommend this place, and will come back!

Hotel básico al final de la playa de Zurriola. Complicado aparcamiento. Habitaciones muy dispares: las del subsuelo claustrofóbicas, las de la planta baja pequeñas, las de la primera planta mejores, pero sin muchas comodidades. Lo mejor el emplazamiento y la amabilidad de la persona encargada (la de día, que la de noche está missing). Parece un albergue de hace treinta años... y caro.

A l arrivée notre chambre n'est pas prête alors que c'est l heure dite. Il faut attendre une heure... Pour se garer, impossible dans les rues derrière, et pourtant on a tourné. Du coup nous sommes allés au grand parking au bout de la plage. 28€ pour même pas 24h. Chambre avec Vue mer ouais OK quand on est sur l estrade. Nuit épouvantable car la clim nous souffle dessus, du coup fenêtre ouverte, du coup bruit. Franchement pour ce prix élevé, je m attendais à beaucoup mieux. Accueil très bien et bon petit déjeuner.

No es hotel de vacaciones Estuve con mi hija y la verdad que la habitacion muy muy cutre y el precio es muy muy elevado en relacion calidad precio, con ruidos constantes, la llave todos los dias falla no hay nadie por la noche y el personal un poco seco la dueña se cruzo con nosotros todos los dias y no nos dio ni los buenos dias La parte positiva esta muy cerca de la playa y estar en la encantadora ciudad de San Sebastian.

Es un hotel pequeño con buenas vistas al mar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están limpias. Baño pequeño. La pega es que las paredes del baño son de cristal y cuando enciendes la luz molestas a otras personas. Personal muy agradable. En los alrededores hay numerosos bares donde puedes comer.
