シルティカイムのバーのあるホテル

This hotel withheld €150 on our credit card for a one-night booking on December 23rd and on 1st January 2023 they STILL have not released it. We spent nothing, we incurred no charges, and yet they won't release our funds We now have to report them to IHG. We've stayed here a couple of times passing through on our way to our house in Italy, and we figured it to be a good, convenient stopping point. The first time was fine. This time, they were all over the place, the guy on reception didn't have a CLUE what he was doing, he couldn't even tell us if our Diamond Elite status covered breakfast, and there was no offer of a welcome drink, welcome points, or any help at all. I couldn't even get him to understand what a shower cap was!! It was absolutely dreadful, and the fact that they still haven't released the deposit they took from us for no good reason is proof that they are an absolute nightmare, and we will NEVER!!!!! stay there again.

ホテルは市内中心部から遠く離れており、Google Mapsで示されている反対側にあります。駐車場が難しいダウンタウンに行きたい場合は、ホテルのすぐ前に路面電車の駅があります。レセプションは24時間営業で、非常に重要です。レセプションホールは、さまざまなアクティビティ、レストランラウンジバー、読書エリア、ゲームルーム、テレビエリア用のオープンスペースです。朝食はよく提供されていますが、顧客の90%が早起きなので、午前9時15分に到着すると、食べるものがほとんどなく、キッチンサービスは顧客からの厳しい苦情の後でビュッフェを補充するだけです。ホテルが表示する品質と比較して残念です。ホテルでは、朝食にビュッフェを提供するというこの問題を確認する必要があります。これは、2 つの連続した朝の私の観察です。ホテルには専用駐車場はありませんが、Parking Futura との提携駐車場がホテルのすぐ近くにあります。駐車場は閉鎖されており、安全で有料です。このホテルには大人 4 名用のファミリー ルームがあります。ファミリールームは、2つの独立した部屋で構成され、メインエントランスが1つ、内部に2つの独立したエントランスがあります。部屋は快適で防音で掃除されており、バスルームまできちんと掃除されています。

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel fondamentalmente per ragioni economiche. Dovendo soggiornare solo una notte e disponendo di automobile, non aveva senso andare a spendere le cifre ”folli” che chiedono negli hotel del centro di Strasburgo. In effetti il Roi Soleil sorge nel nulla e se non si dispona di mezzo proprio, direi che è proprio sconsigliabile. E' un quattro stelle nella media, forse sovraprezzato, ma a Strasburgo è così. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage per soli 5 euro, ma volendo evitare anche questo piccolo importo, si può utilizzare tranquillamente il grande piazzale davanti all'hotel, anche se al nostro arrivo era in condizioni pietose tra neve, ghiaccio e fango. Non ci è piaciuto proprio il comportamneto di una ragazza alla reception. Avevamo lasciato delle mattonelle da tenere in freezer, dovendo conservare un medicinale a bassa temperatura in una borsa frigo. All'atto della partenza ne abbiamo chiesto la restituzione. Sono stato invitato ad andare al 5° piano alla sala delle colazioni a farmeli dare dal cameriere in servizio. E no, carina! Non si fa così! Alzi il c. e ci vai a tu a prenderli, non ci mandi il cliente, anche perchè potevi lasciare tranquillamente la postazione essendo affiancata da anche un'altra collega. Oppure in alternativa togliete al nome dell'hotel quel ”Prestige” non meritato.
