Lovely stay. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, though some areas could use a little refresh.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at! The weather wasn’t ideal but the views were still stunning and the decor was lovely. I also really appreciated the restaurant and the breakfast. All of the staff were also very kind. I definitely want to come back during the summertime.

Everything is great! Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance). Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast. I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

先日、ヴェローナとその周辺都市の観光のために5泊しました。価格については文句のつけようがなく、その点ではお得でしたが、いくつか問題点があり、評価を完璧とは言い難いものにしました。 立地：中央駅に近いように見えますが、徒歩で約25分かかります。しかし、23番、24番、73番のバスが定期的に運行しており、ホテルのすぐ近くで乗降できます。 Lidl：ホテルの隣にLidlがあり、とても便利で、（フレッシュチーズのフォカッチャだけでも）訪れる価値は十分にあります。 ホテル自体はとても清潔でしたが、以下の点が気になりました。 - 部屋の床はフローリングで、壁はそれほど厚くありません。そのため、近くの部屋にチェックインする人の声が丸聞こえです。深夜、ヒールで床を歩く音は特に気になります。 - コンセントの不足 - 部屋には使えるコンセントが1つしかなく、ケトルと共用でした。バスルームにも1つしかありませんでした！ - エアコン（というか、全くありませんでした） - 部屋にはエアコンがありましたが、電源が入っていませんでした。受付で聞いたところ、この時期（10月）は電源が入っていないとのことでした。室温は20度台後半で、布団をかぶって眠ることができませんでした。部屋が暑すぎて、5晩ベッドの上で寝ました。外からの騒音が大きかったので、窓を開けて眠ることもできませんでした。 - トイレの水洗レバーから「お湯」が漏れていましたが、修理または別の水洗レバーに交換してもらえました。 - スタッフ：ハウスキーピングが妻のイヤリングを掃除機で吸い取った時は親切に対応してくれましたが、部屋の暖房に関しては全く助けてもらえませんでした。

Комнаты небольшие, но для 4* нормальные. Минусы: * В комнате только одна бутылка воды на двоих по приезду * на завтрак нет ни свежих помидоров, ни огурцов, выбор фруктов минимален. Вместо сока - концентрат. * бассейн очень маленький. Джакузи смешное. Турецкая сауна греется долго и недотягивает до нормы.

ホテルは立地が良く、車でヴェローナへすぐに行けるほど便利です。 建物はかなり古く、あまり手入れが行き届いていないように感じました。 部屋は広々としていましたが、あまり手入れが行き届いていませんでした。 残念ながら、部屋のあちこちやバスルームの備品に髪の毛が落ちており、清掃が不十分だと感じました。 駐車場は満車でしたが、入り口近くに駐車スペースを見つけるのは簡単でした。

Charming and Comfortable Stay at Hotel Firenze I had a lovely stay at Hotel Firenze. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the heated toilet—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy, though it’s a bit of a walk to reach the historic city center. Being next to a main road, there was some street noise, but it wasn’t disruptive. Overall, a charming and well-kept hotel that offers a pleasant and cozy stay.

Location is good, 10mins walk from Piazza Bra and shopping street. Host provided very little hand soap and shampoos. Floor is not very clean. Won't change towels for you. Host will contact you via trip.com or WhatsApp and ask you to provide your estimated arrival time, so this is good. Breakfast is at a cafe opposite, the croissant is good.
