もちろん客室は改装済みですが、ホテルは1960年代の魅力を保っています

Ein super Hotel. Verwöhnung hoch 2! Mit Kaffemaschine im Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Auch wenn Check in um 15 Uhr, hab einfach das Gepäck in Foaier lassen dürfen und so die Stadt besuchen können, Mittag essen etc.

El Hostel es excelente! Muy acogedor, el recibimiento por parte de Luis y Gerardo fue una de las mejores recepciones que he tenido en mi vida. ¡Nos sentimos como en casa! Todo el espacio estaba súper limpio, jabón corporal, champú y acondicionador disponibles. Toallas nuevas y de buena calidad... La cocina tenía todos los elementos disponibles para cocinar si era necesario y un desayuno excelente. A pesar de todas las cosas que formaron parte de la buena experiencia, las personas que formaron parte de ella se destacaron. Buena conversación, simple como una conversación entre amigos, mucha ayuda con información local y muchas historias de vida interesantes. Luis, Gerardo. Te deseo toda la suerte en todos tus proyectos. Un abrazo Rodrigo y Vale.

ホストのご夫婦をはじめ、弟さんなど、とにかく皆さん親切で優しくて、まるで家族のように温かく接してくれたことに感謝します。素敵なお家、庭、お部屋、素晴らしいベット、ペットの犬と猫たち、美味しい手作りのご飯、ハーブティー、窓辺の景色、農場、広がる海、全てが私の心を癒してくれました。他のゲストも、とてもいい人たちばかりで、とてもとても居心地がよかったです。
深夜に到着した際も、優しく出迎えてくれたこと忘れません。とても疲れていましたが、この家に着き、メリータに会い安心しました。
プンタアレナスに来る際の宿は必ずここにしてください。本当に本当におすすめです。また、ここに泊まりに来たいです。
本当にありがとうございました。

Optisch gepflegtes Hotel. Technisch alles bestens.
Frühstück leider sehr minimalistisch und nicht lecker. Von Eierspeisen nur kalte (!) Rühreier, die auf Anforderung im Warmwasserbad aufgewärmt werden.Sehr hellhöriges Hotel wird häufig von den Reisegruppen gebucht. Unsere Nächte waren schlaflos, da eine Gruppe Alkohol gesoffen hat und sehr viel Lärm in den Zimmern und in den allgemeinen Räumen verursacht hat. Hotelangestellten reagierten nicht.
Wenn Du Ruhe brauchst meide das Hotel.

Ocean view from Hotel Altiplanico Puerto Natales or room is perfect. Spacious, clean and tidy room.
Heaters in room can be adjustable. Part of toilet floor was heated. Good and great variety breakfast buffet. Free tea/ coffee in lounge. If no car, need to call Uber or taxi or walking 2.8-3km to downtown.

ホテルに非常に満足しており、施設が少し古いことを除いて、環境サービスは言われていません。ここでCtripに文句を言わなければなりません。予約価格は500元以上です。旅程のためにホテルのフロントデスクに別の夜滞在しました。私は200元未満に20ドル以上を受け取りました。あなたのプラットフォームはあまりにも残酷ですか? !現地で支払うには米ドルを使うことをお勧めします。現地のペソの支払いには追加の税金が必要です。

KKazzy travelerBack again after five years. I had room 807 on the top floor facing the plaza. It had a smallish double glazed dormer window that had seals that were hard, but due to the lack of traffic there was very little traffic noise. A bit of hallway noise due to the gappy door. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the room but no mattress. Only Chilean PowerPoints in the room with no USB outlets. No kettle, no bottled water, no slippers, no robes. Hotel instructions and information including menus where via a QR code on one wall. Typical South American buffet breakfast with lukewarm runny scrambled eggs, nice hams and cheese. No bacon or sausages were offered. Average pot coffee. I ordered a poorly made bitter cortado the first morning and it cost $3,000 pesos extra. I had excellent dinners in the beautifully renovated Faro restaurant all three nights of my stay.
One of the great things about this hotel is that there are free MTB bikes available for guests for the limited number of bike paths available. Would stay again.

JJasin LinaBreathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking.
But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful.
She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular.
We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ??
The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again
The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too
Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

ゲゲストThe check in progress is smooth and clear. The front desk hotel staff have given all the information step by step and being patient. Every guest will get a complimentary drink at bar with all range of drinks and invited to join the 18:30 Lamb Party. We have reserved the 2/F restaurant for dinner and also grab a drink and food at the bar, both are delicious with good service. The swimming pool we went twice it was clean and with a stunning views. We have also booked the SPA , it was great and relaxing. The room is exactly the same as the web photo, the bed was very comfortable. Recommend to friend and family.

UUgurcan Erdemサービスは素晴らしく、プロフェッショナルでした。南極へのボートツアーに行くために2泊しました。チェックアウトしたところの終わりに本当に幸せですが、最後に街を探索する間、ホテルに荷物を預けることができました。若いスタッフは、彼の名前をつかまえず、非常に役に立ち、🚕を注文するのを手伝ってくれました。唯一の欠点は、部屋のカーペットがあまりきれいに見えなかったことですが、それを除いてそれは素晴らしかったです。

JJayyy3126Great place for the price. The WiFi signal is weak for the rooms at the back it kept disconnecting. The heater was not working that well the one in the bathroom worked well though but there were abundant blankets. Other than that for the price it was a great place. The girl that takes care of the place is a darling. Always willing to help. Location was great very close to the central plaza and the waterfront.

JJelle SThis place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!

CCarmyThe omelette for breakfast was good and this hostel was a good location being a short walking distance to the restaurants/cafes/bars. Our room in the corner on the ground floor smelled like sewage but the room next to it did not smell and it was clear that the hostel knew about this without informing us.
