Well where do i start? Has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive but not intimidating and could never do enough to help. We arrived early but nothing seems like it could be a problem to them, had the key cards within 5 minutes and were in our room. The wellness area was spotless and the staff more than happy to bring the drinks to you whether you’re in the hot tub or sat by the pool, plenty of towels and slippers available if needed. The bars and restaurants also spotless and the food in the restaurant was truly amazing and I just wished we had booked to eat there earlier in our stay as we would have gone several times as the menu was so varied. Location is excellent for skiing and also visiting all the attractions in the area. Would we go back? Definitely we will be going back again but longer stay so we can relax and feel pampered for longer.

Pobyt minął naprawdę świetnie - pokoje duże,przestronne, zaopatrzone w suszarkę,czajnik, lodówkę. Dziewczyna na recepcji bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, niestety cale dobre wrażenie popsuł fakt, iż przy zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu należy wcześniej skontaktować się z obsługą, bo nie jest caly czas obecna w obiekcie i o ile przy zameldowaniu nie było żadnego problemu,tak przy wymeldowaniu dzwoniąc pod podany numer kontaktowy, numer nie odpowiadał przez dłuższy czas, a bagaż mialam zostawiony w przechowalni. Nie ukrywam, ze przez lotem tako stres i opóźnienia nie są sympatyczne. Pani która przyjechała na miejsce raczej nic sobie z tego nie robiła.

Very simple but adequate place to stay for a few days. Feels like youre staying at your friends home, nothing fancy. It has a parking space (mind the very narrow entrance) Theres lots of foods places in walking distance and if you need a rest from sightseeing theres a shopping mall nearby. I had a very pleasant stay

I use this hotel a lot, it’s clean and comfortable. However, they struggeled to refill the stations at breakfast this time. More staff would be nice. Also, if you want a late checkin (I did 11:00PM), you need to call them, they will give you the door code and leave your room key on the reception desk.

Nice location. If you visit mid-night, it may be a bit different to find the entrance door. Free parking is available in the back yard.

酒店各方面都不錯，但大熱天沒有空調，也沒有熱水壺，想喝點茶都不行，酒店這價錢、應該有空調和熱水壺的。希望改進。

An excellent real hotel with a culture of service from 1898. Almost IN the rail station. Excellent cafe elegant. Great staff

생각보다 너무 넓고 위치도ㅜ너무 좋났어요. 가음에 와도 꼭 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다. 직원뷴들도 너무 친절했습니다.

Stunning lake view from the room. With variety of jacuzzis and sauna, I had relaxing time during my stay.
