Everyone here is very welcoming and friendly! Some people always mistake us for Japanese or Koreans, but there are people in China who like to travel and enjoy the world just like us! In short, I have fallen deeply in love with the Cook Islands, and I love everything here!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel , das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gemacht- auch mit den Zimmern, die ich gebucht hatte ( 3 Nächte mit Meer, 2 Nächte mit Gartenblick - aus Kostengründen ), wobei ich das Meerblickzimmer  für die Zeit 16-18.2. ohne Aufpreis behalfen konnte )

Wonderful Beachfront Location and Excellent Value Castaway Resort enjoys an amazing beachfront location. It was well sheltered from the strong seasonal winds we experienced elsewhere on the island, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Our accommodation was a good size, and we appreciated having a separate lounge area and small kitchenette. The television reception was fuzzy, possibly due to the aerial, but this was of little consequence to us. The sofa bed, however, was well past its useful life. The deep dip in the middle made it uncomfortable to use even as a sofa unless it was filled with pillows and cushions. The pool area is functional but looks tired and would benefit from some maintenance and updating. Wi-Fi is available only in the restaurant and other public areas, not in the rooms, which made working a little inconvenient. However, this was clearly stated in the resort’s description before booking, so it was not unexpected. The staff were amazing. Aileen, our housekeeper, and Firaz and Nather in the restaurant deserve special recognition. They were extremely personable, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant serves well-prepared and beautifully presented local food. Its beachfront position is a particular highlight, and enjoying cocktails there at sunset became one of the best parts of each day. Overall, Castaway Resort offers very good value for money, and we would happily recommend it. The calm beachfront setting, friendly staff and beautiful sunsets make any minor inconveniences pale into insignificance. A stay here is unlikely to disappoint.

残念ながら、空港でのピックアップは期待外れでした。事前にフライト番号と到着時刻を少なくとも2回伝えていたにもかかわらず（始発便で午前6時50分到着）、誰も来ませんでした。親切なタクシー運転手がホテルに電話をかけ、誰かが来る予定だと伝えました。 確かに誰かが到着しましたが、どのホテルの人なのかは分かりませんでした。彼は少し辺りを見回した後、待っていた2組のカップル（私たちと他の2人）に話しかけることなく、また去ってしまいました。私がもう一度電話をかけると、彼らは少し笑って電話を切りましたが、その後同じ男性が戻ってきて私たちに話しかけてくれました。彼は私たちが午前9時に到着すると聞いていたとまで言っていました…。ホテルの歓迎は素晴らしく、チェックインはもっと遅かったにもかかわらず、朝食まで許可してくれました。バンガローも素晴らしかったです。 自転車は少し調整が必要でした（ギアが動かず、キックスタンドがなく、バスケットがぐらぐらしていました…）。 それでも、自転車、カヌー、SUPが用意されているのは素晴らしいです。毎日何かイベントが開催されており、ほとんどが無料です。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、名前で呼んでくれます。 ロケーションは本当に素晴らしく、ビーチは素晴らしく、シュノーケリングもまあまあで、フェリー乗り場のウツボは最高でした。 改善点を一つ挙げるとすれば、屋外シャワーのそばの部屋に遮光ブラインドを追加して、部屋がすぐに明るくならないようにすることです。

The location is not great - the nearest bus stop is 10-15 minutes walk. There is not much of service- it does not accommodate for early check in or late check out, and you have to find a place to store you own suitcases, see attached photo- Very problematic if you do not have a rental car. The next door neighbour had a very very loud party during the first night and really affected my rest. The pool service person knocked on the door on the second day without any notice. Pool maintenance should be arranged when there is no guest. Would not recommend.

Location bellissima, con bungalow 201 proprio davanti alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca, sulla laguna calma e piacevole. Il bungalow è bellissimo, attrezzato di tutto quel che si potrebbe volere, con terrazza coperta con tavolino, poltroncine e lettino. Sulla sua estensione, due sdraio per prendere il sole. Dentro, salotto separato dalla camera, bagno immenso e doccia esterna su retro. Un sogno. Pulizie approssimative e alla va vite; ma chiedendo si ottiene tutto. Ristorante non perfetto, ripetitivo ma ben gestito. Colazione povera; poca scelta di prodotti da forno e di confetture, niente formaggi e salumi, un solo succo di frutta annacquato. Cappuccino decoroso. Menu diversi per pranzo, pomeriggio e cena, ma con scelta modesta almeno per i gusti occidentali, Due serate a buffet per settimana, sempre con le stesse pietanze; il venerdì serata carne, con un filetto da urlo! Ci siamo stati due settimane due... La media dei turisti ci sta tre giorni, ed è forse per questo che abbiamo trovato il ristorante appena sufficiente.

This resort fitted my purpose well. Love this adults only resort and location just right on the beach. Each villa is stand alone with your own entrance & patio area which is what I like. You are not attached with other rooms or share space. Facilities inside the room just same as the pictures. Good value & room price, includes breakfast. Overall, a clean & tidy complex, friendly staff, good size swimming pool. I definitely will choose Crown beach resort again.

酒店的餐廳非常好吃，spa也非常好，值得來體驗，海灘人比較少，沒有什麼浮潛的人，水很清澈，就是植物很多蚊子比較多，坐在那個餐廳吃飯的話，一直被蟲子咬，整體來説酒店無論是從接機開始到送機結束，酒店的每一個服務員都面帶笑容，非常的親切且友好，我非常的喜歡這裏，我認為來庫克羣島不應該在拉羅湯加停留應該花費更多的時間來這裏

We had a great stay in Tava'e resort. The location, services and also the restaurant were perfect for us. We easily took several walks to the local supermarket, to the lookout point, other restaurants. And we joined the island night at Tavae restaurant. The local traditional dishes were amazing. I would like to call the best food we had during our 7 islands' trips within French polynesia and Cook islands.

Our stay at Moana Sands Villa was exceptional. The accommodation was spacious and furnished, with all the amenities we needed. Opening the lounge door to the beach was simply magical. Having a 24-hour supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient, and the nearby cafe and take-away shop were fantastic. Overall, a perfect getaway destination that we can't wait to return to.
