それは良い

The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

非常にお得なホテルです。最も注目すべきはホテルのサービスです。ホテルのマネージャーであるGökhanさんは、私が滞在する数日前にソーシャルネットワークを通じて私に連絡し、チェックインの時間や何か必要なものがあるかどうかを尋ねました。この機会に交通情報についてもいくつか質問してみました。ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフの何人かも非常に熱心で、率先してお茶やお菓子を提供してくれました。私が質問するたびに、彼らは最も包括的な情報とサポートを提供するために全力を尽くしてくれました。この家は完全にこのホテルの所有物です。下の階にはレストラン、1階には美しいロビー、上の階には客室があります。大きなエレベーターと素敵な装飾があります。部屋をアップグレードしてもらい、眺めの良い最上階にしました。客室にはテレビ、ヘアドライヤー、冷蔵庫が完備されています。各階で無線インターネットをご利用いただけます。バスルームはかなり広く、バルコニーもとても快適です。朝は無料の朝食も提供しています。ヴァンの朝食は非常に豊富で、ジャムの種類もたくさんあります。毎回の朝食はとても満足でした。ホテルは中心部の素晴らしいロケーションにあります。でも、比較的狭い路地にあるので、騒がしくはありません。ホテルはヴァン近郊の主要観光地から徒歩圏内にあり、公共バスも利用できるので大変便利です。タクシーをご利用の場合は、ホテルから徒歩3分以内にタクシー乗り場がございます。ホテルの近くにはレストランやスーパーマーケットも多数あります。ホテルのマットレスは比較的柔らかいです。このホテルは、特にコストパフォーマンスが高く、立地が良く、サービス態度が優れているため、一般的に良い選択です。

Путешествовали с друзьями, отличный отель с алкоголем в лобби (пусть и дороговатый), есть бассейн. Из минусов могу отметить, что постоянно размагничивались ключи, и дали номера с двухспальными кроватями, хотя бронировали две односпальные

Comfort suite otele gittiğimizde rezervasyonumuzu geç yaptığımız için boş odaları olmadığını farklı bi otelde kpnaklayacağımızı söylediler, pars palace otele götürüldük, odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi, temizdi, kahvaltısını da çok beğendik vana tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir oteldi

Iki kisilik oda icin sadece 1 tane kart veriyorlar, Birisi disari cikmak isterse karti yaninda goturse elektrik ve klima kesiliyor,Yaninda goturmese geri geldiginde icerdeki kisiyi uyandirmak zorunda kaliyor, Turkiyede ve dunyada iki kisilik odaya 2 kart verilir ki disari cikmak isteyen digerini rahatsiz etmesin, Resepsiyona 2 kart olmasi gerektigini soyledik,Dediler yok yonetim bu sekilde karar almis ,1 kart verebiliyoruz, Ozet, Otel guzel yonetim kotu

5つ星の基準に達していない、ダブルルームのベッドは小さく、プールも。朝食は非常に一般的で、イスタンブールのホテルとは比較にならない。

It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.
