まず欠点について話しましょう。次の日の正午に部屋に戻ったところ、掃除後に充電器が見つからないことに気づきました（出発前にベッドサイドテーブルの上にありました）。利用できるので、サービスデスクに電話しました。結果！図 1 を参照してください。注意深く見ていなかったら、おそらく 3 日目のチェックアウトまで見つけられなかったでしょう。なぜ清掃員は充電器のプラグを抜いて隙間に投げ込むのでしょうか? ！電話でフィードバックをしたところ、相手は「ああ」という反応をした。
もう一度歯ブラシを見てください。赤ちゃんがいるので、子供用の器具が必要です。ウェイターがこの歯ブラシを持ってきて、ホテル用のものはないので、これをあげますと言いました。よく見なくても大丈夫ですが、よく見るとこの歯ブラシがどうなったかわかりません。内側にも黒ずみがあり、汚れているように見えます。子供向けではありません！
上記の2つのことが同時に起こったので、私は怒らなければなりません！
シャングリラでそんな問題が起きるはずがない！
最後に、フロントからカフェ、設備、景観まで全てが一流であり、夜景も独特の美しさです。

とても良いホテルでした。内装のレイアウト、広さ、設備も完璧で、囲楼（いろう）も非常に美しかったです。
ただ、チェックインの際、景勝地の入り口にある仙宿（せんしゅく）のフロントに連絡してシャトルバスを予約しないと、敷地内に入ることができない点が少し不便でした。事前に電話でカスタマーサービスに確認した際、「予約確認書を提示すれば入場できる」と聞いていたのですが、実際は異なっていました。そのため、入場までに手間と時間がかかり、仙宿のフロントの対応はやや不親切でしたが、仰仙村のスタッフは皆、非常に忍耐強く丁寧でした。
ホテルからは、さらにBo Jue Travel Photoの無料写真撮影と衣装レンタル（レタッチ済み写真5枚付き）のサービスがあり、撮影の仕上がりも期待以上で大変満足しました！

場所は良いです。滕王閣が隣にあります。さまざまな観光スポットからも遠くありません。歩きたくない場合は、共有の電気自動車をスキャンできます。タクシーを呼ぶのが非常に便利です。リバービュールームは最高の景色を楽しめ、室内には無料のドリンクとフルーツがあり、飲料水も十分にあります。部屋はとても清潔で、湿気と乾燥が分離されています。朝食はまぜ麺やラー油など種類豊富。フロントデスクの女性シャオワンは、細心の注意を払って仕事をしており、あらゆる質問に答えてくれます。全体として、私は非常に満足しており、皆さんにここに滞在することをお勧めします。

景徳鎮の古鎮の一角にあります。スタッフの対応も良かったです。エレベーターはなくトランクを２回に運ぶのはちょっと辛いですが、スタッフが代わりに運んでくれ、問題はないです。却って、エレベーターなどの改造が行われていない方が風情があっていいと思います。朝食はとてもおいしくて、また朝食の提供された部屋の雰囲気が良く、一日ここで過ごしてもいいな～と思うようなところでした。裏庭には池があり、沢山の魚が泳いでいました。次回景徳鎮に行く機会があれば、またお邪魔させていただきたいと思います。

We based here to visit Lingshan, Wangxian and Guifengshan. Very quiet location with restaurants nearby. Located in a building shared with other hotel operators. No issue with room; big, clean and comfortable. Water pressure is strong for shower room. Luggage storage and laundry FOC.

地元エリアで最高のホテル。新区に位置し、展覧会とショッピングモールの隣にあり、高速鉄道の駅が目の前にある迎賓路は非常に高いです。ホテルは 5 つ星ホテルで、バスタブ付きのアップグレードされた部屋に案内されました。タオルとカップはすべて密閉されています。次回吉安に来るときはここに泊まります。ただし、基本的に周囲にお店はありませんので、朝食はホテル内でいただくことをお勧めします。

Room is very spacious and clean, didn’t feel like leaving at all. Service staff are very friendly, polite and friendly.
Location is very very good. Directly in front of the hotel, a food street is 1 traffic light walking distance. Tengwang pavilion is when you turn left from hotel entrance, walk along main street, 3 traffic lights away.
Had also stay in their hotels in other cities. Had always trusted the Orange brand for their service level, rooms, and location
Totally recommend them if you are visiting Nanchang

Located just a few minutes drive from Wuyuan Station, this place is highly recommended.
The hotel staff, especially those in the reception area, are friendly, helpful, and responsive to guests' requests.
The room is clean and well-equipped with comfortable facilities. The breakfast is delicious.
It's a great hotel with reasonable prices and excellent service. Highly recommended!

CCycling Family ManThe customer service here is top of the line. We stayed here after hiking Mingyue Mountain. It was a rainy day and our clothes and shoes were soaked. When we asked if they had a clothes drying service they were happy to help. They took our wet clothes and washed them and they brought us two shoe dryers that got shoes dry in less than an hour.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and general manager stopped by to greet us and help ensure our order was correct since our mandarin is not strong. The food was quite tasty. We had the spicy beef with celery, stir fried noodles, cabbage and eggplant with green beans.
The spa here is also very relaxing and great for sore legs after a long hike.

First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang.
The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

Very strategic location with an amazing shaokao restaurant, a fruit store and a breakfast stall where you get a breakfast voucher from the hotel which you can redeem. 匿匿名ユーザーI want to start by sincerely thanking the uncle who works at this homestay for all his hospitality and attention. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very well treated and taken care of. I will definitely remember our stay in Wangxian and hopefully come back to see the uncle.
My partner and I visited from Canada and I speak very little mandarin. Despite this, the uncle and the other residents of the neighborhood were very patient and helpful when communicating.
The check-in process was electronic. You scan the uncle’s QR code with your WeChat and register your information. For foreigners, it would be helpful to have WeChat running before arriving. The check-in was in Chinese, but I just screenshot the page and translated it and had no problems.
We stayed in room 301, it was a double room and true to the pictures. The cleanliness was good and it was quite confortable. There are large windows for lots of sun. The water is hot and the AC is functional, no complaints.
The homestay is very well located about a 10 minute drive from the Wangxian scenic area, and roughly an hour from Shangrao station. In the vicinity, there are many restaurants and a little supermarket.
Since it was quiet the night we checked-in, the uncle took us to visit the town nearby and gave us lots of recommendations for our visit such as going to the scenic area in the afternoon, and staying until the lights come on to see the night view.
We had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant as recommended by the uncle. The food was home-cooked and the quantities were generous. Although we ate at the neighbour’s, the uncle also has some food and beverages you can buy, as well as some tables where you can eat.
Later in the evening, the uncle and neighbours invited us to sit with them and we shared some great moments together.
The next morning, the uncle had prepared a very typical Chinese breakfast for us to try. We then went up to the scenic area around midday and came back around 7pm. When we came back, we had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant again and shared some more moments with them.
The uncle and neighbours helped us coordinate transportation to our next location and gave us recommendations to better enjoy our next destination which we followed and it turned out great thanks to them.
The community is what makes this place charming and I recommend it to anyone.

YYJ場所：黄陵山のケーブルカー乗り場近く。チケット売り場はB&Bから徒歩数分のところにあります。景勝地への入場券を直接購入でき、ケーブルカーのチケットは別途必要ありません。（オーナーは宿泊予約を持参するよう注意していました。持参しない場合は、山麓でチケットを購入する必要があります。予約をしていない観光客が入場を断られたのを見かけました。）
サービス：非常に丁寧で、WeChatでの返信も迅速でした。当日、景勝地で突然道路が通行止めになり迂回ルートになった際、オーナーはすぐに代替ルートマップ（写真と分かりやすい標識付き）を送ってくれました。さらに、山に駐車スペースを確保し、三輪車で会場まで迎えに来てくれました。
ルートマップと公演スケジュールもとても便利でした。
事前に注文すれば食事もでき、夜の公演後、B&Bに戻ってすぐに楽しむことができます。料理は美味しく、量もたっぷりで、価格も手頃です。
オーナーは景勝地出口からの無料送迎サービスも提供しており、数分前に連絡すれば手配可能です。
B&B：部屋はCtripに掲載されていた写真通り、清潔で静かでした。バスルームはウェットエリアとドライエリアが別々になっていました。トイレはしゃがみ式ではなく、普通のトイレなので、足腰が弱っている私たち高齢者にとってとても使いやすかったです。（この地域のB&Bの多くはしゃがみ式トイレなので、予約時によくご確認ください。）
このホテルに泊まることを強くお勧めします。

ゲゲストここでの滞在は期待外れでした。春節で他に泊まる場所を見つけるのが大変だったため、滞在を延長せざるを得ませんでした。また、夫が体調を崩していたため、予定を変更してもう1泊して休ませる必要がありました。
館内は至る所にタバコの臭いがしました。赤ちゃん連れなので禁煙の部屋を希望していました。ロビーには禁煙の標識がありましたが、喫煙者がいてフロントのスタッフは気にしていませんでした。部屋のタオルには灰が付いていてタバコの臭いがしました。タオルは破れていて、すぐに交換する必要がありました。（禁煙の部屋に泊まりましたが、旅行中に禁煙の部屋では到着前に窓を開けて換気するだけだと知りました。🤦🏻♀️）
到着時にトイレットペーパーが足りず、頼んだら追加で用意してくれたものの、とにかく不便でした。トイレットペーパーホルダーが壊れていたので、トイレットペーパーを置く場所を他に探さなければなりませんでした。シンクから水漏れがあり、洗面所は乾式であるはずだったのに、それがこの宿を予約した理由の一つなのに、実際は水浸しでした。赤ちゃん連れだと本当に不便でした。
シャワーの排水口にカバーが付いていなかったので、子供がシャワーを浴びている時に足が挟まってしまう可能性があり、安全とは思えませんでした。
ある日、もう少し休みたいと思ったのですが、ハウスキーパーが部屋の掃除をするため、いつ出発するのかと聞いてきました。私たちはあと2時間（午後2時頃）必要だと伝えましたが、彼女は何度も部屋の中を覗き込み、早く帰りたいと言いました。これは本当に失礼だと思いました。旧正月なので早く帰りたいのは分かりますが、ホテルに泊まるためにお金を払っている客にそんなこと言うべきではありません。フロントのスタッフもフレンドリーとは思えませんでした。誰一人として笑顔を見たことがありません。私たちは明らかに中国語が流暢ではないのですが、彼らは私たちの言っていることが理解できないと笑うだけで、何の役にも立ちませんでした。
全体的に、あまり快適な滞在ではありませんでした。二度とここには泊まりません。
