スタッフの方々はとても親切で、お客様への真摯な対応に感動しました。Trip.comで鶏谷山トレッキングを予約しましたが、外国人である私たちはトレッキング会社とのコミュニケーションに苦労しました。しかし、マネージャーの方が親切にサポートしてくださり、素晴らしい思い出となる素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 もしまた長白山を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひこのホテルを選びます。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、よく整備されています。スタッフの皆様の温かいおもてなしに心から感謝しています。 また、ホテルの駐車場で串焼きを楽しみながら焼酎を味わったのは、忘れられない思い出となりました。

This place is amazing. We had a view of the slopes so a definite plus. 😊 Unit is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Best is that you can just walk out about 100m to the slopes. I did have an issue one night when my room was filled with cigarette smoke so much so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open in sub-zero temperatures. When I feedback the next day, they were extremely apologetic and their customer service contacted me to ask for more info and they sent a fruit platter as an apology. My kids have decided that this is going to be their future destination for skiing because of the convenience as well as the snow conditions. One thing that puzzled all of us though but it didn't distract from the stay. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room with the twin beds seemed to have the bigger and better bathroom with a bathtub. But the room with a big bed had a smaller bathroom and shower stall only. Again, didn't mess anything of our stay up but we were just really puzzled about it.

SONG JIANG BONANZA WINNING HOTEL — From Smoke Signals to Sacred Silence Arrival & First Sniff This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. ホテルの環境はとても良く、後ろにスキー場があり、とても便利です。 コンシェルジュのシャオフイとマネージャーのシャオチェンはとても良いサービスを提供しています。荷物は玄関まで届けてくれて、子供用の帽子やバッグももらえて、チェックアウト後にお土産ももらえました〜。

フロントのスタッフ、温泉プールのスタッフ、レストランのスタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！2歳の子供を連れてチェックインしましたが、どのスタッフもとても熱心で、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。フロントのスタッフは、手続き全体を通してWeChatサービスを使用しており、車が到着する前にドアの前で待っていてくれました。出発時には、ドア前の道路が修理中だったため、最寄りのバス停まで車で送ってくれました。温泉エリアでおじさん、おばさんはとても丁寧で親切でした。露天風呂の温泉では、特に浮遊する木の毛を掃除してくれたり、温泉水の温度が高くなりすぎないように事前に入れてくれたり、沸かしたてのお湯を提供してくれたりと、親切に対応してくれました。レストランのサービスもとても良かったです。唯一の欠点は部屋が狭すぎることです。部屋がもっと広くて、宿泊料金が値上げになっても許容できるといいのですが、そうでなければ子供連れで行くのは本当に大変ですし、ロフトは小さな子供には適していません。部屋の大きさは欠点かもしれませんが、その他はすべて非常に満足です！

I'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language. Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian. Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English! The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped. The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years. The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China. There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese. But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely. The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things. Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine. We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else. I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags. And some proper cups! I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing. For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station. Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent. So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. Everything else was either fine, or excellent. We would definitely consider going there again in the future. It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com. Thank you!

2回目の宿泊です。 最高の立地です。近くには大きなショッピングモールがあり、美味しいレストランやマッサージ/スパサロンも数多くあります。 フロントのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。ホテルのインテリアは興味深く、可愛らしい装飾が随所に散りばめられています。予約手続きの際に、スタッフは私の特別なリクエストにもできる限り応えてくれました。 唯一の欠点は、部屋に少しタバコの臭いが残っていたことです。客室内は禁煙ではないので、これは不満ではなく、ただの事実です。 とても快適な滞在でしたので、このホテルをおすすめします。

This is the nicest area to stay in Changbaishan, its got eateries, lovely quaint handicraft shops, cafes, its IG friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable, loved the 24hrs laundry facilities and breakfast was scrumptious. Front desk staffs are very helpful, they help me with ticket bookings for west slope hike and arranged a personal driver for the day. Highly recommended.

This place is superb! All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room package is so worthwhile as it includes breakfast, skiing, snow activities, deer park and hot springs at Club Med. Room is spacious and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended especially family with young children.
