素晴らしい部屋とサービスでした！
私はトランジットでこのホテルを利用したため、深夜のチェックインになったのですが、受付では丁寧に対応してもらえ、広い部屋とふかふかのベッドで疲れを癒すことができました。
大きな浴槽、質の高いシャンプーとリンスも最高でした！足を伸ばしてゆっくり湯船に浸かれました。翌朝、肌艶がよくなり、髪もサラサラになりました。
マイバーの中には無料で頼めるメニューも3種類ほどあったのですが、夜は疲れて寝てしまって利用できなかったので、次回の宿泊ではぜひ利用させていただきたいです！

ホテルでの滞在は最高でした。フライジング駅からSバーンS1に乗るには徒歩圏内です。マリエン広場へはSバーンで直接行くことができます。
町のレストランに行くこともできます。徒歩9分のところには大きな教会があります。訪れる価値があります。

会期中に予約したホテルは比較的便利です。移動時の手間、手間、時間が省けます。環境はとても満足です。出張時に宿泊できるホテルはあまり多くありません。合計でかなりの部屋を予約しました。

We stayed at this hotel during Oktoberfest. Although the hotel is located outside of Munich, it was an easy and convenient train ride into the city. The price was very reasonable compared to hotels in central Munich, especially during such a busy time.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

ドイツのノボテルにしては、シャワーや排水溝の清掃がひどく、トイレも壊れていました。そのため、私たちは大荷物を抱え、汚れた服を着たまま部屋を移動することに。ホテルからの謝罪文も呆れるほどで、まるで私たちの（悪い）スタイルを真似しているかのように感じました。
ホテルの朝食はとても美味しく、私の好みにぴったりでした。牛乳やチーズの種類が豊富で、その点は本当に素晴らしかったです。

このホテルの唯一の欠点は遠すぎることですが、実際はとても便利です。朝食は種類が豊富で、驚いたことに1フロアに80室以上もの部屋がありました。これはちょっと大袈裟ですね。部屋の内装の写真を撮り忘れましたが、悪くはないし、値段相応だと思います。なぜか今週水曜日のミュンヘンの宿泊料金はロケットのように跳ね上がって、非常識なレベルでした。このホテルに2泊しましたが、チェックインした日にバスルームのごみ箱に前の客のコンタクトレンズの空ケースが残っていたのを見つけました…これはさすがにちょっと許せませんね。

ビジネスで利用。メッセミュンヘンに近く立地最高。
朝食付きで、平日は6時半、土日は7時から1Fで食べられた。受付サービスも親切で良かった。電球が切れていたので取り替え依頼するとすぐ変えてくれた。荷物の預かりもやってくれるしなかなか良い。1Fにレストランがあり、便利。駅もMessestadt Westが近く、歩いて10分ぐらい。ショッピングモールがMessestadt West駅近くにあり、食事も困らない。冷蔵庫は無し。

In diesem Hotel ist alles stimmig. Vom Frühstück - super umfangreich, am Sonntag von 7-11 Uhr bis zum Ambiente in der Bar oder Sitzgruppen im Anschluss an die Bar. Für Wellness und Freibad gibt’s entsprechende Angebote. Ein all in one Erlebnis. Ein unschöner Punkt ist das Bett, das aus 2 zusammenhängenden Betten besteht. Die einzelnen Betten sind recht schmal, sodass ich immer wieder mit der Besucherritze Bekanntschaft machte. Entweder ein größeres Einzel Bett buchen, oder Queensize oder größer auswählen. Interessant ist auch der Vorhang, der sich mit Knöpfen verschließen lässt.

They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!

場所はミュンヘン中心部から少し離れていますが、旅行にとても便利です。また、非常に清潔で安全なエリア。
ホテルは鉄道駅から遠く、1-2分歩いてすぐです。

BBoris V.私たちはそこに 3 泊しました。 5月1日くらい。素敵なホテルです。最高のロケーション、静かで、山の美しい景色。ベルヒテスガーデンもそれほど遠くありません。冬には、特に四輪駆動車を持っていない場合は、スノーチェーンを詰めます。😆
テラス付きのお部屋がありました。部屋は広く、距離も遠くなく、とてもフレンドリーで有能なサービスでした。素晴らしい朝食。夕食も味もサービスもよかったです。まさに5つ星ホテルにあるべきものです。
批判点:
- 駐車料金は追加料金がかかります。私の意見では、それは価格に含まれているべきです。少なくとも屋外駐車場。良い点は、バレーサービスと追加料金が明確にリストされていることです。
- ジムは5つ星レベルではありません。小さすぎて二流の設備。既存の器具ですべての筋肉群を鍛えることができますが、もう少しマシンを増やし、より広いスペースが必要です。
- プール。とても素敵な屋外プール。美しい景色を眺めながらリラックスできる十分なラウンジャーがあります。屋内プールはもっと大きいかもしれません。水泳には不向きです。子供には十分です。
- 私の観点から見た最大の批判点は 2 つです: 伸縮可能なルーフ ブラインド付きのテラス。ローラーブラインドは、雨が降ったときや伸ばすことができないときに自動的に格納されます。純粋な日よけブラインド。雨天時でも開閉式屋根が使えるのは嬉しいですね。 2番目：価格。食事とサービスは最高です。しかし、それらは価格に不釣り合いです。できればもう少し国際的なメニューを少し拡張するのも良いでしょう。
全体として、私はそれに 3 つ星を付けたいと思います。立地、サービス、清潔さ、設備の上位分類は、詳細な評価の一部のみを反映しています。
価格の関係でサービスは4つ星です。装備のみ２．

Ffrandaフロントデスクのサービスは素晴らしく、簡単な説明をしてくれました。
ホテルは清潔でしたが、通りに近いため少し騒がしかったです。防音対策はしっかりされていました。駅にも近いです。ニュルンベルクは小さい街なので、市内の観光スポットへは徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。
唯一の欠点は駐車場が少ないことですが、近くに手頃な駐車場があります。ホテルの入り口まで直接車で行く必要があります。

ゲゲストI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
