The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a simple yet elegant decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, from a fitness center to a swimming pool, from dining options to meeting rooms, all reflecting the hotel's high standards.

Friendly staff clean rooms comfy beds. Just what we needed after a week of hell at park dean whiteacre. We stayed here on our way home.

It was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

Because of the road closure, 5 mins drive took us 25 mins instead to get there and it was quite a difficult drive in the dark. The hotel itself was ok, a little bit outdated. I found the breakfast was quite expensive, although all you can eat cooked breakfast, not sure it was worth £50 for 2 mornings.

私の滞在に高い期待を持っていましたが、それは完全に満たされ、感銘を受けました。 全体的な歓迎と雰囲気は、プロフェッショナルで誠実でした。 私たちのベッドルーム、追加料金でアップグレード後のジュニアスイートは適度な広さでしたが、バスルームのドアのレイアウトにより、ゲストの後ろに入る/閉じるのは難しく、少し危険でした。 温泉村は混雑していましたが、理解できました。全体的に清潔で非常に更新されているように感じられたため、基準を維持するのが難しい可能性があることは理解されていますが、衛生面についての懸念はあまりありませんでした。 朝食ルーム、選択肢、サービスは予想通り良かったので、登録する価値があります。とはいえ、2日目にはもう朝食をとるなんて考えられなかったので、オプションとして1日だけ朝食をとるのもいいかもしれません。 スパビレッジで利用できるものに頼らなければならなかったので、バスルームにボディローションがあればよかったと思います…そして2泊の滞在では、バスアメニティは補充されていませんでした… ソフトドリンク/ミニバーが無料の場合はいつでも大歓迎です。冷蔵庫をいっぱいにするのにそれほどお金はかかりませんが、このような小さなジェスチャーはゲストを歓迎していると感じさせます 素晴らしいご滞在をありがとうございました。将来、80歳の母をここに連れて行きたいと思っています。彼女はとても楽しむでしょう!!
