私の滞在に高い期待を持っていましたが、それは完全に満たされ、感銘を受けました。 全体的な歓迎と雰囲気は、プロフェッショナルで誠実でした。 私たちのベッドルーム、追加料金でアップグレード後のジュニアスイートは適度な広さでしたが、バスルームのドアのレイアウトにより、ゲストの後ろに入る/閉じるのは難しく、少し危険でした。 温泉村は混雑していましたが、理解できました。全体的に清潔で非常に更新されているように感じられたため、基準を維持するのが難しい可能性があることは理解されていますが、衛生面についての懸念はあまりありませんでした。 朝食ルーム、選択肢、サービスは予想通り良かったので、登録する価値があります。とはいえ、2日目にはもう朝食をとるなんて考えられなかったので、オプションとして1日だけ朝食をとるのもいいかもしれません。 スパビレッジで利用できるものに頼らなければならなかったので、バスルームにボディローションがあればよかったと思います…そして2泊の滞在では、バスアメニティは補充されていませんでした… ソフトドリンク/ミニバーが無料の場合はいつでも大歓迎です。冷蔵庫をいっぱいにするのにそれほどお金はかかりませんが、このような小さなジェスチャーはゲストを歓迎していると感じさせます 素晴らしいご滞在をありがとうございました。将来、80歳の母をここに連れて行きたいと思っています。彼女はとても楽しむでしょう!!

Everything we needed, even the use of a microwave. Comfortable bed. Large screen TV. Ask reception staff about the shortcut to town and shops. Otherwise, it's a mission. Reception staff are fantastic and very helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Comfortable Stay and Great Location I stayed at the Holiday Inn Taunton and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is easy to access, just off the M5, which made it a convenient base for exploring Somerset or stopping over during a longer journey. The room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed — a comfy bed, a good shower, and a desk area. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the tea/coffee station. While the decor is slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the evening too.

Abbey Hotel Bath was so conveniently located with very helpful and friendly staff. We booked an extra day and they were so helpful. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and I would recommend staying there to anyone. It’s closely situated near the Abbey, the Roman Bath site, Sally Lunn’s Buns and lots of beautiful shops and buildings. A quintessential and wonderful place to stay while visiting Bath!

全体的にはかなり良いです。清潔でサービスも行き届いています。ホテルも綺麗でコンパクトです。部屋がもう少し広いと嬉しいです。バースの中では価格性能比は高くない気もしますが、今でも良い経験です。

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. ゲゲストバース郊外にある美しいビクトリア朝の建物です。元の美しい建築を非常に慎重に考慮して現代化されており、素敵でありながら快適な滞在場所となっています。バスルームは「古いスタイル」ですが、現代の必需品がすべて揃っているのが気に入っています。 入ると、素敵な受付係が迎えてくれ、喜んでエリアの詳細や町への歩き方を教えてくれました。私たちは同じ日に2回も歩きました。ホテルに戻るのは少し上り坂ですが、約20分で戻りました。 バースには町を楽しみ、ロイヤルシアターで演劇を観て、食事と飲み物を楽しむために行きました。町まで歩いて行けるほど近かったので、到着から出発まで車は必要なかったので、ホテルの駐車場に車を置いておきました。 部屋は快適で、朝食は素晴らしく、グルテンフリーの要望にも問題なく応えてくれました。 全体的に、バースにまた行くことがあれば、間違いなくここにまた泊まります。

ゲゲストThe hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

ゲゲストThe location suited us perfectly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our rooms, being comfortable, clean and peaceful. We had coffee and cake in the cafe, which was very nice. The breakfast was ok too. I used the gym, which unfortunately was a bit crowded when i went so wasnt able to use the free weights or any of the racks but did make use of the machines so did get a work out done. I would definitely stay again... yes it could do with a bit of updating but for the cost it was great and i look forward to the next time 😊

QQingshuixichenホテルは少し古いですが、非常に特徴的です。レセプションはギリシャ人で、とても暖かく、経験は異なります。部屋にはエアコンがなく、すべて電気ヒーターです。チェックインしてから電源を入れるので、初めて部屋に入ったときは少し寒く感じました。お年寄りがいて、ウェイターが追加の電気ヒーターを追加しました。夜中に目が覚めました。また、ホテルは後部にエレベーターがあり、階段がいくつかあり、車椅子がある場合は不便です。
