ゲゲストBooked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately. We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel. We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry. Hotel is nice however looking tired. Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot. Otherwise a nice room.

I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.

All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

ゲゲストGreat two night break at Novotel Liverpool City Centre. The location was perfect for all the sights bars and restaurants. We went to see Barry Manilow concert and the arena was approx 10 -15 minute walk which was great. Had a freshly cooked meal in the restaurant called Ropewalks inside the hotel, we ordered fish and chips and New York Cheese cake. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced two courses for £20. The pool initially felt cold but was fine after a few minutes of swimming. I thought it was a very good hotel with good facilities in a perfect location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Liverpool

ゲゲストRoom was clean, furniture is not modern but is decent. Room was very spacious and roomy.
There was a wedding/party happening for 2 of the nights, which you could hear the music blasting during the night. I think one of the guests also passed out in their room, as reception was banging on their doors at 2am.
Location was good with plenty of parking.

ゲゲストAmazing experience, everything was just perfect. The hotel is the only 5* hotel in Liverpool and it certainly lived up to its expectations. We didn’t eat Breakfast or Dinner in the hotel, the £29 price tag was a bit too steep for breakfast we thought. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. Although we had booked the Deluxe room, we did think the bed should have been larger than just a normal double, but it didn’t spoil our experience. The hotel is 5 min walk to Matthew Street and the Cavern and a 10 min walk to Lime Street Station. Perfect experience would definitely stay here again.

ゲゲストまず、キングサイズのベッドが2台ある部屋を予約していたのに、息子がアップグレードされたので、それでいい。
それから私の部屋に行くと、とても暗くて外が見えなかった。一晩中、大きなハミング、ビープ音、回転音で眠れなかった。受付に戻るのも疲れすぎた。
換気口などから中に入っていたことが判明。夜中ずっと人が通り過ぎるのでうるさい。
ホテルで寝た夜の中で最悪の夜だった。
606号室は断る。

AAsphodel PatronusThe location couldn't be more perfect, the hotel is close to shops and entertainment. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfy. The so much needed A/C at the moment was working perfectly and I loved the digital controller. Chocolates, biscuits, and hot chocolate in the room is a nice touch. The spa area could've been a bit cleaner or renovated but it was still enjoyable. The staff were lovely and attentive, especially at breakfast! Everything was very clean and pretty, thank you.

JJam007The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor.
I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.

ゲゲストBeautiful location, lovely hotel. Staff were helpul and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is amazing and the treatments were reasonably priced. Food was very good. Would reccommend and would stay there again!

DDaisydazzleAll good on nye to see a band - the layout in the room wasn’t great and the music was very loud couldn’t have a conversation even though we were at the back . However the unexpected bonus of burger and chips was fantastic
