スタッフ達はとても親切で、安心して宿泊出来ました。
食事は、朝食、ルームサービスともとてもおいしくて、質の高さを感じました。
私達のイラクリオン滞在は、考古学博物館とクノッソス宮殿を訪れるのが今回の最大の目的でしたが、このホテルは博物館まで徒歩5分の距離にあり、毎日行く事が楽に出来ました。
たいへんおすすめのホテルです。

房間乾淨整潔，設施很新，入住有免費飲品券可兑換一人一杯，房間內有景觀陽台體驗感很好，注:衹有5層和6層的陽台景觀最好!minibar內所有飲品首輪免費。
酒店地下有收費停車場，10歐元一天，附近路邊也可以停車，但是考慮到安全性和停車位難找的情況我們選擇了租車位，停車場有直達酒店內電梯很方便，進出需要按電鈴聯繫前台安全性有保障。
早餐時間是7:30-10:30，早餐品類比較豐富，平均水平。

慌しい一日の終わりには、ヴィッラ マーレ モンテでおくつろぎください。ヴィッラ マーレ モンテは、マリアでも指折りの素晴らしい宿泊施設の内の一つです。Club Calimera Sirens Beachから1km、イラクリオン国際空港から31kmと、交通便利な場所にあります。付近のエリアには、Stalis BeachやMalia Booze Cruise Boat Party、Safari Experts Creteなどの多くの観光名所があり、充実した時間をお過ごしいただけます。お時間に余裕があるお客様には、館内の様々な施設でお過ごしいただくのもお勧めです。マリアの当施設のお客様は、駐車場をご利用いただけます。マリアのホテルの中でも、ヴィッラ マーレ モンテはそのすばらしい設備で高評価をいただいております。

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut, man konnte auch entspannt draußen sitzen. Drinnen gab es allerdings nicht viele Sitzplätze.
Das Hotel ist aufgeteilt in zwei Gebäude, weshalb man unter Umständen zur Rezeption oder zum Essen das Gebäude wechseln muss (andere Straßenseite). Mich hat das aber nicht gestört. Der Chef packt auch noch selber an, ob beim Abendessen oder an der Rezeption am späten Abend. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und kümmern sich gut um die Hotelgäste. Ich wurde sogar ein, zweimal auf Deutsch angesprochen.
Nach Getränken beim Abendessen hätte mich das Personal noch fragen können, aber ich ziehe dafür keinen Punkt ab. Vielleicht ist es auch so gewollt, dass die Hotelgäste in Ruhe essen und selbstständig auf das Personal diesbezüglich zukommen.
Die Strandpromenade mit einigen Bars ist nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt (5-10 Fußminuten) und Kiosks bzw eine Busstation (wird sowohl von Reiseveranstaltern als auch vom öffentlichen Nahverkehr auf Kreta genutzt) sind sogar in nur 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war nett und hatte auch einen Balkon. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass das Hotel auch einen kleinen Pool besitzt.
Ich habe für 3 Nächte (Frühstück und Abendessen inbegriffen) circa 100 Euro gezahlt und das Angebot ist für dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich unschlagbar.

La mejor experiencia!!!! Las personas muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y pendientes de lo que necesites, las instalaciones muy bien ubicadas cerca de la playa 300 Mt, el desayuno maravilloso, tenía de todo y para todos los gustos y el restaurante (taberna) todo magnífico y con precio justo, pizzas, carnes, ensaladas, en fin 10/10

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

We had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent.
We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool.
There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets.
Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it.

Hotel’sのスタッフは本当にフレンドリーで親切です。ホテルはかなり新しく、私たちが支払った価格に値します。場所は町から車ですぐで、近くに飲食店もあります。
朝食のスプレッドは良く、屋上のテラスは眺めがよい。部屋は広めでベッドも快適。でも荷物置き場でできる。

AAnastasia123私はここに母と一晩滞在し、私たち二人ともとても感動しました。お金の価値は素晴らしく、部屋は実際に私の期待を上回りました写真よりも現実の生活でさらに良く見えました。窓から美しい景色が見え、場所は完璧でした。静かですが、ビーチまで徒歩わずか2分です。ハニア行きのバス停も同じです。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧で親切で、とても歓迎してくれました。部屋はバスルームと同様にきれいで、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。キッチンと広としたバルコニーが完備された小さなアパートのように感じられ、時間を過ごすのが本当に楽しかったです。
私たちはそれがとても好きで、滞在を延長したいと思っていましたが、残念ながら部屋はすでに私たちの日付のために完全に予約されていました。全体的に、素晴らしい経験と私が間違いなくお勧めする場所です。

ゲゲストWe stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon.
One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it.
What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked.
The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort.
Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas.

それを運営する家族はみんな素敵で、お母さんは私をピクニックにさせてくれて、父が出発点まで乗ってくれる前にハイキングに乗せてくれました。
それは家に帰ることが決してないからかもしれませんが、到着時に階下でビールを注文し、無料のオリーブを手に入れました。これは私の絶対的な一日を過ごしました。以前は腐敗していませんでしたが、私の忠誠心はすぐに完全に買いました。
私はまた、うさぎの揚げ物を食べました、それは私の肉食舌を呪ったが、サラダ自体はさらに良かったが、それは素晴らしい味でした。
寝室には、緑と岩の丘を見渡すための素晴らしいバルコニーがありました。ベッドはとても快適で、実際にはオマロスの標高(6月)で少し寒かったので、暑い私のような人にとっては睡眠が簡単になりました。暖かくなりたい人のために、食器棚の大きなふわふわの毛布。

ゲゲストIt was not peak season, maybe because of that staffs were not so prepared. I waited long time for the pick up from the reception to the hotel room, same for when I tried to ask for an umbrella and other information. Staffs seemed always busy talking on the phone or with each other. My door had some problems , you need some skills to open it, the shuttle bus driver spent five minutes opening it.
Staffs in the restaurants were friendly, fairly speaking, the buffet restaurant was quite nice, catering diverse and delicious food.
The seafood restaurant served a set menu, for which I held high expectations since I was only allowed to replace one buffet dinner for a la cart restaurant. Food itself was fair, albeit overseasoned( to me was too salty), and two or three dishes will be served at the same time and honestly they were not even hot.
Room service was very efficient and the room was always clean. Private pool was nice, thought it was cold and windy now. So check the weather before going, sunny days and rainy ones are totally different experience. Hotel beach was beautiful, but again, I didn’t get my Paloma cocktail after waiting for half an hour.
They provided interesting shows in the evening , I pitifully missed it but you need to have a look, performer are quite passionate.
And about transportation, you can choose either hotel’s pickup that is expensive but convenient, or the local bus ( i chose KTEL, it’s very comfortable but please check the timetable on the website). This place is distant to everywhere, you can use a nearby supermarket that has everything at a fair price. If possible, you’d better rent a car, which could significantly improve your experience .
I didn’t enjoy myself this time, somehow because of my personal affairs, hopefully you have a good time there!

MMish and DashMy stay at The Royal Senses Hotel in Crete was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The resort’s amenities are equally impressive, with a spa that provides indulgent treatments, a well-equipped fitness center, and multiple pools perfect for lounging. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front.
The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions.

Mmasle4koWe stayed in Sunrise apartments in the beginning of June. First of all I'd like to say a huge thank you to Nicko and Tonya, the hotel manager and his wife. They are amazing people,very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made us feel at home during our stay. The hotel itself is located on a hill, but that's what gives you the best view of sunset and sunrise. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs. It's a Beautiful spot with sea and mountain views to watch the sunset and have dinner in a relaxing atmosphere. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you needed and it was cleaned 4 times during our stay(10 days). All bedding and towels changed every time they cleaned the room. The cleaner was amazing too. She did such a great job. The pool was very clean and very pleasant, the water check was done by Nicko daily. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The hotel was approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, which was quite good and had everything we needed. Restaurants and taverns are all located within walking distance,but if you want to rent a car or scooter, Nicko will help you with that too. He is very approachable and helpful. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and highly recommend Sunrise apartments to other guests.
Thank you Nicko for everything you have done for us and put up with us all 10 days and made our Crete experience unforgettable.

ゲゲストホテルはとても清潔でモダンです。ベッドはとても快適で、ホテルのロケーションは旧市街や港の近くでとても便利でした。部屋には椅子が数脚、ワークエリア、コーヒー/ティー ステーション、大型テレビ、広いバスルームがあり、設備も整っています。部屋のあちこちにコンセントが十分にあり、照明のスイッチもたくさんあるので、ちょうどよい明るさでした。バルコニーと外の景色はよかったのですが、毎晩大音量で音楽を鳴らしながら通り過ぎる車が何台かありました。唯一大きな不満は、バスルームのシャワーが部屋ですぐに漏れて、トイレの近くの床が濡れてしまうことでした。
ホテルの朝食は、チーズやペストリーなど、クレタ島のさまざまな食べ物があり、とてもおいしかったです。新鮮なスクランブル エッグやとてもおいしいソーセージもありました。朝食には、ギリシャ ヨーグルトとよく合う、オレンジ、チェリー、ブドウ、イチジクなどの保存されたフルーツも豊富にありました。
ホテルの近くにセントラル パーキングという安価な駐車場があり、入場時にスタンプをもらえれば出入り自由で 1 日 7 ユーロという安さが助かりました。ホテルにはルーム サービスを提供するレストランもあり、通りの向かい側には人気のカフェもありました。このホテルは空港に近い便利な場所にあり、クレタ島を探索するのに良い拠点で、料金も私たちにとって非常に手頃でした。
