設備が古く、スタッフの知識不足が目立ちました。 最初に通された部屋は、窓のすぐ外に廊下があり、直接出入りできる構造になっていたため、セキュリティ面で不安を感じました。部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、快く応じてくれましたが、同行者の部屋は変えられないとのことでした。 問題は夜に起きました。午後11時頃、私と子供はすでに就寝していたのですが、突然、他の部屋のドアが大きな音を立てて閉まった途端、私たちの部屋の出口付近の電気が点灯しました。スイッチを探しても消すことができず、フロントの若い女性スタッフに電話したのですが、最初は何も知らない様子でした。他のスタッフに確認した後、「非常灯で、外からでないと消せない」と言われました。 これには非常に不可解に感じました。なぜ非常灯が突然点灯するのか、しかも自分で消せないのか。他の部屋のドアの音で、私たちの部屋の電気が点灯するなんてことがあるのでしょうか？また突然点灯するのではないかと心配になり、結局、眠れなくなってしまい、午前2時～3時頃にようやく寝付くことができました。 とにかく、このホテルはかなり老朽化が進んでいます。古さが気になる方には、利用をお勧めしません。

星5つどころじゃない、超絶おすすめホテルです！サービスは本当に完璧で、どのスタッフも信じられないくらい親切で気が利きます。態度も最高！毎日違う新鮮なフルーツ（冷凍梨やミニトマトなど）を届けてくれて、部屋までお茶やお水を持ってきてくれる心遣いには感動しました。ロケーションも最高で、市の中心部、西市場のすぐ隣にあり、わずか100メートルで着きます。観光や食事にはめちゃくちゃ便利です。部屋は広々としていて、とても快適に過ごせました。唯一の小さな欠点は、設備が少し古いことですが、滞在には全く影響ありませんでした。全体的に費用対効果が非常に高く、延吉に来たら絶対に泊まるべきホテルです！

ホテルの設備はモダンで、ゲストハウスのある公園のすぐ隣という好立地です。周辺には美味しいレストランもたくさんあり、なんとロボットがテイクアウトを部屋まで届けてくれたこともありました。部屋にはスマートテクノロジーが随所に導入されており、照明のオンオフも簡単に操作できるので、両手が自由に使えます。ベッドと枕もとても柔らかく、睡眠の質が向上しました。おかげで眠くて、外に出て散策する気になれませんでした！

當天高鐵到達已經很晚，晚上下着大雨，詢問老闆到酒店問多久，沒想到下錯了高鐵站，那會轉過去沒有高鐵了，坐車過來要一個多小時，帶着孩子有點折騰，又有點累。正在準備打車的時候，老闆主動詢問有沒有帶小孩，如果太累可以把房間和平台申請取消，就近入住，如果第二天想來，可以重新預訂。 那會已經晚上11點多了，旅遊區晚上房間取消衹能空房一宿。帶着孩子身心疲憊遇上大雨，真的很感動。第二天在當地玩了一天，晚上直接又高鐵去老闆的店裡住上兩晚。房間特別乾淨。店裡還有個小狗狗叫鐵柱，是他們的大堂經理，如果你可以和他溝通，就能處理你的投訴[Joyful][Joyful][Joyful]，旅遊不衹是環境和風景，是路上的一草一木，是波折和驚喜。冬天還會帶孩子來滑雪。

We travel by train from Baisan Station, take a taxi for 10 minutes, 20CHY. The resort is on the riverside. The rooms are new and clean. When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese

Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

ホテルはユーラシアビジネスデパートに非常に近く、ワンダプラザまで徒歩10分以上です。山があります。飲食レストランがたくさんあります。山はとても美しいです。迷路のようです。レストランでの朝食もとても美味しいです。唯一の悪い点は、エレベーターが待つことです。長いですが、個人的には小さなことを受け入れることができます。

Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

ホテルのスタッフのサービスはとても良く、無料のドリンクと軽食があります。ホテル内の照明は特に素晴らしく、太陽がたっぷりと降り注いでいます。遊びに行くときはいつも彼のホテルに泊まります。非常に素晴らしい
