これはこの施設での2回目の滞在です。私は最初の滞在を本当に楽しんだが、これは私が1週間以上予約できる場所かもしれない。 前回ダブルルームを予約し、今回はシングルルームを予約しましたが、戻りません。 シングルルームはダブルルームよりもはるかに小さく、前回と同じ価格を支払ったので、これのお金の価値はそれほど大きくありませんでした。 眺めは素晴らしく、設備も良く、ACはなく、部屋で暑くなります。まともな朝食とフレンドリーなスタッフ。 最後の2泊で私にとって大きな問題は、通りの下のクラブが音楽を演奏するので、ベースが10階上に感じることができ、これは午前4時まで続きました. これは月曜日と火曜日の夜でした! 音楽で窓を開けられないほど暑い部屋、ファンがいっぱい、テレビの白い騒音がいっぱいで、耳栓が私が探しているものではありません。 バーがそのまま続けば戻れませんでした。以前の滞在は問題なく、最初の5泊は問題ありませんでしたが、これは私にとって大きな問題です。考えていた月を予約せず、1週間後に出発してくれてとても感謝しています。 騒音のないダブルルームは、私が戻るのに適した価格です。

攜程預訂的房間一般位置都不會給日太好，因為大家都是中文評論，去南美的華人也少。多虧了IHG金卡才給換了房間。酒店位置超好！唯一的不足是玻璃都是單層薄玻璃，一個不隔音，即使是最高層也有很大噪音，二是危險。

場所は素晴らしいです、すべての中心にあり、地下鉄に乗るまで徒歩圏内、近くに多くのレストランがあり、プロヴァンザまで徒歩10分、コロンビアの服を含む必要なものすべてを見つけることができる大きなスーパーマーケットに簡単にアクセスできますブランドだ 彼らはあなたが必要とするすべてを手伝ってくれてとても良いです。彼らが提案したように、私たちは彼らと一緒にグアタペへのツアーを受け取り、本当に良い経験でした。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、地下鉄カードがなく、ホテルにいたときはいつも使用するために借りてくれました。彼らは、どこに行くべきか、タイミングなどを説明してくれました。壁に簡単な地下鉄の地図がある場所で、メデリンで訪れるべきすべてのスポットを見ることができます。 場所はとてもきれいです。 私はとても幸せで、再びメデリンに来ると必ずそこに戻ってきます。

Stay was good staff are super kind and helpful, location of hotel is great, connected with the metro and Mayorca mall.

Todo muy limpio. Solo hay un ascensor y se demora mucho en bajar y subir, hay personal muy amable como hay otros que son más serios y no tan amables, no me hicieron la limpieza al otro día del cuarto, aunque no me afectó porque estaba muy limpio desde que llegué. Pedí cambio de habitación porque la que me habían dado tenía una vista hacia el interior y cuando reservé decía que era vista hacia la montaña, pero me solucionaron de forma rápida.

Good hotel with some downsides. + Location is amazing + Hotel is pretty + Staff super friendly + Small hotel (~max 10 rooms) +/- good but small breakfast - Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much) - To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel - Some rooms don’t have proper windows

Замечательный чистый отель в хорошем безопасном районе, рядом куча кафе ресторанов, и в пешей доступности все развлечения. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный завтрак, и очень вкусный кофе. Ребята всегда были приветливы и милы.

El apartamento es perfecto! Es lo suficientemente espacioso para tres personas, la cama es cómoda y el sofá cama también. Es muy fácil utilizar el ingreso automático y nos sentimos seguros en el edificio. En general, la ubicación es muy buena: hay muy buenos cafés y restaurantes, supermercados y gimnasios. Es un buen sitio para descansar y moverse dentro de Medellín sin estar dentro de los barrios con más vida nocturna. Ana & Chris coordinan todo muy bien y fueron muy amables y flexibles durante nuestra estadía.

Checkin process was not smooth with no direct contact. The info of a 24h desk here in trip.com is incorrect, all information will be shared via email / whatsapp. The security guard on shift was very helpful though to check us in. But without being familiar with the processes this took well over 30min. Location and apartment itself great and in close proximity to bars, restaurants and more. All bathrooms clean and showers hot with good water pressure.
