鉄道が止まる駅から近く、また観光の中心地にも行きやすい。スタッフもフレンドリーでホテルも清潔にされていて快適に過ごせました！
デメリットを一つ挙げるとすると、トイレ、シャワールームの部屋が少し寒かった。

サンタフスタ駅から徒歩で行けるのでアクセスは良いですが、観光へ行くにはバスもなくやや不便でした。
タクシーで行動することが多かったです。
周りにスーパーはなかったと思います。
部屋は可愛いのですが、冷蔵庫はなかったです。
フロントの方は親切で良かったです！
1泊だったので過ごしやすく、コスパの良いホテルでした！

アロラの中央広場から50mという非常に便利な場所にあります。清潔でいい。すべてがすぐ近くにあり、徒歩圏内です。駐車場は場所から徒歩約10分ですが、ホテルの近くで車で荷物を積み降ろすことができます。素敵な部屋、すべての設備、すべて順番に。カミニトデルレイを訪れたり、周辺を探索したりする場合に滞在するのに非常に便利な場所です。

このホテルでの滞在はまさに格別でした。到着した瞬間から、サービスは最高で、フレンドリーなスタッフはいつでも親切に対応してくれました。信じられないほど広々とした部屋に驚きました。まるでアパートのようでした。いつもそうとは限りませんが、そうではないことは承知しています。
清潔さは完璧で、ホテルの雰囲気は極めて穏やかで、リラックスしてくつろぐのに最適でした。細部にまで配慮が行き届いており、完璧な滞在となりました。
間違いなく10/10の評価です。自信を持っておすすめしますし、また喜んで戻ってきます。

フロントの温かいおもてなしと素晴らしいサービス、部屋は清潔で快適、タクシーで6分（7～8ユーロ）と最高の立地です。朝食はあまり良くなく、3泊しましたが、温かい料理はいつも冷たく、コーヒーメーカーが1台しかなく、いつも待たされました…。朝食の設備に関しては、3/5の評価です。レストランがもっと良ければ、5/5の評価は簡単に付けられるでしょう。

Location: Great location right next to Mezquita Cathedral.
Room: Satisfied with the bathtub and large bed, but there is some noise at night due to nearby restaurants and tourists.
Breakfast: A good variety of food and plenty of tables available.

El hotel está muy bien. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la cama muy grande par ser habitación individual. El personal muy amable. Esta cerca de la parada del tranvia y cerca de establecimientos para comer o picar algo.

224号室は中庭ビューと記載されていましたが、小さな窓は配管用のもので、中庭ではありませんでした。問い合わせたところ、コンフォートルームは中庭ビューと記載されているものの、実際には中庭ビューではないと言われました。部屋は写真とは違っていて、シャワーヘッドはバスタブの横を向いており、シャワーの下に立つだけでもガラスの仕切りでシャワーの水しぶきを防げませんでした。良かった点は、セビリアの高級ホテルよりも静かだったことです。スタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。

DDaveWhat a fantastic place - we'll be back!
We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself.
The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window.
We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay.
The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close.
Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all.
The downsides:
1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms;
2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception.
3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village;
Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

이이다혀호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

ゲゲスト部屋はとても良い配置で、広々としており、インターネットも高速でした！ホテルの廊下は非常にシンプルで、フロントロビーはデザインセンスが光っていました。ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、歩行者天国の中央にあり、散策する価値があります。隣には地下の大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、買い物に便利です。チェックイン時のスタッフはとても感じが良かったのですが、夜にホテルに戻って質問した際の夜勤スタッフの態度は良くなく、運次第といった感じでした。
トイレの便器周辺のスペースが狭く、右肘が右側のトイレットペーパーホルダーに当たりやすかったです。洗面台とベッドが同じ空間にあるのは個人的にはあまり好みではありませんでした。夜間、窓の外では清掃員が地面を掃除しており、窓を閉めていても音が非常に響きました。歩行者天国にあることのデメリットとしては、公共交通機関が不便で、駐車できないため、暑い日には荷物を取りに行くのにたくさん歩かなければならないことです。こちらの公共自転車は比較的便利ですが、ホテルの前で乗れるかどうかは分かりません。

ゲゲストThis hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip.
While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals.
I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

ゲゲストoverall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs.
Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable.
Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable.
Communication:
Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother.
Rooftop Area:
On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day.
Overall:
A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.

匿匿名ユーザーI’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience.
When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes.
I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available.
I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.

MMikhailРасположение неудобное, до моря далеко, отель находится где-то на пригорке. Старые номера, завтраки и ужины представлены множеством блюд, большую часть из которых невозможно есть. Бассейн открывается с 10:00 ( как и везде в Испании), за минут 40 перед калиткой начинает формироваться очередь занять лежаки. Ужасный бассейн. Берут депозит непонятно зачем, в номере мини-бара и чего-то ценного нет).
Короче говоря впечатление не особо приятное.
Не рекомендую. Ценник для такого чересчур высокий. Мы взяли, т.к. надо было забронировать на одну ночь.
