We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

Amazingly helpful staff. Biggest room I have stayed in. It felt like a home. Good location. Breakfast is average at best. Has an A and W next to reception so that’s a plus. Highly recommend budget accommodation.

Anything are good but wifi need improved, because rarely disconnect

誰かに尋ねるまで、ホテルはWazeとGoogle Mapで見つけることができませんでした。 フロントデスクのスタッフは英語が上手ではなく、英語と壊れたバハサインドネシアを理解するのに苦労しています。 trip.comを介して部屋を予約し、キングベッドを約束しましたが、ホテルのスタッフはすべてのエコノミールームにクイーンベッドが付いていると言いました。予約情報が誤解を招くものであり、だまされたと感じていることがわかりました。 バスルームにはトイレットペーパーがなかったので、2回お願いしました。配達を約束しましたが、そうしませんでした。 部屋の枕は普通の人間向けではなく、私のパートナーは高さを減らすために枕の「人工的な形」の半分以上を削除する必要があります。(私は5フィート以上で、彼は6フィート以上です)....それ以外の場合は眠ることは不可能ですこの枕で。

We had such a lovely stay at Samosir villa resort that we extended with 2 more days. The place has a amazing location. Great staff and a very good restaurant. I would definatly recommend staying Here.

予算は低いですが、お風呂にはお湯がありません

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

Perfect getaway for the family. Celebrated Christmas and everything was great. Tidy and clean spacious rooms. A beautiful view and many activities to rely on. Will definitely recommend it

hotel was nice as it is a boutique hotel. Pretty well maintained, but amenities were wuite weird because i have to ask for towel. otherwise everything is just okay

バスルームには換気扇も窓もなかったので、カビ臭がしました。 トイレットペーパーホルダーにはトイレットペーパーが1ロールしか残っていませんでした。予備のトイレットペーパーはありませんでした。ハウスキーピングに電話してもう1ロール頼まなければなりませんでした。 最初の夜はお湯がほとんど出ませんでした。そのため、冷たいシャワーを浴びなければなりませんでした。 2日目にはお湯が戻ってきました。 ホテルからの眺めは良かったです。 設備は本当に貧弱でした。 残念でした。
