インドネシア北スマトラ州の3つ星ホテル

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

チャイナタウンでごはんを食べたくてこのホテルを選びました。徒歩圏内に有名なお店がいくつもありますし、賑やかなナイトマーケットが近くにあるのもとても便利でした！朝ごはんも美味しく、楽しめました。お願いしたクリーニングが届くのが22時過ぎになったり、そもそも電話で確認しないと届かないのは少し不便でした。バスタオルがひとつ、ちょっとくたびれていました。でも、スタッフのみなさんみんな親切で、心地良い滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

設備は非常に充実しており、ジム、子供の遊び場、屋内スイミングプールがあります。非常に良いスタッフサービス、特にフロントオフィス：クリスティーン。場所は少し戦略的ではありません。清潔さも改善する必要があります。屋内プールの水はとても汚れていますが、まだ水は交換されていません。朝食メニューの多くは空ですが、補充に時間がかかります。

本当に素敵な宿泊先です。部屋は本当に素晴らしかったです。清潔で新しく、広々としています。私と彼女は素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。

バスルームには換気扇も窓もなかったので、カビ臭がしました。 トイレットペーパーホルダーにはトイレットペーパーが1ロールしか残っていませんでした。予備のトイレットペーパーはありませんでした。ハウスキーピングに電話してもう1ロール頼まなければなりませんでした。 最初の夜はお湯がほとんど出ませんでした。そのため、冷たいシャワーを浴びなければなりませんでした。 2日目にはお湯が戻ってきました。 ホテルからの眺めは良かったです。 設備は本当に貧弱でした。 残念でした。

2024年11月29日から12月1日まで、サモシール島のサモシールコテージに宿泊しました。 部屋は広々としていて、非常に良かったです。しかし、以前のレビューで指摘されていたように、トイレにはアリが出ており、注意が必要でした。私にとっては許容範囲内でしたが、改善の余地はあります。 特に感銘を受けたのは、受付係の素晴らしいサービスです。選択肢をわかりやすく説明し、より広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。彼らの親切さとプロ意識は、私たちの滞在を大きく変えてくれました。 デラックスルームを2部屋予約しましたが、最初の部屋にタバコの臭いがしたため、変更またはアップグレードをお願いしました。 全体的に、バスルームのメンテナンスとマットレスカバーには改善の余地がありますが、サモシールコテージの広々とした客室と素晴らしいサービスは、サモシール島を訪れる人にとって確かな選択肢となるでしょう。 評価：3/5つ星 おすすめポイント：広々とした客室、素晴らしいサービス 改善点：バスルームのメンテナンス、マットレスカバー

Pariban hotel was a very nice place to stay near Berastagi. The surrounding area is beautiful at the base of Mt Sibayak. There are numerous hot springs nearby but Pariban also has a private hot spring pool for guests which is great. The amenities were okay, however we had to ask for a bathmat and toilet paper. Also the toilet cistern was leaking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again however just be aware it is quite a way from the town of Berastagi and not ideal if you are wanting to do a sunrise hike of Mt Sibayak. It's important to know that since it is quite far from Berastagi itself, if you book a private driver you may be charged extra to get here.

このホテルはクアラナム空港から車で約20分と非常に近い場所にあります。 Wi-Fiは高速で、パスワードも思わず笑ってしまうほどでした。 フロントスタッフは親切で手際が良かったのですが、荷物カートの手配をお願いした際、地上スタッフへの連絡が少し遅れました。 結局、待ったのは数分程度で、何時間も待たされることはなかったので、大きな問題ではありませんでした。 部屋は快適で、次のフライトまでの乗り継ぎ滞在にはちょうど良い広さでした。
