This hotel is located inside the airport. Very convenient. It's easy for tourists to take an airplane. No rush. Recommended hotel.

最初はヘアドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでした。部屋の電話でカスタマーサービスに電話しましたが、4回とも応答がありませんでした。出発するには遅すぎたので、最終的にフロントに行って修理の許可を求めました。しばらく待ってくれましたが、それでも動きませんでした。他の場所にヘアドライヤーがあるか尋ねましたが、ありませんでした。部屋を何度も確認した後、チェックアウトすることにしました。鍵はついさっき使ったばかりなのに、なくなっていました。支払いを求められたので、50,000ルピアを置いていきました。ヘアドライヤーを待っていたので出発が遅れたため、出発しました。5分ほど離れたところで電話があり、置き忘れた充電器を取りに来るように言われました。私の充電器ではありませんでしたが。さらに、保証金として100,000ルピアを返金してくれました。出発したとき、100,000ルピアは戻ってきませんでした。少し奇妙でしたが、一度滞在するには十分でした。個人的には、サービスは非常に不十分だったと思います。

Amazing resort hotel in the island. delicious meal & friendly staff, the standard service is so high. I love the pool and secluded garden, location is right on the beach. Strong WiFi connection and all facilities. The individual bungalow has beautiful Balinese art attached. I can't thank you enough for well management hotel. This hotel is very close to Kualanamu Airport, about 20 minutes by car. The Wi-Fi service is fast, and the password even made me smile. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, but when I asked for help with the luggage trolley, the communication with the staff on the ground was a bit slow to respond to the pager. In the end, we only waited a few minutes, not hours, so it wasn’t a big problem. The room was comfortable, just right for a transit stay while waiting for the next flight.

Hotel ini punya view bagus, ada taman bermain, kolam renang. Kamar cukup besar untuk keluarga, hanya saja bangunan terlihat tua. Akses sangat mudah menuju hotel ini, lokasi ditepi jalan, pakir sangat luas. Untuk sarapan cukup variatif dan lumayan enak.

私は最近スイスベリンメダンに滞在し、全体的に快適な経験をしました。ホテルはメダンの中心部という便利な場所にあり、近くのショッピングエリア、レストラン、地元のアトラクションに簡単にアクセスできます。 部屋は清潔で快適で、手入れが行き届いており、すべての基本的な設備が提供されました。ベッドは居心地が良く、ハウスキーピングは私の滞在中すべてがきちんと保たれていることをよくしました。スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧で、いつでもリクエストを喜んでお手伝いし、経験をさらに楽しくしました。 朝食はかなり良かった、まともなさまざまな地元料理と国際的な料理を提供しました。ダイニングエリアも清潔でよく整理されていました。 改善すべき分野の1つはWi-Fi接続であり、これは時少し不安定になる可能性があります。さらに、部屋のサイズは長期滞在のために少しコンパクトに感じるかもしれませんが、短い旅行には十分です。 全体的に、スイスベリンメダンは、特にビジネスや短期のレジャー滞在に優れた価値を提供しています。次回メダンを訪れる際にもここに滞在することを検討します。

The view of lake Toba is stunning, beautiful Batak architecture style, but the room we stayed had some ants, otherwise is still clean, breakfast is local food, honestly we had a good stay, but really not for perfectionists.

家族4人でメダンへの小旅行中にデサトゥホテルに宿泊しましたが、本当に素晴らしい滞在でした！センターポイントモールのすぐ隣、駅からも歩いてすぐという最高の立地で、お子様連れでもとても便利でした。部屋はコンパクトながらも清潔で、冷房も効いていてシャワーの水圧も強く、街を散策した長い一日の後には欠かせません。 ホテルでは朝食は提供していませんが、近くにはソト・シナール・パギなどの地元で人気のお店をはじめ、たくさんの飲食店がありました。スタッフは親切で、食事場所や周辺を巡る方法まで教えてくれました。唯一の欠点は、夜間に少し通りの騒音が気になったことですが、それほど気になりませんでした。 全体的に見て、メダンで清潔で中心部にありながら、お手頃価格で滞在したい家族連れには、とてもお得なホテルです。
