The location is good as it is near ganga ghats and 2km from hear ki pauri. Hotel is ok. Not tried the food.

For the price we paid and what the hotel had showcased on MMT as their offerings, it was a stay that met and in some cases even exceed our expectations. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm and professional. They are well aware of their limitations as a small hotel and make no pretentions of being someone else, rather they operate wonderfully well within that limit. Their location too, is a big advantage for travellers driving down from Delhi. It is very close to the Ganges and also to Har ki Pauri and yet away from the commotion at the same time. Our primary purpose of visiting Haridwar was to go to the Rajaji National Park and Forest Hill is located very close to the Ranipur Range and although a bit far, but very well accessible to both Jhilmil and Chilla. The room was pretty big, comfortable and well maintained. And although it may seem surprising to many, we were really pleased to see the whole suite of channels were available on Tata Sky which is lacking in many big hotels most of the time. This attention to detail is praise worthy and we look forward to be their guest in the future too. Thank you for your hospitality and all the very best.

ハリドワール駅の近くに位置し、あらゆる交通機関に簡単にアクセスでき、市場にも近い。ただし、バスアメニティの基本的な設備は、デ***日に利用できるはずのものは何もありませんでした。同じことを尋ねると、係員と受付/担当者は、「3つの部屋すべてのゲストは同じ家族のゲストなので、利用可能なバスアメニティを共有できます」と言います。そのような非専門的でばかげた態度は確かに私の予想外であり、非常に衝撃的でした。 翌朝、夕食代の支払いを待つ時間も、彼らの態度と同じくらいひどいものでした。フロントデスクには誰も対応できず、ゲストに対応するためのサポートサービスもありませんでした。

Location is great, very close to Har ki Puri. All the famous food shops are walking distance from hotel. Hotel staff, hospitality and food is excellent. Overall hotel vibe is great and this is value for money at this location.

ホテル ビスタは、ボワリとナイニタールの交差点に非常に近い小道の丘の中腹にあります。ただし、小道は狭く、急な坂を上っているため、簡単にはたどり着けません。ホテルは新築ですが、部屋は狭いです。しかし、最悪の経験はホテルの屋上レストランでした。レストランのスタッフは旅行者のニーズに無関心で、協力する気もありませんでした。夕食中、古くなった食べ物 (再加熱) が出され、古くなったロティが何度も出されました。苦情を言うと、スタッフは気にしないという返事でした。旅行者は注意してください。

私たちは1日間滞在しました。私たちは湖の見える部屋を取りました、部屋は小さいですが居心地が良く、景色は素晴らしいです。部屋とトイレはきれいです。ビート部分は、すべてのウォータースポーツがホテルから徒歩わずか3分だったことです。レイクビュールームがなければ、とても小さく見えます。食べ物は高価で大丈夫です、悪くはありませんが大丈夫な種類の食べ物。スタッフはとても丁寧です。バスルームにタオルが2枚あったにもかかわらず、彼らは朝に新鮮なタオルさえくれました。全体的に滞在することをお勧めします

ホテルは、ハート キ パウディからわずか 0.9 km の場所にあります。ホテルのマネージャーであるグプタ氏は、とても協力的でした。旅行者の要求をすべて理解してくれました。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。

I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.
