I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

私たちは家族でカウサニに旅行する間にスペルマウントホテルに滞在し、本当に私たちに呪いをかけました。部屋のバルコニーからトリシュル、ナンダ デビ、パンチャチュリの山のパノラマ ビューは息をのむほどでした。 部屋は清潔で手入れが行き届いており、丘の駅の天気に快適に暖かかった。本当に目立ったのはスタッフでした。誰もが本当に暖かく、気配りがあり、常に余分なマイルを喜んで行きました。彼らは私たちを家にいるように感じさせる素晴らしい地元の推奨事項で私たちを助けてくれました.彼らはまた、家族向けの相互接続された部屋を持っており、それは私の娘にとってヒットでした. 場所は理想的で、平和で、幹線道路の喧騒から離れていますが、カウサニの茶園や景色を探索するのに十分な距離です。ここでの朝、お茶を一杯、途切れることのない山のパノラマで、旅行全体に値します。 年配の親や幼児を含む多世代の家族として旅行し、ホテルは皆に快適に過ごせました。素晴らしい景色と心からのおもてなしで静かなクマオンの休暇をお探しなら、スペルマウントは素晴らしい選択です。

素晴らしいサービスとおもてなしでした。スタッフ全員がとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 部屋は明るく清潔で快適でした。静かな部屋を希望していたのですが、マネージャーのマングレシュさんが大変親切に対応してくれました。 毎日、私が快適に過ごせるよう、必要なものはすべて揃っているか確認してくれました。 朝食は種類豊富で、新鮮なフルーツもあってとても美味しかったです。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でしたが、特にアマンさんは私の注文をよく覚えていてくれました。 レストランでランチもいただきましたが、接客も素晴らしかったです。アマンさんとマネージャーさんが本当に親切に接してくれました。 フロントとハウスキーピングのスタッフも大変親切でした。（一人旅の女性として、女性のスタッフが親切に対応してくれるのは本当にありがたいです。キランさんの明るいサービスに感謝します。）総支配人もいつでも対応してくれ、何か必要なことがあれば快く手伝ってくれました。 素晴らしい立地（パルマート・アシュラムのすぐ隣で、ビートルズのアシュラムにも非常に近い）にある素晴らしいホテルで、スタッフの方々のおかげで本当に素晴らしい滞在となりました。

my stay was exceptional 😀 love the setup of this cottage. it's right in the lap of nature and if offers breathtaking views. anyone looking for a quite time in the serenity can book this place and it won't disappoint you. kudos to the staff members they were extremely helpful and made my stay comfortable. 5 star to the service guy. definitely looking forward to stay in future . cheers

ハリドワール駅の近くに位置し、あらゆる交通機関に簡単にアクセスでき、市場にも近い。ただし、バスアメニティの基本的な設備は、デ***日に利用できるはずのものは何もありませんでした。同じことを尋ねると、係員と受付/担当者は、「3つの部屋すべてのゲストは同じ家族のゲストなので、利用可能なバスアメニティを共有できます」と言います。そのような非専門的でばかげた態度は確かに私の予想外であり、非常に衝撃的でした。 翌朝、夕食代の支払いを待つ時間も、彼らの態度と同じくらいひどいものでした。フロントデスクには誰も対応できず、ゲストに対応するためのサポートサービスもありませんでした。

Stay was over all good. The restaurants service is good service by abhishek dangi he is very experienced guy in service line i like he's service. And the food who maked mr pankaj he is great chef overall everything is best

Perfect location if you are being picked up for the hike up in the Himalayas. I had booked a king room with air con. Turns out air con only blows cold air and not hot air. Was a bit disappointed. But, it wasn’t that cold for an early Jan winter.
