The room could have been cleaner and it's already showing some wear and tear. We've stayed here multiple times over the last 2 years and I have to stay it's not as nice as before. Location is still ideal though.

Best food with affordable prices and the room is too cleaned also there is available kitchen services with the best quality of food.

It was a nice stay at Muscatel Bhumsang- 200 Mts from Mall Road, Darjeeling. Both the Rooms were good, spacious and well lighted. Hospitality good, food was tasty. Needs to check / improve connection / electrical gadgets in rooms. Staffs were well behaved and very active. Recommended to others.

our stay in VISITEL was very good. The service of carrying our luggage trolleys from the room upto our vehicle could also have been provided. The house keeping staff just stand in front of the room door and wait for checking the room but don't help in taking out the trolleys and putting them inside the lift. She does not even change the pillow covers even after being reminded again and again. Behavior needs to be changed by the lady who comes for cleaning the room. It is her duty to change the pillow covers on her own.

Costly. Not completely value for money. They could offer some pick and drop service. The front road is 60 degree inclined road which is very difficult for elder people to climb.
